Is this plugin compatible with Woocommerce 3.0? I’m having some issues where it is not recognizing that the cart is split into multiple packages. Therefore, it is calculating conditions on the cart as a whole instead of an individual package.
Hi,
The latest version of the plugin is compatible with WC 3.0. Note that most conditions are based on the package, while others such as subtotal are based on the entire cart.
If you have any further questions, please reach out through the support tab
Thanks, Jeroen
I sent an email earlier to support and haven’t heard anything back yet. Can you tell me what conditionals are supported based on the package? I added my own, based on the cart containing a product that belongs to specified category. I need it to be package specific, not cart specific.
Nevermind I got this working like I need. I had to clear out the WC transients as some stuff was cached I guess. I also made my own conditional statement based on the package cost, and not the cart as a whole as some items have free shipping and shouldn’t go towards the shipping cost.
Hello, I have a question about the plugin. I have a store with frozen items that have the shipping included in the price and the product must be delivered to the customer within two days. If someone is within a 2 day ground shipment, that needs to be selected, otherwise 2 day express is selected. It doesn’t need to show the customer which one was selected (ground or express), just that 2 day shipping was selected. They could also select overnight. Is this something that your plugin can do?
Hi,
I think you have some kind of setup requirements with shipping carriers? Using this plugin you can setup your own shipping rates with your own titles and such, but it doesn’t integrate with carriers.
Let me know if that answers your question or not
Cheers, Jeroen
Hi. I am looking to buy this plug in as its the closest I have found to what I need. Just wanted to check that the store is based in Zimbabwe and will like to setup shipping rates according to cities in Zimbabwe. Does this plugin cover cities in Zimbabwe?
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Hi,
WooCommerce itself uses cities, though it will be a regular text input (no dropdown). As long as that field is available for your country you can setup the ‘city’ condition accordingly.
Hope that answers your Q

HI man, Is work for Brasil??? I need use “CORREIOS” for my shippings… I use this plugin: https://br.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-correios/
Is compatible??
Thanks
Hi,
I believe Correios is a shipping carrier? This plugin is meant to allow you to setup your own shipping rates, it doesn’t have the ability to integrate automatically with any shipping carrier.
Let me know if I’m mistaken / you meant something else! Jeroen
hey, i purchased the plugin and it looks great, but i think i’m missing something. i’ve set up shipping by weight + country (in UK, above 1 kg). but id i setup uk in a shipping zone, i only get the regular shipping method and not the advanced one i made with your plugin. if i disable a shipping zone for the uk, i’m getting “there are no shipping methods available”. what am i missing?
thanks!
Hi,
Could you please reach out to me through the support tab? I’m trying to keep all support in one place. If you can include screenshots with that, that would be helpful.
Thank you, Jeroen
hey, i emailed you (ai@idoangel.com) with screenshots and all. thanks!
Hi,
I’d highly suggest to remove your email from the public comment to prevent spam

Hi, please could you confirm us this plugin is compatible with Woocomerce 3.0 ?
Hi,
Yes the plugin works with WC 3.0
As a developer I do always recommend to test your entire setup on a staging site before updating a live environment
Cheers, Jeroen
Before i bought the plugin i have some questions for you
i want to sell my products in UK i want to have separate shipping charge for different regions in my country and weight based shipping charge calculation. is it possible with this plugin ?
Hi,
Yes, setting up different charges per zipcode/postcode, state, country and weight is possible using the plugin.
Cheers, Jeroen
hi! Is this plugin compatible with WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Packages? I want to apply free shipping to different package. Is this possible to do with this plugin?
Hi,
Yes, conditions like ‘Contains shipping class’ is calculated per shipping package and you could for instance only allow a free shipping rate to show up for a package that holds a ‘free shipping’ class.
Cheers, Jeroen
Hi I need a user can purchase a particular product, only if it buy another, with that plugin is possible?
Hi,
With this plugin you could setup shipping rates that only show up when both those products are in the cart, and ensure none show up when it isn’t. That way you can prevent the user from completing the checkout, but this isn’t something that is the primary focus of this plugin.
Hope that answers your Q
Cheers, Jeroen
I responded to your message. PLease get back to me asap
Hi Joe,
I’ve replied to your email, please try to only send / post one message as multiple doesn’t speed up the process and only slow things down.
Thank you, Jeroen
Hi! great plugin! we need to create a shipping rate rule valid from a date to a date… so we can plan special offers and the plugin will manage is. do you think you can add this feature? thank you very much
Hi Angelo,
I’ve got a custom condition script available that will allow you to set a ‘date’ condition.
Feel free to ping me through the support tab when you’ve purchased the plugin and I’ll send it over
Cheers, Jeroen
Hi Jeroen, I sent a message through the support form on Sunday night and have not yet received a reply. Could you let me know that you have received the message. Regards, Gordon.

Also received the message from March 27th from you and replied to that the same day, screenshot of that and reply added to todays email

Hi, May i know can i create a shipping fees based on weight. For example, A product weight is 0.4kg so the shipping fees is $5 if the customer purchase 2 quantity or other product which the wieght is 0.5kg so total is 0.9kg, so everyproduct weight which is over 0.5kg will charge another $4. Which mean when customer go checkout they will see the total of shipping fees $9
Hi Alex,
Yes it is possible to setup these kind of shipping cost. For the additional cost per 0.5kg it is recommended to also use the WAS Advanced Pricing extension (free of charge with the base plugin) Liink: http://docs.shopplugins.com/article/32-woocommerce-advanced-shipping-advanced-pricing
Hope that answers your Q
Cheers, Jeroen
Need to buy another plugin to support it?
Hi Alex,
No, as mentioned it is free of charge with the base (Advanced Shipping) plugin. So you’d only need to purchase this plugin and then you can request the additional WAS Advanced Pricing extension free of additional charge.
Cheers, Jeroen
I can’t get your plug-in top work. All it shows is “Shipping” in the cart with no price. Trying to set it up as follows:
Product Category A = $7 Product Category B = $15.00 Product Category A & B (bought together) = $15.00 Product Category C = $XX.XX
Please help
Hi,
Could you reach out to me through the support tab? I try to keep all support in one place as much as possible.
With that, can you include screenshots of your setup?
Thank you, Jeroen Sormani

Hi, sorry if this has already been answered I am new to all this and have just done my own website but shipping is very confusing then I came across your plugin so I have some items that are free post, some that will be flat rate and some that will be a weight cost can your plugin do that and what happens if the buy from all classes. Thank you
Hi,
Yes, it is possible to setup different cost based on the items or for example the shipping class using the WAS Advanced Pricing extension.
If you use that it will be summed up together when multiple items are in the cart, it is also possible to only show one of the costs using the conditions.

I just wanted to say thank you Jeroen for your fabulous customer support on this plugin.
We purchased the WooCommerce Advanced Shipping plugin a little while ago but needed just a little more flexibility to charge shipping for each product that was added to the Woocommerce shopping cart, even if they were multiples of the same product.
You provided the WAS – Advanced Pricing Extension to work with WooCommerce Advanced Shipping and it was PERFECT. By far the best shipping solution we have found for Woocommerce shipping scenarios.
Thanks again Jeroen, you rock!
Glad I could help and that you’re happy with it
Hi, Thanks for the plugin! Question:
I have two product categories. Category 1 = Free Shipping Category 2 = Paid Shipping
How do I set it so if a customer has products from both categories it will still allow shipping?
Thanks!
Hi Lisa,
You can use the WAS Advanced Pricing extension to setup shipping cost per category. That way you can ensure only products in the first category are charged and not on the second category.

Please reach out through the support tab for the extension

Hi. I checked the plugin and it’s amazing.
Just a question. Is it possible to apply different shipping methods for each product in cart?
Regards!
Hi,
How do you imagine this would work? Would you like a customer to select a different shipping option per product? Or do you have for example have some products that can only be picked-up, and don’t want to show the other options when this is available..?
Let me know! Jeroen
For example, the customer may have several products in the cart.
- Product 1, $20 => shipping method A applied
- Product 2, $130 => shipping method B applied
- Product 3, $150 => shipping method B applied
- Product 4, $80 => shipping method C applied
In my requirements I have rules like:
- Shipping method A: if product cost is < $100, flat rate in $10
- Shipping method B: if product cost is >= $100, free shipping
- Shipping method C: if product is shipping class “fragile”, flat rate in $150
That is, I need to apply a shipping method to each product in the cart and not a single method to all products.
It’s possible? Thanks for your time.
Guille
Hi Guille,
For something like this you’d want to split the cart into multiple packages, and then apply the shipping rates accordingly. This plugin can’t split the cart, but it can create the shipping method for when the cart is split.
I do have another plugin that allows you to split the cart here: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/
Hope that answers your Q
Cheers, Jeroen
Thanks Jeroen. I think that plugin is what I need. Thanks for your answers.
Regards!
Hi, I’m looking for a plugin that I can set different shipping prices for based on weight/quantity of products. Would I be able to do that with your plugin? I can email you a spreadsheet showing the shipping costs/logic required if that would help? Thank you!
Hi Kathryn,
Yes, it is possible to setup different conditions based on the weight/quantity in the cart.
Feel free to reach out to me through the support tab if you have any further Qs!
