Identifying the opt-in form through which an email signup has come from is not possible at the moment. You can however create a different campaign for every opt-in form, and collect the leads in the respective campaign.

Looks like you want to create a conditional popup or opt-in form that allows users to access a page only if they are above a certain age limit.

These kind of popups or opt-in forms cannot be created using the inbuilt features of ConvertPlug. However, you could do this by adding a few lines of custom code for a module.

You can use a opt-in locker and add your own custom code to make sure that the page is displayed only when the user enters the expected value.

MailChimp has the double opt-in feature enabled by default. Therefore, leads do not get added until the user has clicked on the confirmation link sent to his email ID. This might be one reason why you aren’t seeing any leads in your MailChimp list.

You can disable the double opt-in feature by referring to the article here.

I really love the way ConvertPlug work. I want you guys to make it better. Please make the plugin independent of theme CSS. I tried saveral themes but faced the same issue. These aren’t present in our to-do list. We just took a look at the autoresponders you’ve mentioned above. The first look does not show signs of API integration being possible. However, we’ll have to dig in deeper to see if there is any other method we can work on.

However, in case they let you use some custom form code, you can easily embed them in a ConvertPlug module, so that you can use ConvertPlug with the auto-responder of your choice.

Regarding the junk emails that you’ve entered, you cannot delete individual contacts as of now. However, if you do not have anything important in the campaign, you can delete it and create a new campaign within Connects.

You can refer to the video here. Although it was created when ConvertPlug was first released, the video will give you an idea of how you can delete a campaign and create a new one. In case you do not wish to integrate ConvertPlug with any third party mailer, you can simple:

1. Click on Create New Campaign

2. Enter a Campaign Name

3. Click on the Create Campaign Button.

This will create a campaign within Connects.

As of now, this feature is not available as a built-in feature in ConvertPlug. We’ve been working on it, and you can expect it released in an update soon.

However, most of the third party mailers mentioned here, so have this functionality wherein they send an email to the mail ID that you’ve entered in the dashboard. For example, you can choose any mailer like MailChimp, CleverReach, Active Campaign etc., integrate it with ConvertPlug, and enter the WordPress admin email ID into their dashboard. This will make sure that after every successful form submission, the site administrator will be notified by email.

When do you think the update will be available? MailChimp does not send notifications if you choose not to use double opt-in.
