Is the insane import (and regular ASIN grab) acting glitchy for anyone else?
A few issues I am having
It will find ASINs but not show me the products The check all/uncheck all function is not toggling (so I will uncheck all, then check the ones I want and it will import them all anyway) I will run a search, it will find the products, but then I will run the same search again and it will return different results or none (this is done withing minutes of each other so the results should not be that different) I am having an issue grabbing ASINs for specific products that I want to pull.
Also it added dozens of product categories that I didnt want. Now I have to go through and delete them.
Any insight would be helpful

If I renew my support can you update the plugin for my site? Also is the csv import still available on the new version?
yes, the CSV is still available on the new version. No need to renew support just to update your website. You could just update it yourself as it is not hard to do that. You just delete the old version of the plugin and install the new one.
Why does it say CSV has been deprecated? What does that even mean?
You can still use that module, it just means that we created something new that does that as well (Insane Import).
I keep getting a message that there is an update available for slider revolution but there is nothing to click on to get the update. Will that be included in the next bundle pack update?

My main menu on the Kingdom theme is not in the menu editor. I am unable to add anything else to it because of this. I’m not sure how to fix it. Help from anyone would be appreciated

My fault! I got it figured out. I wasn’t constructing the menu properly. Now that I understand it better and have the menus constructed. I don’t like the way they look. It seems that there isn’t away to have the drop down menus be a different color than the main navigation menu. This can create kind of an ugly white border when it’s over a different color background picture. I’m still looking into it though. I might be wrong

You will need to contact Envato about this as they deal with this kind of issues. It sounds like your server is out of memory. Try to increase your WP and PHP Memory and see if that helps.
Does anyone here that is using the Kingdom theme also use the sidebar? How do you get around the product images being chopped/cropped to where part of the image is missing? All is good without the sidebar but as soon as the sidebar is activated, the images get messed up.
I purchased this bundle. There is a folder for the woocontextual product with many files in it but no zip file. It looks like it just opened the zip filed to that folder. Unfortunately, your how-to only really speaks to being able to locate a zip file.
We will look into that. From what you told us you could make a zip file out of that folder or upload that folder as is via FTP.

Kingdom theme – Been trying to use the sidebar on pages but when I do, it chops a part of the pictures off of each product and shortens the description to too few characters. I put in a ticket and I am told that to make the sidebar work with the theme, that is considered “customization”. This is crazy!!! The theme is advertised with a sidebar but it does not work without making the site look terrible.

It appears that in the Kingdom demo that you have a number of different shortcodes that will show a slider of recent products, products specific to a category and others. In the documentation, you only show 2 different shortcodes , neither of which are on your home page. Where can we find a complete list of shortcodes?

Kingdom Slider, when I try and upload images by clicking on add new slide and then add new image, then add to post, the image never shows up in the slider slide.

You could try the alternative way, using FTP to upload the theme to your server.

That tab is pulled from Amazon as an iframe so your server might be blocking that window.

I have been looking at buying this but have been doing my research on the net about woo zone , it seems there are many users complaining about prices not displaying correctly, even in the latest update. In extreme cases I have read that some users have been banned from the Amazon program due to this error. Can you tell me do you have any plans in place to fix this problem as this is the only thing stopping me from buying this plugin.
We have two options to get prices from Amazon. 1. get prices from Amazon only or 2. get prices from Amazon and other sellers (lowest price). To only get the prices from Amazon you will need to use the first option.
