Are you talking about the font icons, if yes then yes, we have a option where you can import your own custom icon in font icon manager which you can download from icomoon.
No, there is a module “Logo showcase” where you can upload your client’s logos in the typical formats (jpg, png, but not svg (although we enabled it wofür WordPress). Cheers, T.

Hello, I installed Ultimate Addons for VC and everything works great, except whenever UAVC is activated my Slider Revolution will only show a white screen. Please help!!
Actually its not just Slider Revolution. All sliders don’t work when UAVC is activated. What can be the problem?
On the main landing page I have a Slider Revolution at the top of the page and a Flex Slider under where it says “Testimonials”, both of which do not show up when UAVC is enabled. The minute I disable UAVC, they show.

I was trying to open a ticket, but it keeps giving me an error when I try to log in. It gives me a 504 Time Out Error.
I am also seeing that when I add a Carousel Anything, the icons show up as generic gear icons, instead of the actual icons like in your video tutorial.

Hotspot Tooltip window on Mobile Phone devices is not working 100% correctly. The tooltip windows will open but they run off screen a lot of them. Even in your example here https://ultimate.brainstormforce.com/hotspot/ the hotspot on the far right does not fire properly.
I assume this might be something you are aware or and are looking to fix in the future? On another such plugin hotspot plugin I have used in the past there was an option to make the Tooltips full screen on mobile. That way it fills the phones screen and you close it to get back to the hotspot image underneath.

Hello, Is there a way to get my background video to resizes to always fit the browser? So i will see the entire video (weight and height) without black bars whatever the screen resolution is?

The Video will always tends to resize in an proportionate manner, if you decrease or increase the size of the browser, the video will obviously resize accordingly in the background and that is why the its is showing the unwanted spacing in form of black bars.
And that is why we have provided placeholder image option as in mobile the video background take time to load, so to optimize the loading time we had provided such feature.

We purchased the plugin to be able to use hosted video backgrounds on our client’s sites. However, when we put an mp4 in the background of the row, we have a few issues:
a. when the video loads in Firefox it’s in one position, then jumps quickly jumps up about 20px (leaving a grey space at the bottom). I can force it into a better position by using the “top:XX”, but it still starts in one position and then pops into the correct position. I’m hoping to have the video just load initially in that position…not pop into place. Again, this is something that happens in Firefox.
b. we set the row to have the “fade” background effect, but it doesn’t work at all (or at least nothing happens when it’s turned on…like it currently on).
c. when set to “parallax” the video background disappears for some reason. The content parallaxes correctly though.
