Does exactly what it says it'll do. Only, it's been 4 years or so since the last update, so why not add some new features?
Here's one that makes sense: add expiration dates for plans. For example, someone might want a recurring membership, but that membership doesn't renew annually on the date someone bought it, but annually on the date set by the membership creator. I'm running a nonprofit club site that uses this model, and it would be really helpful to expire plans all at the same time, so members don't lose access toward the end of a club year.
