go to admin -> email settings and you can find many options to send emails like php mail mandril sengrid etc

php mail sends test email successfully but I am not getting any alert emails even after I filled in templates

there is no changes for smtp so am not sure what is not working in your end
for php mail this will depends in your server am only calling the functions mail functions of php i suggest try to use alternative for sending emails like sendgrid which is more reliable you can be sure 100% that all emails will be send unlike smtp and php mail will has limit

what sms gateway did you use? and did you set the sms gateway credentials already ?
you can check the sms if was sent successful or not in admin -> sms -> sms logs

remember templates can now be translated if you have multiple language you can see the dropdown language in the popup you can switch between those language for your templates

But in SMS, i checked the admin->notification template->CUSTOMER_VERIFICATION_CODE_SMS, but new user can’t recieved the verification code, he just recieved the fixed message like this “Hi [customername] your order no is [orderno]”. in the 3.4 version， new user can recieved the vertification code. how to solved it ? thank you.

the ereg_replace problem have you found a solution as to preg_replace. if you comment or erase this you get errors
sorry, on the css.php file
i think this will fix most of the errors on the website, i noticed if this is left and ignored you get a lot of errors. Also if you login as admin and are previewing your main site and change language in the back end or the front the whole site lang will change to the one chosen.
just remove the line preg_replace in css.php if you are using php7

you need to set the delivery location of the merchant, only define location can be delivered

and for district you cannot do that city typehead needs ajax calls to load the details
the city is prepopulate data
If you do a clean install and then import your saved db, then rewrite your images folder with your backup you will only loose categories, for language if you want to display complete language name rename default lang folder to English and the new lang folder as ur lang name. Dont forget to change your flag icon name in the flags folder ex:” ru.png to Russian.png” Do not change us.png as this is the default icon.
