Try creating a container that would fill 100% height of viewport (or whatever size of slider area you need) and only then place the slider in it, or make sure that your layers plugin initializes after the slider.

You may set any size to slider via options or via CSS. Styling of individual tabs on a side (with title/description) is modified via CSS.

You just create a gallery as shown here http://help.dimsemenov.com/kb/wordpress-royalslider-tutorials/wp-creating-royalslider-from-flickr-photoset and add it to any widget area. Just don’t forget to check an option on slider settings page to include files.
Only Flickr photosets (albums) are supported.

Haven’t seen such issue before. What MySQL version are you using? Overhead is removed quite simply, all you need is to run OPTIMIZE TABLE to clean it, there are many guides that explain how to do this, e.g. if you’re using phpMyAdmin – https://www.sgis.co.uk/blog/2014/05/how-to-reduce-mysqls-overhead-in-phpmyadmin/
If you won’t be able to resolve, or if the problem persists, please open a private support ticket at http://help.dimsemenov.com – provide temp admin and database/phpmyadmin access, and I’ll try debug what’s causing the issue on your site.

RoyalSlider never had a form that would state “The email address you used to purchase the plugin is your license key to enable automatic updates.”. Are you sure that you aren’t missing anything? The quick google search shows that this text is used in some kind of “portfolio-slideshow-pro” plugin.

The slider did not load. The RoyalSlider short code only show an empty space in the area the slider should be. I am using this short code:

I sent my login access and Urls in a ticket.

I am working on a Wordpress Multisite and due to this, I need a Plug-in which supports the following functionality: If a Slider is created on Blog A, it should be available with the same ID in Blog B. Due to this, I think it is necessary, that the Slideshow is working with the same table on both Blogs. On my Multisite we are only working on Blog A and broadcast the posts to Blog B. So the code snippet has to be the same for both blogs. Is it possible with your Plug-in?

How do we use an images media description or title metafield for the captions. We know how to create for custom slideshows but what about for the standard gallery shortcode? We use echo do_shortcode(‘[gallery]’ in our single post template. Much appreciated Great plugin!

We see the markup but the editor seems to apply only to custom slideshows. Our slideshows are automatically created using images attached to posts with the gallery shortcode in the post template. How do we adjust the php shortcode to include the new settings to gallery? The only caption options under the slideshow ‘default’ is to turn off/on only.
The editor is available for any kind of slider, not just “custom”. If you override default [gallery] with RoyalSlider, you should’ve created “gallery” type of slider that controls its configuration. We have created a ‘gallery’ type slider but can’t see any option to change the caption to the meta description. As there are no images needed for that template there is no way to access the block editor and change the caption meta settings. We can change all other settings fine from the right side menu.
You don’t need block editor, you need slide markup editor. As I posted before, it’s in General Options of slider (there is a link “Edit Slide Markup”).
Just found that the slider is not showing in China, do you have any Idea how to fix this problem?

Slider does not have any specific limitation or checks that would make it stop working from China. Best guess without link to the page with the issue – your site loads some external JS file which domain is blocked in China (for example Facebook API or Google API), so you get a JS error and it blocks all execution of JS after it..
