If you're having some issue with YouTube, please make sure that you're using the latest version of the plugin and the correct API code is entered.
Vimeo issue is known, and it's related to the recent change of their API, you can read more about it here http://help.dimsemenov.com/discussions/royalslider-wordpress/50056-video-poster-images-not-showing

Please elaborate what exactly isn't working for you, if you're having some specific issue - feel free to open a ticket on support forum and provide more details.
It's a pretty powerful slider with loads of possibilities. And when you're stuck, there a pretty quick support, too.
Easy to use slider, and helpful support.
My favourite slider and carousel plugin by far!

I bought this plugin because it works with Custom Post Types, however I want to show an image gallery of a specific custom post type but there's no such option. I can only show Wordpress Image Gallery or custom Posts. Would like my money back.

You seem to refer to ACF gallery, and not custom post types (which is default WordPress functionality).
The ACF documentation shows an example on how to generate wordpress image gallery shortcode https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/gallery/ (refer to "Create a WP gallery").
