Hi, You can use custom plugin or hooks for “Add Fund” option for the clients. Currently iBilling does not have this feature.

Hi CloudOnex, I have a pre-sales question please: Say, I’ve made a Recurring invoice (monthly) -> Marked it as Paid -> then sent it as ‘Invoice Payment Confirmation’ to a customer. Will iBilling send the same PAID invoice as “Invoice Payment Confirmation” a month after without you having to touch anything? For example, if I have a customer who pays via PayPal on a recurring basis but I wanted to send him an official invoice automatically using iBilling the day after PayPal payment is processed.. Can I set that with iBilling at once so I don’t have to do anything month after month? If this is possible, please let me know.

Hi, It seems like you have already purchased iBilling. It will create recurring invoice, and if clients pay the invoice, invoice will be marked as Paid automatically & client will get confirmation email. I am posting an update for iBilling. Thanks.
Hi CloudOnex, thanks for the update. In this case however, a client has already a paying customer base via PayPal. We simply needed to send an official copy of invoice (marked Paid) using iBilling and we thought we can set that up using the recurring invoice in iBilling just once so that iBilling just automatically sends the paid invoice copy every month to the customer without having to do it manually every time on our side as we know the customer has already paid via PayPal. I hope you can find a workaround for this. Most of these clients won’t bother about paying invoices month after month so the Paypal subscription model is the best for now, we just simply need to automate the sending of invoice copy marked paid so we don’t have to worry about it as well. Please let us know then. Thank you.
