PPQ: About to buy, but we have the challenge that we have like “Family” (team/group) memberships. AKA: One person can pay for multiple persons. Like “a house-hold subscription”. But you probably dont support that, eh? Or will you consider that for future updates?

If this person logs in to every account and makes payment after payment, then I’d say it’s sort of supported, but if You’re looking for 1 payment, that pays automatically for 5-6 accounts, maybe gets family discount, then – no, it’s not supported.
And I’m almost certain, that this functionality won’t be developed anytime soon.

Dear support, I cannot log in after making a payment via Paypal and returning to my site. The login screen keeps saying ‘Your account is pending for payment’ when the payment has definitely been made.
In the Userpro main settings I have New User Approval: Auto Approve – however it still wont allow me to log in on the front end.. The user is registered in the backend of WP ok no problem, but for some reason the login screen is not recognising the Paypal Payment. How can I get a new user to automatically be approved when a payment has been made?
At the top of the UserPro Payment Settings screen it says “The Payment Add-On IGNORES admin approval settings. All users will be auto-approved after successful payment.” but this doesnt work for me – for some reason the login screen is stuck on ‘Your account is pending for payment”
Is there some setting I need to change, how can I get this to work?

Unpleasant issue. I am afraid there will be a bug in code and settings will not help with this one. Please raise a support ticket for a further help.
Is it possible to do the following:
Don’t let users decide on registration but rather in their profile.
And if they upgrade: They will see more options to add to their profile so they can have a “premium” profile
Also: can this be connected to woocommerce? I have set up a woocommerce website with automate invoice generation and this would be disruptive, I don’t even know how to create automated invoiced that are connected to the rest of my website with this plugin. thank you

This is possible to upgrade memberships from profile.
Unfortunately you can not connect this add-on with woocommerce.

But how can you manage invoices then? You have woocommerce integration already with userpro, why can’t you just integrate this as well??
You manage invoices through woocommerce, woocommerce integration is related to user profile to take a look what he bought etc. . It needs time, planning. Thank you for your suggestion.

Hello, it is possible to buy payments add-on where user is forced to procceed to payments gatewa and after that user is confirmed with specific membership. You can create pages with restriction to wanted roles, exclude membership role and it will allow them to access the page with that membership exactly.
Hello. I purchased this addon and integrated successfully. The problem im having now is that the stripe button doesnt show up (is neither visible or in the DOM). Only the paypal shows up when trying to pay after registration.

Apologies for the troubles.There was no opportunity to answer you earlier. It is not clear what caused this issue. To investigate and solve the problem, WP-admin and FTP credentials are needed, which you can write through envato support ticket.

There are two issues that I am currently facing:
1) If I go to http://ec2-13-233-253-215.ap-south-1.compute.amazonaws.com and click on register at the top menu bar, it redirects me to the login page.
2) If I “create an account” from the login page, fill the registration page, it doesn’t register and redirects back to the login page.
3) After filling the registration form, it momentarily takes me to the checkout page but it doesn’t want. I want to wait on the checkout page, wait for the user to select an option and then move to the paypal payment page.
Could you please help in resolving these two issues?

Yes, I tried. It shows two (paypal stripe) buttons. (oddly placed on the screen). Would like to show CC form and that’s all. not on 3rd screen. Also the workflow is very odd. After registration, it shows the login page then redirects to two button page.

To be more precised:1) A user who is connected through Facebook login, how can he use and pay the membership payment? because the addon is related to the registration page.
2) A user who is subscriber and after payment, I want him to be contributor automatically. How can I do it ?

Hello, thank you for contacting us and sorry for the delayed response. If using facebook login, you can use membership upgrade system. Regarding the role, there are settings to set the default role for user registration. If you need more in-depth information, just open up a support ticket and we will help you out.

I can’t seem to get the payment plugin to allow registration payments. it says “You are not allowed to access this page.” regardless of settings. Instructions seem clear enough, but in reading other user’s comments. How do you test it before rolling it out if the admin can’t see it under any circumstances? Questionable Design…

I am sorry but this does not work for us. It is like creating a new website on an existing website and making the existing website obsolute and redundant. Clearly not for us. I want a refund of both Payment Addon for UserPro and UserPro – Community and User Profile WordPress Plugin.
