for every new entry there will be auto increment id but there is no way to show that to user upon form submission.

Please check your configuration. in 90% of cases where customer complaint about mail not sending are due to wrong configuration. so, please check in settings tab whether you have mapped proper email field or not. in 10% cases it could be server related issue. some server do not allow mail to be sent to same domain. so, try testing with different email address so, you can try different mail methods. i can assure you 100% that in arforms no such issue related sending mail as its very simple function.

Are you trying to create new account? you don’t need to register new account. Please login to your same account and then open new ticket. It would work fine as many customers have already have extended license and using our support facility.

Hello, Here is what I need a plugin I purchase to do. We have training events we offer quite often. I would like people to come to our website be able to search and select the training event they are interested in and then be able to register for the training event. I would also like them to be able to create a login and password where they could come back in the future and use said login and password in order to register for another training event. I want to know also, if as an admin I can go into the plugin and download all my participant data in a .csv format. I see that I can do that by single event, but I was wondering if the option is available to download all participant information regardless of the event they registered for. For example lets say I have 10 training events on my website. I know I can go into training event 1 and download all the participant information. BUT, do I have the ability to download all participant information from all 10 training events in a single .csv file?

1. possible that while you have tested many other people would be testing and due to heavy load you may have faced issue. It may be slower in editor as lot of things being loaded. however, we are already working on it and next release will be much more light weight.
