Hello, I’m new with this MW application which is hosted on AWS, learning.. and have few questions about it.
1. Signed Up AWS SES for delivery servers, In case of AWS SES, what if I use regular SMTP configuration for the application, will it handle bounces automatically and fls, or have to add another server for feedback lop & bounce both?
2. In case we use web-API configurations, do i need to add all kind of servers like bounce and feedback?
3. Can we add multiple servers to split the delivery load, I mean.. AWS SES, ElasticMail, Sparkpost, & MailGun all four actually, how do all of them as active servers impact the application, if added as delivery servers?
4. ElasticEmail is working fine as active delivery server, it sent the test mail to SPAMBOX. How to fix it?
5. Added SparkHost api, finished all steps http://prntscr.com/crirej, even added bounce domain [ bounces.mydomain.com ] still getting ERROR while validating the server: http://prntscr.com/criqc2 Same issue while adding MailGun Server. How to fix it?
6. Will my customers have to add DKIM records for their domains?
7. I installed the application, now everytime i hit the url it gets me to customer area [login page]. Check: http://prntscr.com/crbxhh. I want to put the html front end in the root folder and drive the user to login page through button click. Where I have to make changes?

A Pre-Purchase Question, can we install the script on shared Web Hosting and use mail from VPS, or dedicated server so that we will switch the dedicated as per the need without reinstalling it.
Also any additional installation at dedicated / vps in this condition as in the demo, option to add SMTP, so at dedicated server / vps server, SMTP Gateway is already created or any script install at server to create the SMTP server, as i am not aware about SMTP working, so I ask this question.

You’ll have to use your own templates as we only have one.

I hosted the application on a subdomain, and I implemented cloudflare cdn an hour ago, now my application does not work, tried changing the nameservers back to the previous named servers, but learnt it will take time. Can you help with this please.
Ok so problem was resolved once I changed the named servers back, but How do I export all subscribers emails please. I am hoping to do it one time.
does renew support will give me access to newest version.. ? I was using the script for long time but now for some reason, the bounces create high bandwith 1GB per day which is very unusual. My host says to check with the developer
You can see by the logs that it’s causing high amounts of traffic.

As for bandwidth, i didn’t knew that is a problem in 2016 anymore, you can simply move the bounce handler frequency to work once per hour or so

How do I reduce all form you fill before importing contact. Can’t one just skip filling the form and import “contacts”
I know how to import contacts. but it makes no sense filling all those fields just to be able to create or import contact a list. Can I skip that whole process and just enable people upload contact directly

Mailwizz Works just fine with Amazon SES. EC2 is just the VPS and that’s something that doesn’t really matter for mailwizz, you can use DigitalOcean, linode, etc.

Hi, I have a pre-purchase question: I am looking for a newsletter system that will allow my subscribers to chose which lists they would like to receive posts from and then receive one daily email from those lists-total-not one email from each list. I would also need to be able to add in additional hidden lists to be included in the emails. For example: I have the category Thriller as a list that a subscriber can choose upon subscribing, but I also wish to have Featured Thriller and Free Thriller lists added automatically to emails the subscriber receives, but at the same time hidden from the list that the subscriber chooses from…does that make sense? Can your plugin do this? Also are you using a bootstrap date picker or a jQuery date picker for this plugin? Thank you

Hi I have an issue with the last version, for some reason it use the default email from I set up in the server when I add the SMTP from sendgrid, I use the SMTP configuration, but in the campaign I added the Email I need it show as send from, but it use the default

Try to set the Force FROM property of the delivery server to always and see if that helps.
Keep in mind that most of the email providers don’t support email spoofing anymore, thus your issue.

If you properly format your csv file and you import your contacts as specified at https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/how-do-i-import-subscribers/ there is no reason for why this will not work.
If you still have issues, open a support ticket at https://forum.mailwizz.com and attach your csv file and your app backend url and login and i can have a look.

I did everything as you teach also am unable to register your email address in the list of the registration form I created.
Anyway, your system is too complex to use, you need to change some routines and facilitate the use of its customers, the bug importing contacts in csv is one of them.
The support forum has an area for support tickets. use that.
Besides that, I opened a ticket within its official channel support and so far I have not been answered. You by the way only responds via Codecanyon here, and probably are not reading the support tickets that your customers open on its official channel support.
Only the forum does not solve the existing problems.
I’m waiting for a solution, or will I have to cancel my purchase.
There a waiting queue in the support tickets, you’ll get answered at the right time, it would not be fair to the other customers to answer you before them.
And as a side note, i don’t want to be rude or anything, but really the system works great, so if something is failing is either the human factor or the fact the server where is hosted has some limitations that prevent the app to run properly.
