Hello Sir,
Why my campaign has 0 bounce rate? since i’m using MailGun and i did all the settings for the Delivery server & the API etc. and as you said in your documentation MailGun will process all the bounce emails via their API but i still have 0 bounce and in the MailGun log i see several bounce?

Please open a support ticket at https://forum.mailwizz.com/ and i’ll have a look into this. Please make sure you’re using Mailgun Web Aapi from mailwizz and not smtp. Also make sure you can access the webhook url that mailwizz created for you in your mailgun account.

If i would like to use the sparkpost API should i also set the webhooks as well? or they don’t provide that?

Mailwizz will create the webhook for you, so check it after you create and validate the delivery server

Hi, I have a WiFi Captive portal whereby visitor must enter their email or login via social media to get access for Internet via WiFi Hotspot router…. after visitor login, their email will be captured on the server, and I am thinking how do I pull that email into mailwizz? my wifi captive portal supports webhook, am I able to utilize this webhook to push the email lead directly to mailwizz list? or vice versa using webhook from mailwizz pull this email and import the email into a list created on mailwizz…is this do able?

You can use your portal webhooks feature to post the data to your mailwizz list, it should be totally doable.

For your use case you don’t use mailwizz’s webhooks, but the ones from your portal. You will post the data from your portal to the subscription form of mailwizz, it’s going to be just like someone filled in the subscription form and submitted it to mailwizz.
Using mailwizz’s webhooks means that when somebody subscribes into a email list from mailwizz then mailwizz will post that data to another destination, and you don’t need that.

Is there any click tracking on this? Your demo seems very limited. Might be an idea to make it a bit less restrictive especially when you are charging over $50 for this! People need to see exactly what they are getting.

The demo won’t change because people is not well intended and they abuse the system everytime so i don’t allow it.

Couple of questions: 1. Can I have custom branding for each group of customers? 2. Can I have an admin for each group of customers? (that admin will only look after that group and will be isloated from other groups/customers) 3. How can I enable MASS EMAIL function to groups/customers with a template? I would like my customers to have the option to send emails with out a campaign.

Mailwizz has absolutely no error, if you get any it means not all the files uploaded on your host, so double check that.
As far as support, we offer top-notch support, i have no idea where you came with that statement, but we help our customers like no other out there. We don’t do anything that goes beyond the purpose of the support, like installing stuff for you or doing customization for you, so you have to live with it.
If you really didn’t get help via support, can you tell me your support ticket number so i can look into it? I have a hunch you have none

The above service does not allow sending one email at a time, it requires to have your lists hosted with them and create a campaign from those lists, which is not how things should work, so there’s nothing to integrate.

I have 3 presale questions
1.) Does your software include reply detection so that all followup emails will automatically stop when anyone replies to your email?
2.) Do you have contact duplicate detection so if you try to import the same lead twice into the same list it will automatically merge or overwrite?
3.) Is it possible to rotate SMTP’s automatically. So suppose I wanted to send out a blast to 1,000 contacts but wanted to send 250 emails from 4 different SMTP servers, is that possible?

Hi! I just wanted to let you know the support is weird. It sends you an activation through email, but that is no longer operational. You say to go to the forum to post, but upon account creation, you get an “insufficient privileges to post” error. This is obviously frustrating when you first purchase MailWizz. Note that these extensions will use 3rd-party services for doing the checks.

Nice email marketing program! I have a question regarding this tool. We would like to offer this to our users/clients. We will only use this program/tool on our site but would like to know if it is possible to (1) if different clients can login in as some sort of admin and mange their own email environment. (2) Can this be done with one regular license? (3) can we add multiple clients which can only see their own clients ?

Hi,
You can have unlimited customers and they will login in their own customer accounts and they can manage their emails from there. You can do this with a regular license as long as you don’t charge your customers. if you do, then you need an extended license. As for adding multiple clients with their own clients, this is not possible with mailwizz, you need multiple installs to do this.
