I use the plugin Members for role management. It works great with other plugins but I cannot make settings for the BWL Knowledge Base.

I don’t need to restrict access in the frontend, only in the backend.

I can not find this, but is there an option to sort the KB posts alphabetically vs by date? it would be best to be able to control this by category if possible.

I have one category that is basically a glossary of terms and I need it to be listed alphabetically.

a) Frontend: in the KB posts list (I don’t mean the overview page but the complete list for a category)

b) Backend: in the list “All KB items”

How can I do this?

hello, I have the 1.0.8 version installed and currently have only 1 entry. I can place the shortcode on the page and root of the knowledge base displays.

but clicking on a category name or the article name produces a 404 error.

Hi, I’m trying to make my site look/act the same as your demo site.

1) my line items display the a number and circle around it are smaller then yours. It looks odd

2) When you click on your category, you are taken to a page with line items…http://codecanyon.net/item/bwl-knowledge-base-manager/full_screen_preview/7972812 When I click on my category, I’m taking to a page with previews of the entire post. I want just the title to show up in a list like yours

3) you have a category title showing when displaying the category. Mine has nothing

4) On both my category listing and the item listing the date is displayed. Your demo has no date displayed. I would like my dates turned off and the page left justified.

Just purchased your plugin and noticed that our test server started to slow down and getting a lot of php error (wordpress/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/shortcodes/shortcodes.php on line 1005, referer: /wp-admin/post.php?post=30976&action=edit) that is the line that I am getting pertaining to the error not sure if this has something to do with the version of WP that we have (4.3) and I noticed that this is compatible to work with 4.2.2. I just wanted to see if there are any recommendations that you have to prevent this error from showing to prevent the site to slow down.
