For customers, can they share list/campaign to other users (just like mailchimp)? Thanks!

Each campaign has it’s own web version url which you can share if you need to, mailwizz doesn’t do it automatically.
As for lists, they are not sharable.

Can customer has multiple accounts? For example a company account where 2 people can access it at the same time?

No, all customers are totally separate. You can create a company account and share the login credentials with the company members.
Note that upcoming version allows you to share campaign reports with whomever you want, you just give them a url and password and anyone with these can see the campaign stats without the need to login in the system.

We are interested to switch from mailchimp to mailwizz+amazon ses , and we wanted to clarify if our host namcheap could handle our 200 000 subscribers , totalling 800 000 emails a months. Its a weekly newsletter.
Our questions: 1. Will our basic namecheap account be able to send out 4x a month totaling 800 000 emails? 2. Our subscribers have subscribed to us through gumroad, do we need to get our email lists verified and how? 3. We read that amazon ses sends only 10 000 emails a day , we want to sent 200 000 emails in 2-6 hours in one day, this 4x a month, is it possible and how to make it possible? 4. Which is the best online server for sending so many emails with amazon ses combined with mailwizz? 5. Can one see which subscribers are becoming unresponsive (not opening your emails).

I don’t think any shared hosting will actually do it, you’d need a VPS most likely, see on https://www.linode.com/pricing the 4GB one for reference.
So, to answer your questions:
1. I don’t think so.
2. They already subscribed so you don’t need to send them confirmation again afaik.
3. You can use MailGun / Sparkpost / SendGrid / Etc, no need for Amazon strictly. This 10k emails limit can easily be raised if you send good quality emails.
4. MailGun / Sparkpost / SendGrid / Etc, either will do.
5. Yes.

I installed the script but I can not log in to customer or backend. When I go to mysite.com/backend/index.php/guest/index and I enter email and pwd and press the button to log in it redirect me to to mysite.com/ with error : ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
I delete the cookies and try again, always the same problem.

Hello, That not works. I am in shared hosting. I tested sendmail that works, I already added API sparrkpost, this API I tested it in local with swiftmailer it works.
I tested the crop with a php file that send an email and it works but when I add your crons it seems that not works because I d’ont recevie any email about Cron. Can you please just give me the url of the Cron and I will add it like this :

P.S: Mailwizz’s cron are not webcrons so you cannot access them via url, you can just run it via command line like above article shown or add them in your server cron jobs list.

Salut! Am testat versiunea demo si mi se pare foarte ok. Vreau sa te intreb daca exista posibilitatea de a restrictiona clientii astfel incat sa nu poata avea acces la lista de contacte. Am vazut ca exista o optiune prin care sa restrictionez exportul contactelor, dar in schimb nu am gasit o optiune prin care sa nu le poata vedea nici in lista, pentru a nu putea fi copiate manual. Mentionez ca folosesc baza mea de date, pe care o import pe plafroma personal si la care nu doresc sa le ofer acces. Multumesc!

Din moment ce in aplicatie listele apartin clientilor, nu e prea ok sa nu le dai acces la ele. Inteleg punctul tau de vedere unde probabil tu vrei sa le urci listele si ei sa le trimita emailuri doar, dar deocamdata asta nu e posibil.

Poate ma ajuti te rog putin cu sectiunea ’’customer group’’ unde am creat un grup, am bifat ’’can send from system server’’, bifez cateva servere de pe care doresc sa trimita clientul campania, cu toate astea campania nu porneste. Precizez ca am asociat userul clientului la user groupul respectiv. Mai exact la ’’stats’’ imi afiseaza Paused (0%). Degeaba incerc sa retrimit ca nu se intampla nimic.
Doresc sa precizez ca cine s-a ocupat cu instalarea platformei, mi-a creat un user si mi-a asociat la un user group creat de el, si functioneaza perfect. Primesc rapoarte in regula. Setarile le-am preluat din grupul creat de el, cu toate astea nu se trimit emailurile. Daca asociez in schimb un alt user la grupul creat de el, nu pot vedea statisticile complete…mai exact nu vad rata de deschidere – imi lipseste OPEN RATE.

Legat de problema ta specifica, cel mai probabil nu ai dat enable la opens tracking cand ai create campania, de aia nu vezi acele statusuri.

Am dat duplicat la un grup deja creat si fucntioneaza, altfel nu am reusit. Mai am o singura intrebare. Dupa cateva campanii trimise, vad ca nu-mi mai apare in ’’customer group’’ la ’’servers’’ – ’’assign servers’’: lista cu domeniile. Aveam configurate in jur de 100, si de azi dimineata nu le mai pot vedea. Ms! O sa rog persoana de la mine care a achiztionat licenta si s-a ocupat de instal sa imi dea contul lui. Am verificat in Backend -> Misc -> Application log si am gasit foarte multe campuri de genul : 2016/10/26 13:32:02 error Cannot find a valid server to send the campaign email, aborting until a delivery server is available!
In total am 100 ’’delivery servers’‘ Toate serverele sunt de tipul ’’ System servers’‘ Am creat mai multe grupuri pentru clienti si le-am alocat mai multe servere pentru fiecare.
Am incercat sa trimit si un email de test si am primit urmatorul mesaj: ’’Email delivery is temporary disabled.’‘

Can I not create additional users? When I try to login with a new user I created in the Admin panel, logout, then login with their credentials in the customer area, it says password is invalid.

Users login in /backend area while customers login in /customer area, so make sure you create them in the right place and that they are active.

You don’t really need any add-on, the core app will work just fine. if you don’t like paypal you can buy the stripe/2checkout/etc addon.
