The miniatures are no longer seen and have been replaced by a rainbow-colored photo
Links from youtube are no longer imported.
Please update the lugin which is now unusable for a long time.

If you're having some issue with YouTube, please make sure that you're using the latest version of the plugin and the correct API code is entered.
Vimeo issue is known, and it's related to the recent change of their API, you can read more about it here http://help.dimsemenov.com/discussions/royalslider-wordpress/50056-video-poster-images-not-showing

It doesn't work, or when it want to show something, this it's totally random and out of control. I've lost 24 $

Please elaborate what exactly isn't working for you, if you're having some specific issue - feel free to open a ticket on support forum and provide more details.
It's a pretty powerful slider with loads of possibilities. And when you're stuck, there a pretty quick support, too.
Easy to use slider, and helpful support.
