I have tried to download the latest version 12 from my Envato/CodeCanyon account, but the file that gets downloaded is the previous v11.9

I am having problems as a result of the Google Calendar sync bug and need v12 to hopefully fix that.

Is there another way to get hold of the v12 code?

Thanks

Unfortunately, this does not work for me. I’ve been advised that it is probably because the plugin is being used on a WP install on a walled off private Intranet, and unless the destination IP or domain is specified by the network admins then it won’t be able to connect to the outside world. I hope that makes sense, I must admit that network administration is not my own area of expertise. In order the install the plugin and past updates I have had to upload the appointment-booking zip file within the Wordpress Plugins page.

Hi,

We have uploaded the last release to Envato, it should be available soon (until they approve it).

Thanks!

Is there an ETA you can give of when the v 12.0 version will be available to download? Up against the clock right now and need to resolve this, thank you!

I’m sorry but I’m not I’m not seeing where you’re saying the updated plugin is? I’ve checked code canyon, wordpress plugins, etc. Would you be able to provide me with a link? I’m confused, this seems to be a popular issue people are dealing with, maybe make the update more accessible so this can be resolved? Thanks!

Hi,

Let me explain the process as its not that complicated. First of all navigate to Bookly/Settings/Purchase Code tab and save your code there. After this click Wordpress/Plugins page and you will see that Bookly has updates. Click “check updates” link or “update now” and the plugin will be updated within a minute. Please, reply directly at support@ladela.com so we could promptly assist you with other questions in the future.

Thanks!

Hi, when my staff members receive a new booking email notification, the email received is not just the individual booking detail…it is a long list of every single booking ever made for that staff member.

Is there any way to prevent this?

Thanks.

Paul

I’m facing the known ‘Google Calendar: Could not json decode the token” error for 2 weeks. I’m losing clients due this error due double bookings (we need to check with a Google calendar used together with other application).

The v12.0 fix isn’t available through Themeforest yet. Just downloaded latest version (11.9). Please provide me asap an external D/L/ location.

Hi, We are getting the error “Could not json decode the token”. The version we’re running is 9.1.2 and we never uptated it cause we have a custom functionality of exporting the Appointment date. How do we fix this issue without updating?

I should do that without updating to the latest version or after updating?

I should do that without updating to the latest version or after updating?

Hi,

You asked how to solve this matter without updating the plugin, so you’ll need to run that command in order to solve it. If you’ll update the plugin to the most recent release (12.0) you won’t need to run any command.

Thanks!

Hello

My calendar was syncing well. Now suddenly, none of my bookings are showing on Bookly meaning that i’m getting double bookings. When I go to ‘staff members’, I see a message saying: “Google Calendar: Could not json decode the token”. Has this got anything to do with it? Apart from that – all looks fine and I have also updated the plugin.

Thanks

Hello,

Also make sure that there is no comma symbol in the end of that link in Settings. You might need to completely re-connect Google Calendar to update this kind of information.

Thanks!

Same problem as everyone here. “Google Calendar: Could not json decode the token” error message on the staff screen. I tried everything, changed the Google API authorized URL, disconnect / reconnect staff members, re-create members, create a new Google API Project and start from scratch but it is still not working. What to do ? Please can you provide a solution ?

Hi team

I have been using the Bookly Wordpress module successfully for over a year, however recently I have started to experience an issue with Google calendar sync.

Please find the error message – Google Calendar: Could not json decode the token.

I have recreated the Web Application within Google developer, also I have tried to reconnect the calendar which worked for awhile – however this has completely stopped working now.

Best regards Andrew

I have “Google Calendar: Could not json decode the token” problem.

I followed your advise from one of comments:

“Could you please try to delete the current project from google developers console and set everything from zero. Please check this guide: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/203572552-Google-Calendar-Sync"

It did not work ! I tried it twice.

I can choose Google Calendar Account but then redirect me to Bookly and the error pops up.

I have no idea what to do. I have been using you plugin for one year and I’ve been very happy but now I am frustrated. I really need this synchronization with Google.

Hi there,

Can you please provide some support regarding our Bookly plugin. We cannot advance to the next step on the front end, because we’re unable to select a service. We cannot select any.

I can make services, or disable them completely, but there’s no way around it for us right now. Think it’s a bug due to our website set-up, though other extensions work fine.

Thank you for any assistance,

Hi,

Please send us an email to support@ladela.com with this inquiry and the purchase code so we could look into this matter.

Hello, we are using Bookly Plugin. As payment methods on checkout we are using two ways, “local payment” and payment with Paypal.

Have you any suggestion how can we enable the payment method via credit/debit card, as third option?

We would like to inform you that the site located in Greece. The system must cooperated with Greek Banks and must be translated into Greek.

Hi,

1) You can check the Stripe payment gateway for credit/debit cards.

2) You’ll need to check which gateways are supported for Greece and which will work with these banks. If you want to translate the plugin you’ll need some tools like Poedit, the front end can be translated in the appearance menu.

Thanks!

I have followed the process and gogoled for an answer, but I cant seem to find one. I really need to sync my booking tool with my google cal.

I’m getting the same error everyone else is getting with the google calendar sync. The “Could not json decode the token” error.

This is very frustrating. There should have been some QA and instructions on how to upgrade safely. I’ve followed the instructions and sent an email. Please respond.

Didn’t work. Error: redirect_uri_mismatch. Yes I updated the Redirect URI, in fact, it was the same.

Actually was able to get past that, still getting Google Calendar: Could not json decode the token
