Hi, i have purchased the plugin and have a few question i can’t get an answer from the documentation. So..
1- The products are automatically updated but are the ones that do not respect the search filters anymore be deleted?
2- Can i set up a search with specific filter and add those products to a specific category?

1. The products are deleted only if they are not available on Amazon anymore.
2. Yes you can filter your search and select the category you want them to be imported in. Use the Insane import page, you have all the options on that page.

Hi, I have a pre-sales question. Is it possible to use the Amazon affiliate plugin without having to sue the shopping cart? We have other affiliate programs running through a site we are building and they cannot go into a shopping cart because there are multiple affiliate vendors. Hence the Amazon one will have to behave the same way. Is that possible?

Yes it is possible to turn off the cart. All you need to do is to turn off the On-Site cart and 90 days cookies options.

How to fix this?
You will need to regenerate your keys and make sure that you are using the root keys.
How can you regenerate root keys? Looks like Amazon has stopped allowing that and they are asking me to create a user i a group and then can generate a key pair.
I created a new account and got the keys. Do the keys and the amazon affiliate store have to come from the same amazon account? My keys are root and my affiliate store is from my existing other account.

I also know that PHP SOAP is installed. What could that error message be from?

There is a checkbox on the Synchronization Log page that you can check in order to also sync the images.

This plugin is generating a bunch of core.* dump files in my WordPress installation, and these core dump files are large up to 400MB per file. These files are wasting my server’s disk space. The error is Fatal error: Call to a member function convert_to_button() on null in /home/user/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/woozone/modules/advanced-search/config.php online 49. Do you know what’s going on and how to fix this?
AA-Team, please help me, your plugin is making the server generating a bunch of core dump files. This is draining up disk space. Can you fix the error within the plugin so the server won’t have to generate core dump files anymore?
That is weird. Are you sure that it is our plugin that is generating them? Open a ticket so we can take a look.

I am having a problem with the slider revolution slider… I don’t even have that plugin activated, but the shortcode for it is showing up on my home page, which is not the shop page. The updated version of it is very difficult to figure out, so I will not be using it at all, so I need that to go away.
Also, the top menu and footer sidebars are gone, though I have activated them in the customizer. They show in the “live preview”, but when I clear the cache and log out of admin, they are gone on the actual blog. I have already opened tickets addressing these issues.

This is an option in WooCommerce under the Display tab. After you have set your image size, import a new product and it should work.

Is there any way to separate the variations of a product? For instance, on Amazon, this product https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NCYM4SY has a dress in colors (1) blue, (2) white, and (3) black with 3 sizes for each color. If I import this product, can I make it so that there are 3 separate colors listed in the store (a blue dress with 3 sizes, a white dress with 3 sizes, and a black dress with 3 sizes) instead of one product with 3 sizes and 3 colors?
Hi parlallc, You can not separate the variations but you can import the products one variation at a time, so every variation will be a different product. Just turn off the Import variations option.

Also check your WP Memory Limit. The default value is 40MB.

I found another bug related to the display of the menu items on a kingdom theme. Maybe I need to post it on your theme page but since I already posted one bug here I thought I’d put it in the same place. If you view theme on a desktop device (wider then 1200 pixels then first item of the menu is always two sizes smaller then other items. It goes for the sub-menu as well.
If you shrink the screen down to 820 px the menu becomes the same height (normal) and if you shrink the screen to 750px and smaller then menu disappears. I made a screenshot for you. See all three links because they show the issues. Cheers!

1. We have not created the option to deactivate that text as that would be against the Amazon TOS and could get your account blocked.
2. We have not worked with that plugin so i guess not.

Yes, that is the new version of Kingdom. All the layout features have been moved to the Customize menu. You will find them under Appearance -> Customize.

Hi there, Today I tried the email field in cart page. Unfortunately even though I make the mail ID as mandatory, if the buyer clicks checkout, its redirecting without any input from user. I want to make mail ID mandatory, without it I dont want to redirect to amazon. How can I fix this option? Enabling mandatory option just shows that mail ID is mandatory in popup but it doesnt work.

On the Amazon config page in the Plugin Setup tab you have this option: Checkout E-mail Mandatory. Set that to yes and save the settings.

As said, I have already enabled it. The only difference I see when enabled that option is, when I got to cart, a pop up or dialogue box appears and says email as mandatory and thats it, but still if I dont enter email ID, it proceeds to checkout.
