Hello, I followed all the instructions but the player is not playing any songs when i clicked on it
Hi, Thanks for purchase.
Well as the demo site for this player is working, that means the player is fully functional and working without any issues. However you might have made mistakes in installing it or etc. But I am more than happy to have a look at your page and check the issue. Please email me the link using the contact form in my profile.
How can i use this with my wordpress site
As it is a HTML5 plugin, you can have it on any platform such as Wordpress. Although it is not a Wordpress plugin, but you only need to insert player’s links in the header of the Wordpress plugin and then insert the plugin anywhere you like within the site, as a post or so.
Hello. Please note I installed the music player but for some strange reason I cannot get it to play the music. #5 of the manual “path” should I replaced it with the playlist.html, this is pertaining to the DS Audio Player Manual
Hi,
Thanks for your purchase. The playlist must be in XML format. therefore, in step five of the manual you should link the player to the right existing XML file that contain the list of tracks. for example, ’../playlist/mytracks.xml’
Hope it helps
Hello, I could not configure the player. Could you send me the index and playlist codes to make it work?
My data: Stream: http://198.24.186.218:8038/index.html?sid=1 XML: http://euroticast5.euroti.com.br:8038/statistics
I would like the name of the artist, music and artwork.
Thank You! Alessandro
I texted it and it works perfectly.
Hope it helps and let me know if there is any further issues,

Hi, I just checked you xml file. you did not specify the correct title, artist name, and artwork url. currently based on your settings the XML file is: <artist>NAME</artist> <title>TITLE</title> <url>http://198.24.186.218:8038/stream.mp3</url> <artwork>URL</artwork>
While you have to put the correct data in each tag.
Dear Alexxandro,
I you send the screenshot of the XML file, if you read the line one by one, you will see that the <artwork> tag contain the word ‘URL’ which is wrong. and that is the reason you do not see the player in the page. because it has not artwork. You should put a URL in that tag. for example <artwork>https://goo.gl/vunEPC</artwork>
The player is playing fine but you just need to fill the XML file correctly.
Kind regards,
Hi,
Can not the player show the cover of the current song playing? Last.fm Can not the player read the name of the song playing in streaming?
Thx,
Alessandro
No that is not possible since the format of the live streaming does not cover such a functionality. But in my up coming products I will have a similar tool for showing current playing track info in live streaming.
OMG, very bad :/
Not sure what you mean. But as the functionality of this player is advertised, it supports XML playlists perfectly and you can provide title, artist name and cover of the for each track using that (Just like the demo). Even for live streaming you can ferch dynamic XML from the service provider and update it accordingly.
Basically it is all the same as the demo version..
I want to use it for browsing my sound files and listen, so this script support that?
Hello, Of course it does support it. It supports different formats of audio such as MP3, AAC+, WAV, OGG.
Let me know if you need any help.
so, how does it cost if I need for adding a feature to browse my sound files from my pc and play them?
You need to have a home server in order to do that, The other option could be saving your files on DropBox and link them on the player. So you will have locally access to your files.
Hello, Can it be used to play youtube links? Only the audio of the video.
If he can not, is it possible to make him play only the audio?
Hello, unfortunately this player does not support YouTube audio since based on YouTube’s terms & conditions, extracting audio from the video is not allowed and it might lead to a copyright infringement.
But obviously it does support many different formats of audio files.
any chance to add a audio visualizer or spectrum as effect for live streaming?
thank you.
Hi, Thank you for your purchases. Unfortunately this item does not have any visualiser. However, I am working on new products with visualisers that will release them soon.
Dear danialsabagh “having a problem loading Playlist xml” thank you, I found the problem, I was linking scripts and Styles across domains. The DOM did not this and I was receiving (No) Access-Control-Allow-Origin.
Hi, I’m glad the problem is solved. Thanks for your purchase.
This is great for what I need, a native web audio player that can play mp3, aac, SC streams but it seems that the more streams I add to the xml playlist, the longer it takes to load until it pretty much becomes unusable after 4 streams in a playlist. Is this because the player is trying to “buffer” or somehow “pre-load” the audio stream on startup? You do say somewhere in the comments that this is the case but it was on an unrelated subject. This is the only player I’ve found that seems to play all 3 stream types properly but it’s not usable for me if it can’t have a playlist of streams longer than 4 items. Is there any fix for this where it doesn’t actually try to buffer or pre-load a stream but rather only loads the xml playlist and loads the stream on-click? Hopefully I’m making sense here… :/
HI, thank you for your purchase. Regarding your matter that the player does not play more than 4 tracks, I would be suspicious to the server the tracks are streaming from. Obviously the demo version, has 6 tracks which all of the are loading with no problem. I have seen this player in my clients websites with lists over 20 tracks.
The player does not make any changes to the native HTML5 audio streaming, therefore, where there is a list of HTML5 audio files, in page load, the browser starts to buffer a certain amount of each file, and if the user plays any of those files, then it starts to buffer more until it downloads the entire file. This is what native HTML5 audio does and and exactly how the player you purchased does. Therefore, the problem could occurred from the server side, which many reasons can slowdown or stop the process, such as MIMEs, or bandwidths and etc.
If you still facing the issue, please email me a live link of your sample and I will have a look for you.
Best of luck.

Hi. Thank you for your purchase. Due to the CodeCanyon convention, I will reply you in English so other users will use the information as well.
The item is responsive as some functionalities such as sound control and etc works based on the corresponding device it is opened in. However it is fixed size since making the plugin any smaller might make the buttons and elements hard to interact with or tap on. For this reason it is decided to keep it fixed size. As you requested size 270 X 270, is kinda too small for this item and many functionalities such as the pup up share button will be hard to even notice. Still I can advice you in any part if you stuck in customising the plugin.
Hi I purchased and followed the instructions but am getting an odd error. Here is an example of the playlist… The page I have this on is http://www.humorandheart.net/music/press-kit.html <track> <artist>Humor & Heart</artist> <title>California Dreaming</title> <url>http://humorandheart.net/music/DSAudioPlayer/Core/audio/cal_dreaming.mp3</url> <artwork>http://humorandheart.net/music/DSAudioPlayer/Core/audio/music1.jpg</artwork> <download>false</download> </track>
Hi, Thank you for your purchase. Could you please let me know the error message? Also if you have a live version of the plugin please send that to me so I can check it directly. Due to copyright issues, please send me the link through the email form on my profile and not on here.
Thanks
Hello,
I bought your “jQuery Audio Player (Music)” this Thursday, October 6 and it’s really good job. To configure this player, I will want to put the menu below to always be present and also change the logos “Amazon” and “iTunes” by others and remove the track numbers. Here is an example ” https://badddimes.lnk.to/GoDownLow ” Moreover, how to change the background of the page? Thank you for your attention, I expect forward to your response. cordially
Chris
Hi, Thanks for your purchase. In order to put the menu under the player, you need to make deep changes in the style file of the player, which might change the functionality of the whole player and I do not suggest it.
To change the logos of iTunes, and Amazon, you can check the img folder and change the related icons. Make sure the new icons have the same name as the older ones so they can show up in the player.
Again for removing the track numbers, you need to make changes in the style file (e.g. give a `display: none` to the “listNum” class).
The player does not have a background actually. As you add the XML file and define a cover for each track, the background of each track will be that cover image.
Hope it helps.
Hi, I am interested in multiplayers on a single page, the comments I have read so far on this is a bit vague. Do I take it that the developement of this has been done but now rests with Codecaynon?
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
Danial my player is only working in Mozilla. In other browsers does not work. Gives the following message: Something went wrong widht loading the playlist! I’ve done several tests and does not work in Chrome, Opera, IE, Safari and Edge. What will?
Hi Marcus.
The error is most likely related to the XML file. Please make sure the format of the XML file is correct just like the sample file. Also make sure the address is correct. For example some browsers can read an address like ”././” but some cannot and it has to be ”../../” (so thats why it might load in Mozila only). I am pretty sure it is either the structure of your XML file or the addressing. If you could not fix it, please email me a live link so i can check it for you.
Regards.
Dan
Hello: I looked at your Jquery Music Player and I liked it very much… I have the following questions in order to decide whether I buy it or not.
1.- The way I currently read my servers Playlists is through PHP -> read row, paste data into x-element jump to next… can I use this approach instead of XML ?
2.- I store the album covers in a server… Can I load those and place them without the blur effect being applied?
3.- Can I expand the widget to auto fit the cell phone it is load it on?
Thanks.
Hugo
Hi Hugo,
Thanks for your interest.
1- The player only accepts an XML file. However if you need it to be dynamic and works with PHP, then you can have a PHP code that writes dynamic XML files.
2- Of course you store covers in a remote server. The blur effect depends of the internet speed and the size of the image file. As long as you keep your files optimised the effect will not appear.
3- Yes it is a little bit of customisation, but I can direct you to achieve it.
Regards,
Thanks for your Prompt reply…
Like I said… I like the interface A LOT… Right now I am using one that show a vinyl record spinning on top… but I think that is a little OLD FASHION now…
The resolution of the Covers I host on my Amazon S3 Bucket are of 300×300 px … Will that turno the blur effect OFF automatically?
Do I need any CORS setting on the remote S3 Bucket where MP3 and covers are stored?
Yes I can create a LOOP code on PHP tu dump the XML format with in the CODE or DOM of the script… DO you have an example of which XML tags I need to inject into your script?
For the playlist I would have to do it the same way… Do you have a sample of XML playlist to see if I can create on on the fly with PHP ? using “echo” XML tag “filename” etc
And I am assuming that question 3 refers to fixing the size of the player to auto FIT a cellphone horizontally or vertically right? Can you help me do that?
Thanks for your reply
Hugo
Hi
Thank you for your comment.
Resolution 300×300 is similar to what i use, therefore there should not be any issue. However remember that there can be a picture with resolution 300×300 but 2mb size or a file with the same resolution but 200kb. Obviously the second file loads very fast in the browser. It does apply for any plugin.
Requiring CORS is down to your server and host provider. Sometimes you need to even fix your mimes for specific file formats. But based on my experience most of the the current server let this without needing any additional settings. The plugin by its own has now any settings regarding that and works based on standards. So basically if you can play remote track using a HTML player then this item will work as well.
The xml file is using customised tags such as <track1><song></song> <cover></cover></track1> <track2>.....
for the question three, you can fix it horizontally, so the plugin’s width will be 100% in devices with screen size smaller that e.g. 400px
Hope it helps
You can send me please a detailed explanation for wordpress installation.
Sure. Let me know your email address please.
Is there any other way I can so my music without using Amazon or iTunes?
Hello,
Do you mean you’d like to sell you music through other websites ?
Can this be used on WordPress sidebar? I’m sure you can add HTML 5 in a widget but just want to make sure.
Hi, Of course you can. As long as the widget accepts HTML5 then the player will work perfectly.
Hi, can the player be resized to 300×300px? Is there a minimum size?
Hello, by default the player’s size is 400×400px. But it would still work if you resize it manually, only requires some minor CSS modifications. There is no minimum size, but basically it might lose usability if it gets too small.
Hope it helps, and if you require any further support please let me know.
An update is already there?
I just responded your question in your other post.
