When trying to connect to the API I am having slight problems. The web page that is supposed to load here – /api/v1/

says -

Lol, just solved my own problem by reading the very bottom of the api page it states the following:

You need to add parameter api_token=YOUR_API_TOKEN to each request to the API system Example: http://my.url-here.org/api/v1/lists?api_token=YOUR_API_TOKEN

adding my API Token at the end of the url solved my problem.

I never saw such a confusing installation process :~( and many people have the same problem why not make it easier or add additional trouble shooting if so many people can’t get to the installation page. My host is trying to help me too.

Hello @mzuker. I’m afraid not yet, one customer will only have one account. We do not support “SUB-ACCOUNT” yet.

The Blue theme is not blue after updating. theme.css needs updating.

Hi, You can let me know if the system allows us to define a time interval between the sending of each email or batch of emails.

Hello @stingerbr. It seems you need to configure the sending speed. Then, you can specify how fast your campaign sends. For example: 1,000 emails per hour, 1 email per second, 100 email every 5 minutes, etc.

Also anyone that signs up on the website, will I need to manually verify their email?

(say with SES on Amazon if using this server, or what about phpmail)?

How does the email verification work for users signing up for the service and using their domain name?

I was under the impression that this was much like mailchimp.

Anyone who signs up for an account will have to verify his email address, so you do not have to verify it yourself (if the email is not valid, he will never receive a confirmation email)

When adding amazon SES information what gets put into the Encryption Field?

While working with Amazon SES, it is best that you create an “Amazon API” sending server, then you can just fill in the AWS API keys without worrying about the SMTP stuffs.If you still want to go with Amazon SMTP, below is the guideline:

i’m using the latest version. is there any setting to NOT get a campaign in error status when a list contains invalid email ? the previous version would skip them i believe but now my campaign keeps stopping.

Hello @Yannick. there will be different types of error, some will make the entire campaign stopped, some will not. In any case, you can just RESTART the campaign to have it resume from where it left off.

dude come on. you’re not answering my question. of course i know i can restart the campaign. but it failed and stopped the campaign right back…. here’s an error : Address in mailbox given [Jeichler12@gmail.] does not comply with RFC 2822 as example. So i you read correctly my actual previous question, how can i configure your script, so IF some emails in my list are not correctly formated. the campaign WONT error out and stop. like i said, in the 2.x version, the campaigns wouldnt stop because of email like this.

The error message is from your sending server. Since I do not have access to your webapp, I’m afraid I cannot dig further into the issue. Can you just upgrade it to 3.0.7 and try again?
