Hi, I bought this plug-in and the Userpro plug-in, but for some reason it’s not working right.
I have set the registration up with Paypal to take a recurring payment of £5. I even get emailed the ‘Welcome’ e-mail saying my account is now active. However when I try to log-in it says ‘Your account is pending for payment. Please click here to make a pyement’. But the payment has definitely been taken.
Please can you advise what to do here?
Thank you for reaching out to us.

I’m receiving emails from PayPal about unvalid response from IPN, related with your plugin. How I can disable IPN on your plugin?
Well, that’s strange. I am afraid, but there is no option to disable the IPN as it is must for the payment process from PayPal.
Can you please drop a note via – http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact , with the details of the email that you have received, so that our support team can guide you further ?
This is the email (I get it sometimes once a day):
Dear William Davies ,
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL are failing:
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.
PROTECT YOUR PASSWORD
NEVER give your password to anyone, including PayPal employees. Protect yourself against fraudulent websites by opening a new web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Firefox) and typing in the PayPal URL every time you log in to your account.
Please do not reply to this email. To get in touch, go to the PayPal website and click “Help & Contact”.
“How do I know this is not a fake email?”
Thank you for your response.
Well, this is something to do with your service provider. There might be some possibilities that the service provider may block the PayPal IPN for various reasons. Also, it might happen that some other installed plugins on your website may be doing something wrong with the PayPal IPN.
You can try contacting your service provider and see if that helps
Thanks, have a nice day

Are you sure the payment add on actually works with Stripe. Despite several emails you have still not found out why I can’t get it to work.
I need this sorted asap!!!!!
Our support staff is looking into your ticket and it will be responded soon.
I’ve the payment add-on to redirect to the checkout page but it come up with this “You are not allowed to access this page.” Why??
The page is not restricted.
it is mandatory a way to manage taxes from different countries or woocommerce integration for payments.
Is this in your plans?
I didn’t quite get that – can you please help me with elaborating that to me ?
when I sell something on my website in Italy, if I sell in Italy I have to pay VAT on what is sold, if in EU there are different solutions, extra UE I have to pay nothing.
Woocommerce has a good working (not perfetct) solution to manage this.
Without this soution or an alternative I don’t know how to solve this.
Can you please drop a note via – http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact , with some more details and if possible some screenshot for the issue that you are facing so that our support team can have a look at it and guide you further ?
Is it possible with this plugin to have recurring weekly for level 0 and yearly for level 1 ?
I am afraid, but this cannot be done with the current setup of the plugin.
Hello, I really would like the membership tables for the logged in user to upgrade memberships!! Thank you for your great work.
Thank you for your suggestion, I have noted it down and we will surely consider implementing this in our future updates of the plugin.
Thank you, I’m still waiting for this feature. Thanks
Do you have Payment Gateway API allows for custom payment gateways to be built? Like this https://restrictcontentpro.com/tour/payment-gateways/add-your-own/
I am afraid, but there is no direct option to add another Payment Gateway. This will have to be done by making custom code changes to the plugin.
Will you add it in your wish list ?
Sure – thank you for your suggestion. I have made a note of it and forwarded this to our developer and the team will analyse and see if that is feasible implementing to the plugin.
Does this add in allow for the user to see only “free” sections of the site and hide paid sections behind a pay wall?
Well, you can restrict the content as per the roles and logged in users. You can do this by using UserPro plugin itself.
Hi, I really like what I see with UserPro and am thinking about buying it. I need to do recurring payments though; this is non-negotiable. Is there a way to do that with the payment add-on? Or can I use WooCommerce somehow? I really really want to use your plugin. Just need to know about the payments first. Thanks.
Yes, you can have a recurring payment mode on your website – which can be either of the following – monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.
Hi, I’m getting an warning on my site like this:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘userpro_payment_enqueue_scripts’ not found or invalid function name in /home3/wanita11/public_html/addons/theonlinebusinessacademy.com/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 524

A few general questions:
Is it possible to get a manual payment by bank transfer? So people get an email with bankdetails and I can approve it manual after they pay?
Is it possible to use this addon as a upgrade module? I want to integrate some things with user pro and give my menbers the ability to upgrade their account (paid) to have certain extra functionallity.. like being a vendor in a webshop or post blog postst etc.
When they upgrade for let’s say one month and the month is gone.. will it downgrade automaticly to the free account again?
Is there somewhere a manual about how to set this up? What settings I have to use?
Thank you in advantage for answering!
1. Well, there is no direct way to do that. You can have the New User Approval as “Require Admin Approval” and approve users once they make the payment. However, you will have to send the bank details for asking users to pay, in the Welcome Email for the registration.
2. That depends on the payment mode that you enable on your website – you can also setup the recurring payment mode for the upgrade options.
3. You can have a look at the following link for the same – http://userproplugin.com/userpro/docs/#payment_add-on
Thank you for the reply.
Ok no manual payment.. Thats to bad since in the Netherlands a lot of people do not use paypal.. Will it be a future addon?
And/or is it possible to have the upgrade be a sort of woocommerce product what is in the shoppingcart of woocommersce and then the people have to check out? (They have manual payment)
Yes I find the payment upgrade details.
A) can people downgrade their account? Or at the end of the month will it downgrade automaticly?
Can I change the text what is showing in the dashboard when people click on the upgrade button? Now it is one line showing the level and user role and the ammount but I want to have other text with small explaination?
Can I make more upgrade possibilities on the same level or do all upgrades have a different level? Like subscriber level 0, wc vendor level 1 chat funtion level 1 advertise on this site level 1… level 2 total package?
Level 3 all functionallity of the site?
Thank you for replying.
And if woocommerce is not possible I just use paypal.. but just wondering if i can find a work around.
Oh I forgot. When People are on the highest level possible .. the upgrade account page is empty.. Can I edit somewhere a standard text overthere to show… like.. We are sorry.. you allready have the best account possible or something like that…
It looks strange when it is empty.
Ok, one question I answered myself. Sorry overlooked something. Membership labels… how easy it is to change the text.

I allready have a ticket going on… Samir is helping me out with a few things. I think it is better to ask him in that mail about this matter or do you want me to start a new ticket?
So far I am very happy with the support and the help.
Sure – that would be great
would t his be possible to using Bitcoin with coinbase.com api?
Well, it is not integrated with the Payment addon as of now. But, this can be integrated with Payment addon by customising the code of the plugin.
I am thinking of purchasing the User Pro Plugin and this payment plugin together but I have a pre-purchase question. When people go to register I would like to offer a free version and paid version. Can this plugin support this?
I see that we can let the customer upgrade from the Dashboard, but I just want people to be able to choose between a free or paid membership. I understand the Wordpress roles and I will just assign the free version to one role and the paid version to a different role but I want the customer to have a choice during registration.
Please let me know ASAP.
Well, yes – you can do this using UserPro plugin and Payment addon on your website. You can have the 2 user roles for registration one of which will be free and other will be paid. You can setup this in the Payment Addon settings.
PPQ: Will this allow recurrent payment in PayPal also? Without use of PayPal Pro which is not available in EU?
What is the reason behind the 3 star? I have User Pro already (never used it as it did not meet my needs for user-groups), but am thinking of using it together with this payment site. However, a 3 star feedback worries me, along side with the bad feedback of the other add-ons you supply. My main concern is your support and how you manage negative feedback in order to improve your stats.
- Yes, Payment Addon does support recurring payment for the membership plan.
- Yes, the rating is on a lower side for this and some other addons. We continuously monitor this and have been working on the this as suggested or reported. The reason behind this is -
1. User have faced some issue and not happy – this case we pay the most attention to and work on the fixes or help them resolving the issues on priority.
2. The number of overall feedback for add-ons are less as most of the times user provide feedback for the main plugin.
However less number of feedbacks we get, we always make sure to help these users either with a solution fix or guidance.
And we are hopeful to have more people providing feedback in coming days to show their trust in updated plugin and addons.
is it possible to add Epoch as a payment gateway? (and maybe CCbill as well). WooCommerce doesn’t have those. Adult websites need such payment gateways
I am afraid, but there is no direct option to do that. It would require custom code changes to be made in the plugin files to achieve this.
is it possible for you to do that?
Sure, we have our Services Team, who are specialized for UserPro plugin and its addons customizations. You can drop a note to them via – firstname.lastname@example.org with some more details about the same and they will get back to you on this with a quote required on effort and time.
Hello, how can I see how the payment options look during registration? All I see is paypal, I would like to see how Stripe works as well. Unfortunately I don’t see much on the demo site in regards to payment. Can you provide screenshots or something? The lack of visual representations is unusual and makes it hard to trust.
Sure, can you please drop a note via – http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact , with some more details, so that our support team can have a look at it and guide you further?
Ugent: I forgot to ask: How do you handle different membership types? Can I manually set what kind of user-role the user becomes, when buying different membership plans? E.g. Silver/ Gold member? How do you manage the different rights? Do you do this by user-role or by using user capabilites? If you use roles it would be easier for me to set the correct plan when importing my users from my old site, which was powered by S2Member membership plug-in.
Well, you can setup the membership plans by using different user roles by setting up fees for them.
Well, thank you for your suggestion, I have noted it down and forwarded the same to our developer and the team will analyze and see if that is feasible implementing to the plugin.
Also please note that your support for the UserPro plugin has already been expired. I must request you to renew the same for continued support.
hi how is this different from the woocommerce addon?...which one to buy?
Payment addon can be used on your website to accept payments for registration on your website.
WooCommerce Integration for UserPro plugin can be used on the website to display the Purchases and Orders on the user’s profile page.
