Hi VonStroheim,

I am getting the following error message on my site:

ERROR Cannot make the reservation! Sorry, this slot is not available anymore. Probably it was booked by someone else or cancelled a while ago, just before you :( ​I am beginning to get a little worried here. I am sure a lot of people might be having this issue. There is a slot available at the time I tried and it has not been taken or booked. Have you seen this with your site?​

It is the same issue as per user: cdzero, mentioned in a previous comment.

You are right to ask, I am not using event classes, I am using container mode with appointment classes.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi I have a number of questions 1. Is there a reservation number somehow? 2. I want to have the ‘who’ removed from the reservation front end list. There is no ‘who’ but ‘admin’ is showing up, .I have Show coworker’s name set to no.

3. The cancel button is not showing up in the reservation front end list either. I have Allow cancellation by customer set to yes.

1) Yes, check the reservtion details modal and open the PDF. Reservation ID is at the top.

2) It shouldn’t. Could you please prepare some screenshots and then send me a private message?

Hi 1) Can the reservation # be added to the cvs or xml output or the details on the google calendar?

2) I made a new reservation and today it shows the cancel button, the ‘who’ is in there. I don’t know how to send a screen shot via a private message. I went to your profile page and it only let me send text (trying to send screen shot is a message I just sent you).

4) New – item- we want reservations to show up to 6 month in advance, the only option is 30days. Can this be changed? Thanks Cindy

I am not seeing the end time of an appointment on the Overview page in WP Admin. Is there a setting to control this? The end time also does not appear in the Booking Details modal window.

I see in the documentation screen shots – the end time of appointments are visible.

All of the appointments are not showing the end time. It seems like a row of secondary data is not showing. How can I post a screenshot here?

Do not use “endless” recurring events, always put an end to the batch (unless you have a very powerful server/database, which is clearly not the case).

After doing that, re-sync your Google Calendar(s).

I don’t understand your issue: could you please explain it in your native language?

P.S.: the sender of any e-mail message generated from a mailserver (like your server is) must belong to the site’s domain. Otherwise, the e-mail message will not be sent, or marked as SPAM. By default, the e-mail message sender is the admin’s e-mail address that you specify in your service’s e-mail settings.

Do you mean with Microsoft Exchange Calendars? No, only Google Calendar is supported, I’m sorry.

Hi, over the past weekend , I have installed and configured TeamBooking. Everything seemed to be working OK This morning, I went into the Overview screen, and I Cancelled an Appointment from there. The server went into error, and since then, I cannot even get into the adminscreens for Teambooking anymore. Everything else on the server works OK I was able to Deactivate the plugin, in an attempt to try that, and also re-activate it, but nothing helped. I went into the database, and deleted the existing reservations (they were test anyway), to see if that would help, but I am still stuck here. What is going wrong? thanks, James

So I finally got the app working, but now I have issues with the date. It shows up on the main calendar just fine, but when you click on the timeslot in order to book a time, it shows the next day. I checked my timezone settings and they are all good, so it leaves me a bit confused. Any thoughts or ideas?

Yes, this is a known bug that will be fixed by the very next version (it happens with a particular group of timezones). If it’s really urgent for you to have it fixed right now, then please contact me privately providing an FTP access, so I can apply a patch to your plugin.

Hello! Is it possible to change the language of timezone selector to another?

Five days gone but still no answer.

I mean Russian for example – America/Chicago looking like Америка/Чикаго.

Is there any way to change the language of timezone selector?

Still investigating this possibility, but keep in mind that the timezone’s strings are generated by WordPress. If WordPress doesn’t have the ability to translate them (which is what I’m researching during those 5 days) then the answer is no. HI, can I check if the “Max reservations per logged user” works for appointment calendar?

Right now it limits the whole calendar rather than per logged in user.

E.g. I set it as 10, the whole calendar only allows 10 reservations rather than 10 reservations per logged in user.

“Max reservations per logged user” is a parameter that you can set only for unscheduled services. I don’t quite understand what you mean by “it limits the whole calendar” :/

Hi again! Everything is almost ideal, but the loading time… especially if the nearest events at the next month… May be any tweaks to speed up the loading? (because the last time I already start to find the plugin without google synch. they are very fast. The situation is that – every page is reactive, but those with calendar or widget – as а turtle) I already think about adding the loader before TB page – for example – wait a little, loading data from Google…)

and dear VonStroheim – what does the large btn “Save to my calendar” after successful booking mean? it links to nowhere… tried to read – but found nothing about it… which my calendar? if the user is unregistered?

Well, personally I use W3 Total Cache without issues. I guess the most important thing is to keep the “Page caching” de-activated. Any form of PHP object caching, infact, could lead to problems when the site’s content is not intended to be “static”.

In your docs, 15.1.2 tbk_calendar_click_on_day it describes how to go to a specific slot on a day if there is only 1 available on click

Is it possible to fire an action hook command when a specifik page is opened with the calender on?

Ex to go to a specific date when the page opens? or maybe even to a specific slot/event?

I am having an issue related to time zone.

I am running up to date TB v2.1.5 and up to date wordpress v4.6.1

Google calendar timezone is set to: (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time – Toronto) Wordpress timezone is set to: Toronto

The issue: When a time greater than 7pm (i.e 7pm-9:30pm) is chosen on any given day on the ‘Choose a timeslot’ section of the frontend calendar, the ‘book and pay’ section appears and shows the day after the selected day.

Example: You can see what i am talking about by going to the frontend calendar (link provided above) and select December 30th date > click any of the time slots show for 8:00pm-10:30pm, the ‘book and pay’ section will show, with the date showing December 31st (not December 30th).

I have looked through the documentation and search comments with no solution. I ran a few test service time slots and this error only appears when the start time hits 7:00pm (i.e tested a 6:59 pm timeslot which did not produce the error) this pointed me in the direction of a time zone issue as the toronto time zone is -5 which is the amount of time diferrence between 7pm and 12am (midnight i.e the next day).

I hope i am making sense and my description can help you, help me find a solution here.

It is a timezone “display” bug that will be fixed by the next version, that’s all.

If you really need it to be fixed right now, I can try to apply a patch to your local installation, but that would require your support period to be non-expired. Just in case, contact me privately providing a working FTP access.

I’m sorry, but I can’t offer support for themes. TeamBooking is tested personally with the top seller themes out there like Avada, Enfold etc. About any other theme, the compatibility can’t be granted. In your case, I guess it was not a compatibility issue, rather an issue of your theme handling the session variables in a wrong way, or messing with them.

Hi Von TeamBooking is looking good except when you arrive on the Reservation page. The fields for First Name, Last name, etc are all very narrow. They only show 6 characters in each field. Is there a way make the field wider?

The fields were wider at some point but I’m not sure why the are so narrow now.

I can’t provide support for a code that doesn’t belong to the plugin itself, I’m quite sure you understand that. The only thing I can do, is trying to modify the TeamBooking form field classes in order to avoid the impact of your framework by the next versions.

Hi, I was using your plugin since a couple of months. I moved to a different server today and the plugin was still running. Now I´m not able to start the plugin anymore. It is activated but the settings page won´ show up. I tried to reinstall the plugin, no help. What else can I do?

Hi, I love the potential of this plugin, but I’m getting frustrated having it show the available slots on the actual calendar. I’ve gone through the instructions 3-4 times. The API works (it shows there is traffic), the specific calendar says it is synced (on personal tab), and I have added timeslots to the google calendar. I really don’t know what else to try at this point. I’ve been through the manual countless times and I’m at a loss. Any ideas?

Is there a possibility to change the event name of the reservation in google calendar. If people make a reservation now every booking has the same name, eg. Lunch. I want the event name to display the persons name and some other items they filled in during their reservation.

Exactly ;) But with appointments, you are limited to one reservation per slot (no tickets)

Mmm okay. So for me the event type is the right choice. But Instead of the emailadress I would like to have the telephonenumber and another custom dynamic data field added into the google calendar description field. How can i change this?

[EDITED] You can’t, at the moment the Google Calendar description is not configurable for Event type.
