Documentation is poor, no FAQs or Troubleshooting steps (If you are not giving support at least mention common issues and how to fix them). Everything seems fine except I cannot use “enter drop location” does not find anything and If i type a street near me, does not work show “cannot book out of country” please help, I’m not asking for installation just for support on your product. This was supposed to be an out of the box app and it is not, does not work as expected. A detailed documentation may help.

Sir , Document is accessible before buying the project and we assume that people read the document and then purchased the code . Code is well written and it covers most of the thing . Also if you check our demo this works .

Unless you didn’t help me with correct error message i am helpless . The only reason for which it might be not working is because of google api key is not valid or you have done something wrong while generating key .

Let me know your thoughts on the same .

Error message while trying to “Enter Drop Location”: You can´t book ride for out of country.

I created the Google Maps key from (https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/ios-sdk/reference/interface_g_m_s_services) and pasted the key in GMSServices provideAPIKey: inside AppDelegate.m, is this correct?

API Key is not restricted.

Also noted in Naqilcom_Prefix_pch there is a “kGoogleAPIKey” what is that for? what is the file/module and string where I have to put my google API key? in this same file/module I saw a at the bottom #define SERVER_IP @”http://160.x.x.x:4040” what is this for? where is it pointing (any third party service)?

Are you getting lat and lon from the address ? This is the only reason where lat and lon from address wil be NULL and it throws an error . Kindly check by putting break point in the code .

kGoogleAPIKey = The key you get from google sir . http://160.x.x.x:4040 = Node.js server ip address which is part of plugins . We gave full ios and andriod code . When you buy plugins same code will work perfectly .

Hi again, almost done, when I run app as it is downloaded and just changed my server IP and my google map api key “Drop Location autocompletion” works in Laptop screen (emulated iOS), when I try to install it in my iPhone 7 (through USB cable) I need to change “display name” and “bundle identifier” (use my personal info for installing certs) after that Map stop loading drop location, how can I fix this? your bundle identifier Is tied to the drop location map autocomplete.

I think your bundle is tied to app because I get the following error (console )when I use my info: Autocomplete error The operation couldn’t be completed. The application’s bundle identifier does not match one of the allowed iOS applications for the API key.

So what API key should I replace in order to fix above error message?

About few message back you told you generated google api key perfectly , now you are asking where to replace this . This is why you getting error . Please replace with google api key .

Sir you should know how to change bundle id . Google this on how to chagne bundle id and you will be able to get the fix .

I just compiled Driver app in my iPhone, app open and I can log in. I created some trips from user app but they don’t appear in driver app, also when I enable “On Duty” it does not show online in backend. Please share your comments , I really appreciate your support

you from admin cms will be able to assign driver to booking . If you buy plugins then only auto assignment will function . Check codecaynon description for more details .

Oh I see, Ok I entered admin panel, driver does not appear online even when “On Duty” is enable. I clicked in pending booking, then go to assigned for section and clicked “Edit driver” but no driver appear there. How should I assign driver for that booking?
