How can I deactivate a license from another site?

In that case, you will have to re-install the plugin on that website, de-register the license key as shown in the screenshot above, then delete the plugin again.

As of now, we do not have a setting that lets you disable the plugin in WordPress customizer. However, thanks for bringing this to our notice! We’ll surely dig in deep to see how we can work on this.
For now, in order to hide an info bar in the customizer, you will have to pause / disable that for a while. You can do this by hovering on the status and clicking on “pause” as seen in the screenshot here.

I am confused why the plugin shows a distorted image in the live setup, while it’s all perfect at the backend. Kindly refer the following 2 images:

I couldn’t find a way to set the height. It’s only an image and no form is used. But I cannot find a way to remove the form, used Enter key only to set the height in the backend. Fully confused and feel like a noob.

So I followed the directions, placing the supplied code in my functions.php file and updating the style id & language code with the respective code for my alternative language.
No luck…both languages display the same banner. I’m pretty sure it would be a very popular addition to have proper WPML support.

No. Have to fill in a huge form and i do not like that at all. I have tried for few days to disable js files and css files in wp-rocket…..just does not work with wp-rocket unless i do not use wp-rocket.

1. Integration with Zapier is not possible at the moment. However, we’ve added this to our to-do list already. Until then, you can copy the custom form code from Zapier and paste it in a ConvertPlug module. Here is an article that will help you with the same.
2. We’ve already worked on this feature that is implemented in the next update. You can expect it out in a couple of days.
3. I am sorry, as I am not sure whether I understood your question. Could you please elaborate on what kind of webhooks you would like to use?
How do I add people to my Mailchimp groups? I cannot seem to find where this is in the plugin. This is pretty much a basic need for integrating with Mailchimp, otherwise it is pointless. Please tell me I am just overlooking it, because otherwise I will have to get a refund and find another solution.

The current integration process allows you to capture leads through a ConvertPlug module and store and manage them in MailChimp lists. It does not allow you to add leads into groups. Here is an article for it.
However, this is already in our to-do list and will be available in our future releases.
Until then, you can do this using Hidden fields within a form. You can add a hidden field using the form builder, and sync it with a column in MailChimp.

ConvertPlug is created mainly to help you capture leads and display offers. These leads can then be stored in the inbuilt lead capture tool, called Connects or managed using any of the third party softwares or autoresponders mentioned here.
As of now, we have not considered ConvertPlug to auto-respond with attachments. Anyways, thanks a lot for the suggestion! We’ll dig in deep to see whether we can implement that in the future.

As of now, there is no direct method to customize a full screen modal and display several offers within one. However, you can do this by adding a few lines of custom code into an existing module.

1. ConvertPlug comes with an inbuilt lead capture tool called Connects. Connects lets you store and manage leads through internal Campaigns or even integrate ConvertPlug with external third party mailers and autoresponders. You can refer to this article to know more about what is a campaign and how can it be used. You can refer to the articles here to know how you can integrate with third party mailers.
Here is a video as well that will tell you more about Connects. This will give you a rough idea of how it works. However, since it was recorded in the initial stage of the plugin, there might be some minor differences you’ll see in the video and the current version of the plugin.
2. We do not have an Connects addon to integrate ConvertPlug with Zapier. However, you can copy the custom form code from Zapier and paste it in a ConvertPlug module. Here is an article that will help you with the same.
3. The In-sync options are just third party sources you can connect to if you like.
4. ConvertPlug comes with over 100+ pre-designed templates that you can use. These templates are 100% customizable. However, the plugin also comes with a blank style that allows you to create and design a module with your own set of custom code or short code.

Well, ConvertPlug helps you create popups, slide-ins and infobars to collect leads. But, there are other sources through which we can collect lead data too. Some of these are the Contact Form 7, WP Registration form, WP Comments and the Woocommerce Checkout form.
The four addons are created to help you integrate ConvertPlug with these sources, collect the data obtained through them and save it using Connects (i.e. within an inbuilt campaign or a third party mailer you must have integrated ConvertPlug with).
