Quick pre-sales question. I need to synchronize RSVP sign ups (will buy RSVP addon) with a 3rd party CRM. Can I use something like Zapier to get the data out of EventOn?
you are able to export RSVP attendee information as CSV file. That would be the way to go with RSVP addon if you wish to sync that with another program

i am not sure what you want to do with webhooks because there are a lot of pluggable filters in RSVP/
The simple answer is, I want to send people who RSVP to my event to Zapier where I can do anything I want. I believe the only option I have is custom development.

I am not very familiar with Zapier so my answer wont be what you want to hear unfortunately. What I can tell you is RSVP have ton of hooks that you can use to connect and filter. It wil lbe just a matter of finding that exactly you need done and hooking into those filters. We are going to release a new RSVP addon that will support even more filters
Is there any way to send an advise by email where registered wp users know admin have inserted an event?
You can use our subscriber addon http://www.myeventon.com/addons/subscriber/ which users will have to subscribe to and those will get a email notification when a new event is posted.
No I mean when admin insert every kind of event, also the not subscribed events. Could be any plugin to alert all wp users to notify a event post?

Are you talking about RSVP addon? that allow users who have rsvped to events be able to see all those events on front-end. You are more than welcome to test it out at dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin

we do have a sync addon which fetches events from facebook, but it is currently undergoing revamping of the addon

We can add shortcodes to the event details right? Im thinking about using this for a sports event and then use a wptables plugin to put in the details

Hi, I just set this up, created an event, but i cannot view the single event post nor does it show up when I use shortcode on another page. I have read through documentation, is there something I am missing? I have plenty of development experience and I just need pointed in the right direction here
sounds like there might be something you missed out. Try docs under troubleshooting http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/ might help, if not please post a ticket via helpdesk. Granted, it is friday and we dont work on weekend so might not hear from us till monday. But some of our guys jump in on helpdesk during weekend so you might be lucky and get a reply

It looks like the Sync add-on is no longer available so currently, there is no way to sync EventOn to a Google Calendar. Is that correct?
it is getting revamped at the moment, you can export google calendar evetns as ICS file and then use ICS importer to import those into eventon
