How does the image carousel, pageable container work? I can’t seem to get them to scroll

Any chance to remove the menu from Dashboard for a specific role? I use a Plugin called Multi Ventors and try for days to remove Visual Composer Menu from the Vendor Dashboard. Multi Vendors creat a role called Vendor Admin. But this Role is not listed in the Visual Composer Settings.
Hello, We do have plans of adding such a feature in future to allow disabling the menu. At present, a work-around would be to hide the menu via CSS by executing the code for the specific user role.

Is there a way to narrow data on Post Grid by Category AND Tag? For instance, I have 3 categories for posts: Category 1, Category 2 and Category 3. I have multiple tags, Tag A, Tag B, Tag C which will span across all categories. I want to narrow the source to show JUST posts from Category 1 that are tagged as Tag B.
If I just enter Category 1 and Tag B in the Narrow Data field, it shows all posts in Category 1 regardless of tag and all posts tagged with Tag B regardless of category. Can I make it use and AND query rather than OR when trying to narrow the results?
Hello, I am afraid, our standard grids doe snot support such a feature in the narrow data field. However we do have many third party add-ons with their own grids: https://vc.wpbakery.com/addons/ which might support it.

Hello. VC came with our theme but we purchased support to be able to ask some specific questions. We’ve tried now for FOUR weeks to access this support and cannot because the theme author is disabling something making it impossible to activate our copy of VC and Envato is just running us around in circles.

Hello, Our page builder is SEO friendly and the pages built with it are indexed by Google. We have woo-commerce elements which are woo-commerce shortcodes mapped into the interface. It currently does not support RTL.

Hello! I am new to VC so trying to work out what it can do. I’m trying to achieve this sort of look https://www.visitmudgeeregion.com.au/ with the content boxes displaying as different sizes, but can’t get things to line up. Any advice on how to achieve something like this with Visual Composer? Obviously needs to adjust in size for different devices (as the Mudgee Tourism one does) so it looks good across various sized screens.
I have VC, Ultimate Addons for VC, and Addon Library, but I can’t quite find an element that will do what I need. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have an issue with the “WooCommerce add to cart link” when used in grids/buttons. It actually calls a url of type “wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?add-to-cart=55555” instead of the the native ajax call. That results to a blank page with a 0 only. Do you have any suggestions about how to work around this? I’m using Be-Theme Theme. Thank you.

Hello, it should be ok, maybe you have outdated version, try to update manually by downloading the latest version from codecanyon.net/downloads and then activate the plugin and you should receive updates normally.

Does the ‘content width’ limit Visual Composer rows width? I’m trying to get a parallax effect with the row going from end to end but it seems to cut off because of the content width. If i do edit the content width to 100% everything looks blown up
Hello, The content width of the theme will limit the content of the row. But, if you set the row to stretch in row settings, then it’s backgroudn will stretch to the full width.

Is there any way to fully cache the post grid so that it doesn’t need to query the server every time?
Hello, I am afraid, this is currently not possible via our standard grids as they load via ajax. However, we plan to add an alternate loading method for grid in future which will allow for such a possibility.
