Hi, I can’t upload my subscriber lists. It is running but there happening nothing. Please can you help me?

Are you sure you did setup the cronjob correctly? Then can you just provide us with access to your webapp so that we can troubleshoot it for you?

im trying to install the script on our vps. i changed the root path as you describe in the guide but im seeing a “Whoops, looks like something went wrong.” with an error log even before i can start the installation wizard..

Hi. Any ETA for this missing and important features?

  • It doesn’t have Parallel sending. (Now it has to wait till a campaign finishes) You might feel this is important if some campaigns are scheduled at a same time.
  • It doesn’t have Directory pickup. (Directory pickup is atleast 10 times faster than smtp queue)
  • Doesn’t have option to add custom headers per plan to queue the emails by priority to the server.
  • Doesn’t have API to add, edit , delete, suspend, unsuspend customers. (We have to write this by ourself)
  • It lacks a global email black list database, to keep track of the spam traps, dumps.

I am using Elastic mail and have just submitted a campaign.

There are a number of bounces but I can’t see any list of bounced subscribers in Acelle.

Can you please advise how I can go about deleting any bounced email addresses from my list so I don’t send any future emails to them.

Hello Greg, you can go to your mail list, filter for the ‘blacklisted’ ones and delete them from the list.

I’m ussing sendgrid to send my emails. How can I know my bounce and spam rates?

You can click on a DONE campaign in Acelle Mail to see it statistics report. You can also see these information in your SendGrid dashboard.

Yes, you can configure the max-number-of-process in the Edit Plan/Subscription setting page.

yes, Acelle Mail can work with any SMTP service. However, how much it can send also depends on other factors like: server CPU/Memory, bandwidth, etc.

How does we get rid of the 2MB upload limit so that one can upload a very large list at once?

hello @boxyfly. It is not an Acelle Mail setting, it is the limit of the hosting server. Please update the PHP/Apache configuration on your server to remove the limit. If you are on a shared hosting environment, please contact your hosting support team so that they can do it for you. Regards.

I tried to do a fresh install with your latest build and I am getting the following errors:

1) Errors about missing files appear when I try and edit the email templates. For example, the responsivefilemanager directory does not exist in the timeymce/plugins folder.

2) When I create a customer, I cannot assign the Default subscription. It does not appear in the list of options.

3) After I assign a Customer a Subscription (such as Free) they no longer show up in the Customer list.

It’s not a file permission issue. These files are missing from the installation.

/tinymce/plugins/responsivefilemanager/plugin.min.js /tinymce/skins/lightgray/content.fixed.css

When I edit the Page/Form Layout I see these error messages.

All my directories at 755 and my files are 644.

Hello @dmahtani. It is an issue with the newer version of the editor on certain server. Can you just ignore the error message if it does not impact your email content. We are working on a fix for it, will have it included in our next release. Regards.

1 – In the Sending Servers session, when I add the sending server, It is not visible in the session, making it impossible for any Change in the server added, I added several other servers and the result was the same.

2 – When assigning a signature to the client, the following error occurs when the client logs in In the system “Whoops, looks like something went wrong.”

Pre-sales question : I’m very intersted at your app but i need some clarification on how your app works. when i have connected to your admin demo (http://demo.acellemail.com/demo) and tried to add my smtp server all the sending tests failed. For information my smtp server work with : - port 25 without encrypting - Port 25 on SSL - Port 465 on SSL - Port 587 on TLS my server was configured with many softwares and applications without any problem but when i have tried to connecte it to your demo app, i have got erreur sending. Is your demo app blocked to accepte smtp connexcion or there is some thing to do ?

Below the steps that I followed to add my server in your demo app : - i have gone to “sending” section then to “sending server” - one clic on ”+ new server” - i have choose “SMTP” - I have filled all the fields correctely (name; hostname; SMTP username; SMTP password; SMTP port; SMTP protocol) i have tried with : - port : 25 and SMTP protocol : empty - Port : 25 and SMTP protocol : SSL - Port : 465 and SMTP protocol : SSL - Port : 587 and SMTP protocol : TLS But all the tests failed !

Hello @Ridha-tn. Don’t worry if you SMTP credentials are correct, it should definitely work. Otherwise, just let us know and we can troubleshoot it for you. Or can you just provide us with your SMTP credentials so that we can test it with Acelle Mail for you?

Hello, i found a problem in the template editor (3.0.6). TinyMCE would not show clicking on blocks. The error is in the plugin” section in editor configuration: /js/editor.js The word “table” is repeated two times in differnet lines, causing a javascript error.

CODE FIXED: plugins: [ ‘advlist autolink lists link image charmap print preview anchor fullpage’, ‘searchreplace visualblocks code fullscreen’, ‘insertdatetime media table contextmenu paste code textcolor’ ],

you need to fix every tinimce.init function inside that file. This has worked for me.
