Hi, I have a couple of questions before I purchase.
1) Is the php/js source code encrypted? I may need to edit it for my exact purpose. 2) Is there a “customer is typing…” message when the user is typing? 3) How is the operator notified that a new message has been requested if they are not viewing their admin panel at that time?

Thanks for the reply – one last question. Is it possible to send the chat request to a specific operator? I have a website with multiple pages, I would like certain pages to be assigned to certain operators. I do not want a human delegation step in between.
Unfortunately, that’s not supported. That’s something on my to-do for future versions. One solution, though, would be to install the application on a single server multiple times (with separate databases) and embed specific widgets on your different pages.
That’s a shame. I wouldn’t be able to install multiple times as we are talking dozens of operators. Also it would be very difficult to maintain when operators are added/removed.
Could I not modify the code to do this? If the user email is on my internal database i’d know what operator to assign it to.
I see. If you’d like to you could modify the code yourself. However, I’m unable to offer assistance with it as it’s a customization work.
great script but the avatars are rubbish and make the whole thing look extremley amateur any way to remove them completley from the system?
Hello. You would have to hide them with CSS manually. There’s no special switch to turn avatars off. Also, you can replace the avatars on the server with your own if you want to.
Is it possible to receive emails when someone is starting a chat? Im not asking for the posibility to send emails when the chat is offline.. You know, what I mean?

Hello, the SWF library is used as a fallback for sound player. But you could just remove the “livechat/swf” directory from your server. It shouldn’t cause problems.

Unfortunately, such feature isn’t available. Adding new input would require manual source code modification and some more effort to explain.
Support for custom inputs is planned for future versions of the application.

What do you mean by “default chat window opening”? Showing widget on page load? There a setting called “Show widget automatically” in the “Settings” tab.
It does not work when it’s in mobile mode so how to enable fullscreen mode automatically
The mobile button doesn’t support this feature. Only desktop widget can automatically slide up.

Hello, This is a pre-purchase question. Is there a way to easily route chats to specific operators? We have a marketplace, and need a chat client that will route the customer to the correct vendor. We are capable of updating clientside and/or server side code, but looking for closest to plug and play for our client’s site as possible.

Hello, unfortunately there’s no chat-to-operator routing mechanism. The first operator that replies to the message becomes the owner of the talk.

So it is possible to concate the external JS inside my onw JS file of my site? If yes, I suppose that I have to specify somehow where the PHP application is. 2) I want to know if the chat for the user remain the same if the user browse in another page of my website (it persists also all the previuos messages of the same chat)?

1) Unfortunately, application doesn’t support such scenario. Technically it’s possible to accomplish that, but it depends on your own programming skills. I wouldn’t be able to help with that.
2) Of course, the same chat session is persisted for the whole time you browse the website.

Why would operator get logged out? You don’t need to modify anything. Application makes Ajax requests in the background which keeps the operator alive, checks for new messages, etc.
