Hi, I have a few questions:
1. Can you configure a trial upon registration and after 1 month they will be asked to pay?
2. Can you manually setup expiration of account and handle payment offline? Say they pay outside the website, and we manually update their account for one year.
3. If they pay for one year, can you configure the membership to auto-renew?
4. Can you configure the expired accounts to automatically change to trial accounts, or even block them?

2. Well, there is no direct way to do that for now.
3. There are different plans like monthly, yearly, etc, which you can setup as recurring for users to register on your website.
4. Once the account is expired, the role for the user will be changed automatically to free subscriber.

I purchased this plugin over a year ago with some basic expectations. I have since been disappointed. Besides the fact that I am forced to turn off this plugin when updating my site because of some conflict, it does not work as expected. First of all I would like to offer a free trial to new customers which is not an option. Next id like to offer membership levels meaning monthly, quarterly, or yearly. All of which is not available and it seems there is no intent on adding these basic features.
How do I get a list of my paying and active subscribers? Theres a list of customers who haven’t paid but for the life of me I cannot find a list of paying subscribers.

1. You can assign the value “0” for a role, so that will be the free role user and you can assign an amount to different roles.
2. Thank you for your suggestion – I have noted it down and we will surely try to implement this in our future updates.
3. Well, you can sort the users in the WPAdmin area as per the roles on your website which you have selected for accepting money on registrations.

great addon. I have one question regarding the looks of the upgrade membership page in the Dashboard of userpro dashboard plugin.
It looks very crazy with only the short link. Where can I change the way the text looks and how can i change the css to that output.
I want parts without the link in iet, some bold letters and at least a white line between each choice.
I hope you can point me to the correct file and css.
