Hi, Currently built in editor only supports language file & invoice layout. For quote pdf templage you can edit this file using any text editor – application/lib/invoices/q-x2.php

I use two currency. When I add payment, I can use only default currency. When Invoice currency and payment currency is not the same, you need to calculate exchange rate for two currency. I think it is bug.

Quick thing – When I added the image it didn’t change because of client caching. Maybe add a random number to the logo? something like logo.png?foo=1234. Then I have another quick question. If I want a custom CSS is there a place where I can add my own css? I have an issue with the logo file if it is too large in the appearance customize so I want to fix that with CSS. Thanks a lot.
Hi – another question about subdomains. So I saw that you can reuse the application, but on a different subdomain I see that it is requiring the purchase code again. I assumed that it would work but there is the domain information in the c_cache field which is encoded. Is there a way to avoid having to put the purchase code automatically? So to confirm: domain1.domain.com and domain2.domain.com they must be able to use the same purchase code as per your comment. But when I just copy the database and the folder to the second subdomain, it asks to enter it again. Can that be automated? Thanks in advance.
Hi, Regarding your fast question, Yes, a random number can be added but cache is good to save bandwidth and load faster the application. iBilling adds a version number to force re load instead of cache for javascript & css file. It’s not a good idea to add this for logo as you will not change this frequently. If you still want this, you can simply edit the template file.
Your second question, The regular license will allow you to use one instance of application con currently. If you want to use this in multiple location, you will have to purchase another license. All the reports is not just like a table for excel export. iBilling has visual reports for income and expense & an excellent dashboard. iBilling was created for those who still using excel like software for accounts. What would be a nice added feature would be creating a report for TAX accumulated within a month, improve occurring invoices to automatically create new clone of previous month invoice for a new month with the date updated, and im still having problems with my cron jobs to function properly, be it really is a good system..
