“Invalid client” means that the Client ID (or Secret ID, or Project Name) in your Core settings is not (anymore) correct or doesn’t match (anymore) the one(s) in your Google Project. Have you changed your Core Settings? What have you done to your Google Project?

Absolutely nothing. Your explanation makes sense however.. I’m looking at the Google project and the settings, client id and secret are there and still identical.
What about the Product name?

Nothing was changed by me, neither in my core settings or on the Google page itself.. I guess I could simply re-create the project, settings, etc. but would I lose anything if I did that?
I guess your first attempt should be to revoke/reauth again in your Personal tab (all of your Coworkers too, if any)...
If the issue persists, before considering to create a new Google Project from scratch please contact me privately.

Hello,
I have been using the teambooking plugin on a testing environment. I was able to connect and make it work without any issues. The previous website was xheblati.com.
I transferred the website to https://www.northeastern.edu/nupd/ about a week ago and have not been able to make it work, despite following the steps on the support document.
I do not see any errors so I am not sure what the problem is. Can you please help me figure out what is wrong?

I suspect your server is under a too restrictive firewall, preventing it to connect to Google servers.

Thank you so much. I know details are necessary but was not sure what to say. Yes, the firewall is too restrictive. I will contact the IT department to let them know that they have to allow the ones you suggested. Will give you an update soon. Thank you again for your quick reply

I still have not been able to use the team booking plugin 
I still get this error: “int(7) string(69) “Failed to connect to 2607:f8b0:4006:805::200d: Network is unreachable” Talked to the IT department and they said that they allowed 2607:f8b0:4006:805::200d: on their firewall. I am not sure what to do now.
The other issue I am having is with the update. I get this error: “Update Failed: Download failed. cURL error 56: Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT” I asked the IT department many times to allow team booking, Google Calendar API, and Google Maps API.
They claim that they whitelisted the servers I requested but the errors were not fixed. This is their latest reply: “You need to look for a “proxy” option in your plugin and use the proxy https://www.proxy.neu.edu:3128 This should work, since everything has been added to the firewall and the proxy server. “
I would really appreciate if you help me identify the issues I am having.

I’m sorry, but you must insist with your hosting. The response they gave to you is a little bit weird, as it should be their duty not only to whitelist something in the firewall, but also to correctly configure your server’s cURL library according to the proxy they are using. If they still deny that, then please contact me privately via my profile page, and we can try to find a way. But before doing that please consider to renew your expired support period as per Envato support policy, as I must comply with it.
About the “update” failure, I assume you are using the Envato Market plugin… Nothing related to TeamBooking again, and the cURL error shows it is not configured to work with your proxy/firewall.

I asked them whether I could share FTP credentials with third party vendors and this is what they said:
“The developers should not code in our proxy server. There should be a place that you put it in yourself. If not, what is the exact URL and port that your application needs access to, and does it need to come back?”
I would really appreciate if you tell me the exact URL that they need to allow. When I activate TeamBooking plugin the website takes a while to load and I get this error:”int(7) string(69) “Failed to connect to 2607:f8b0:4006:800::200d: Network is unreachable”. my previous answer is still valid: your server clearly has network connection configuration issues (bad IPv6 config? Bad cURL config with proxy?). It’s not my duty (yours neither) to configure that properly. Plus, there is no “url” that I know of, because TeamBooking uses the Google’s API framework which I certainly didn’t code. I bet it tries to connect to Google servers, that’s it.
That said, I can understand how difficult can be to stay in between of different tech support, so please contact me privately via my profile page and we try to arrange some tests. If you can’t share your FTP credentials, I’ll send you some files and you must do the job

Hi, I updated from 2.0.5 to 2.1.5. Everything works fine and the new “review” step during the reservation process is great, but here is a problem with the button “Save on my calendar”.
When clicked, the request is going out but the there is no answer from the server:

When using Stripe for payment, is it possible to only charge part of the full price that is calculated by the options chosen? So if the basis price is 200 and there has been added extra´s for 600 the amount that is payed with stripe is only 200.
And the price-tag that is shown, is it possible to disable it?

1) This is not possible, but why you need that? At that point, you can just avoid the use of incremental price and simply put in the description label something like “+600€”, for instance…
2 – bonus) In every field label, don’t forget that you can use HTML code. So, just place an anchor pointing to your terms page, something like Accept the <a href="your-link-to-terms">terms and conditions</a> and make that checkbox as required.

1) ok, then you got a little feature for future versions, a possibility to not have the price showing in the calender overview. We need it becourse the client is paying a reservation deposit in case they do not show for the apointment. But I will do it in the description in stead of incremental price, that is a good idea.

You are trying to install the wrong file. The main package you download from CodeCanyon must be unzipped, inside you’ll find the actual plugin’s package, along with the documentation.

A suggestion: field validation should allow empty values if the field is not required. For example, if Phone is not required, but I enable US Phone validation on that field, I should be able to leave it blank. This is not the case, and essentially forces this to be a required field.

The customer receives an error each time he/she is booking the LAST event ticket available. For example, if there is one ticket left and the customer attempts to book one ticket, he/she sees:
Cannot make the reservation! Sorry, you chose a number of tickets that makes you exceed the maximum

I only see this while logged in as a site admin (which bypasses the purchase portion of the workflow). Normal user purchases are processed correctly.

This is not expected behavior—I am “purchasing” a compliant number of tickets (both in quantity and availability), but the error is still shown.
But, as admin, have you already booked some tickets for the same timeslot, previously?

Hello! I set up the calendar but it will only allow for my customers to book one time slot at a time. Currently I have time slots in 15 minute increments. But If they wanted to reserve a full hour they would basically need to complete 4 separate transactions and I would like to avoid that.
