Hi Is it possible to have two “slide in” working both on the page ? For example, i have the socials slide in working ok , but i don’t see the second slide i created in on the right bottom corner for newsletter sign

As of now, this isn’t possible with ConvertPlug. However, we’ve already implemented this feature and have it ready for the next update that is in its final stage now. You can expect it within a couple of days. 
I just bought this, and I can’t get anything at all to work. After I select a Modal,Info Box, Slide In, etc… I click import, and it takes me to the page to modify. But everything just greyed out, can’t click anywhere.

Also – I wondered about close integration with Gravity Forms? Is there a way of using Gravity Forms to capture the data and also have that fully integrate with reports etc of your plugin? I love their integration with Zapier and so this gives great flexibility.

Although there is no direct integration of ConvertPlug with Gravity Forms. You can surely use the two together. You can copy the custom form code of Gravity Forms and paste in a module in ConvertPlug. Here is an article we have for you.

However, we’ve been working on it and you can expect it in our future releases.

We have already made note of your feedback earlier.
Like we have mentioned in the replies before, adapting to the style of the theme is something that we’ve intentionally implemented in ConvertPlug. We avoid loading our own fonts and colors in order to manage the performance of your website. This is why we rely on the theme for that.
Moreover, adapting to the theme makes sure that a module matches the style of your website. If this is not what you want, you can still change the design, colors and fonts in the editor. Its easy!

Pre-Sale: I saw that it is possbile to lock content and ask for the visitors’ email. But when this person needs to enter his email again it doesn’t work. It says already subscribed and denies access. Is there are workaround this?

Content lockers can be used to hide some content until the user enters his email ID. These lockers need not be set once he has opted in and viewed the content.
You can make sure that the opt-in locker does not appear when users who have already signed up come back to view the page. This can be done using the cookie settings. You can avoid displaying the popup after a user has signed up. Here is an article from our knowledge base that will help you with these settings.

My problem with it is : What happens if someone deletes their cookies and comes back and fills in the same email. Do they still get access to the page?

This feature is completely dependent on cookies. Therefore, if someone deletes cookies, the module will be displayed again and the user will have to enter his email address again to view the page.

Generally, the theme author buys an Extended license of the plugin which allows them to bundle it with their theme. In such cases, the theme author is responsible for providing you the support, updates or other resources. Moreover, the purchase code of the theme, doesn’t work for other bundled plugins as they are totally independent products and independent authors.
If you need to keep up with latest updates and get support directly from the original authors of the plugin, you will need to buy the respective plugin and get your own license.
I have 100+ item and i know when i need some plugin… i am not asking support, help or anything…. i am asking that “save button is not working” this is not support request this is very simple bug or conflict report…. some small questions answer help plugins sell, dont forget…. you can answer or not… not important…

This shouldn’t be happening and is a rare thing we’ve heard of. We haven’t come across such an issue before and neither has anyone reported it to us until now. It might be a conflict I think.
Therefore, it is hard to tell what might be causing the “save button to not work” at your end. We will have to take a closer look into the issue in order to be able to identify the cause and resolve it.
However, you try DIY debugging. This video could help.
Does integration in active campaign happen on an API to Form Level? Or does it happen API to list? If the latter is it possible to apply tags on optin so I don’t need to create a million lists for each type of optin

Thanks for your interest! ConvertPlug integrates with Active Campaign on the API level. With this integration, you can collect leads using forms created using ConvertPlug, which are then stored and managed using lists in Active Campaign.
You can apply tags here. You will have to add a hidden field to the respective form. Here is an article that will help you apply tags for each opt-in you work on.
