Hello. Does thermal printing prints automatically? For example, the order comes in and it starts printing. Or do the merchant have to actually press print?

there is no way to automate the thermal printer
can it work off the credit card machine thermal printer or do you know what theermal printer to buy>

Hi Basti, thanks for the update. Still have big problem in Merchant Delivery fees adding City and Area as Country shows drop down but in State/Region, City, Area the drop down is empty! I update correctly. Please help
you need to set the delivery location of the merchant, only define location can be delivered
go to merchant panel -> Delivery Charges Rates
Yes i did that already! When going to merchant: merchant panel -> Delivery Charges Rates i cannot set city, area in dropdown as they are blank

if you cannot find the menu Manage location just edit your admin account and tick the access and saved and relogin again

and for district you cannot do that city typehead needs ajax calls to load the details
the city is prepopulate data
If you do a clean install and then import your saved db, then rewrite your images folder with your backup you will only loose categories, for language if you want to display complete language name rename default lang folder to English and the new lang folder as ur lang name. Dont forget to change your flag icon name in the flags folder ex:” ru.png to Russian.png” Do not change us.png as this is the default icon.

yes that is with and font size just set the with of your thermal printer and the font size you want to use

I made the last update of the system, however the requests made in the web version and the requests made by the version app (mobile) is not sending emails to the merchant nor to the client. I have already checked the email settings and sending an email test and the registered ones below are sending the test email without any problems: PHP MAIL, SMTP, MANDRIL API. All of these are working, but when placing an order the merchants are not receiving email or the customers making the orders.
How to solve this ???

1. make sure you have template set in admin -> notification template
2. go to admin -> email logs from this page you can see all the email sent by kmrs
Templates are created in admin -> notification template.

mate the subject and content is empty according to your email logs that means you did not set template yet
check the template click the pencil account to show the template

i use the old table _options to save the template

The second error in version 4.0: SMS can not work. In 3.4 version, I set the nexmo’s key and Secret, my phone can receive SMS. but in the 4.0 version, I used the same key and Secret, But my phone can not receive any SMS. I had already set up cron for every minutes, and the folder “cronhelper” was also set to be writable
i suggest don’t use smtp its very hard to configure just use other options to send email like php sendgrid mailjet etc
btw php mail and smtp is the same

But in SMS, i check the admin->notification template->CUSTOMER_VERIFICATION_CODE_SMS, but i can’t get the verification code, i just get the fixed message like this “Hi [customername] your order no is [orderno]”. how to solved it ? thank you.

I understand then that with this new update I can already use that code? After months of having bought it and never use it for the bad support of the author. That in fact has already expired support and was not worth anything because I have never solved the problem and I have this code long filed by the problem of the damn “view tables” that do not work in some hosting companies. I will already tell my experience with this new update because no way to ask for support, since as I say I have the support expired and if they did not solve me before, much less now.
