Hello, you might want to clear your browser cache (CTRL + F5) and try again. If this doesn’t work, please revert back to the old editor first (global settings -> form editor -> disable “use large data editor”). If clearing the cache doesn’t work, please send a message to support@ezplugins.de
The author never answer the after buy questions. The PDF option and email notification isn’t working, here’s a lot of buyers with the same problem without solution.

Nevertheless, I have taken a look and the issue comes from your webhoster’s memory limit setting which is too low (64M whereas 128M or 256M is recommended). Contact your webhoster to increase the php memory limit.

Hello i test on demo your plugin and i like to buy but before i need to know some information becouse with demo i not understand.
Is possibile to create formula to calc price? Is possibile apply logical condition?
For example if i have Element A with this value 1 – 2 – 3 / Element B with this value 5 – 6 – 7 / Element C with this value 10 – 11 – 12 / Text Field where user can put a value / Element D with value yes – no / Element E 21 – 21 – 24 i can create this combination an formula?
Element A: 1 – 2 – 3
Element B 5 – 6
Element C 10 – 11 (not display other value if i select 5 – 6 on Element 
Text Field
Element D Yes
Element E 24
Price must be calculate with this formula:
Value (on Text Field) * (custom price connect with value select on Element C, for example 0,5) + Value (on Text Field) * custom price connect with value select on Element C and if on Element D select Yes) + price 24 (select on Element E).
Is possibile?

I dont have issue but just to say that I’ve moved on SSL and “googlefontapi” generate MIXTED CONTED error because there is no S on the HTTP of “http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family= ”
Should be https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family= on a ssl website
So where in the code can we ad the S on http ?
Or could this option be added on the next update?

vielen Dank nochmals für das tolle Plugin. Von der Berechnung klappt nun alles. Ich habe eine etwas komplizierte Berechnung mit dem tollem Plugin hinbekommen. Das Problem ist aber nun die Optische Darstellung. Um alles zu berechnen benutze ich den Benutzerdefinierten JavaScript. Der setzt sich Allerdings immer an die alle letzte Position. Da ich aber 2 Berechnung habe (Preis pro Stück und Gesammtsumme) würde ich sie gerne nebeneinander anzeigen lassen. Leider bekomme ich das nicht wirklich hin. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit?

Hallo Darius, bitte entschuldige die verspätete Antwort. Der Gesamtpreis kann (bislang) nicht neben einem anderen Element angezeigt werden, lediglich links oder rechts neben dem Formular sowie darüber und darunter. Es wäre allerdings möglich, ein weiteres Subtotal-Element neben “Preis pro Textil” anzeigen zu lassen und den Gesamtpreis auszublenden.

my first problem is solved but i have new prob. when i add to card the form , the product with simple price ( without changing the price to of form price ) will be added to cart , and no entered info will remain into product , i need the total price of the form be added to cart and the other information resist in product info , there are some plugin can do it and in your examples i see ez can too, but why there is this problem ?
Hello, I apologize for the late reply. The form values should be added to the product info in the cart. Please make sure that you have enabled the option “Show selected values in checkout” in the global settings (WooCommerce section) as well as have a value entered for the option ””Checkout details text”.
If this doesn’t solve the issue, please create a temporary admin account for support@ezplugins.de and send a detailed description of this issue so I can investigate this.
I can see that the WooCommerce integration is not correct. You have added the form as shortcode, which is wrong. There are several ways to add forms to producs, for example by a custom field. Hi, great plugin I’ve just updated to the latest version and am now having a few issues with conditional logic, initially my form stopped working but I figured out the conditional value field in the back end now only allows numerical characters and no longer letters/words. However when testing the form in the front end it looks like some conditional fields on the form remain after initially inputted but then changing the fields. i.e they are not refreshing or something similar if fields are changed. Are you able to help / confirm if this is an issue since the update?
Hello, yes, this issue will be fixed in the next version. Please keep in mind that if you deal with text values, you have to set the element option “is_currency” to 0.

Hi the conditional logic is still not fully functioning how I would expect as more fields can show than are meant to, resulting in fields being selected that are not meant to show – I’m running 2.9.6.1 version of the plugin – is this something that you are able to look at?

Hello… Its excellent plugin! I setup it and all works excellent but i have a problem.
When someone fill the form and go to next step for his name, email etc, when press submit the form freezing. The submission i can view it from backend but i cant recieve email. So my problem is why i dont recieve email and why the form freezing instead a success message for submition.

I figured it out. I put the code in the “Wrapper Style” field instead.

Hello, forms that are added to WooCommerce products won’t be added to default form submissions. If a form is submitted via a product, the values will be stored in the cart and handled by WC.
Se io compilo il modulo su woocommerce e invio l’ordine, il form non viene memorizzato da NESSUNA PARTE. Neanche tramite email.
If I compile the form of woocommerce and sending the order, the form is not stored by NOWHERE. Either via email.

I have tested it again and it seems to be working well; the values are stored in the test order (sent you a link to the order via support ticket) so it seems to be working fine.

Since I want to provide high quality support, I have to look into each ticket carefully which might delay other support tickets for a few hours or even days. Hope you might reconsider the 1-star rating as it’s not really justified.
I’m having a nightmare, I am on the latest version, I have a conditional element set which shows and hides another range or group, however the conditional logic works for 24 hours, without even going near the forms, the next day all the logic stops working, I re-do the settings and set it back, everything works perfectly, go back on and the logic has dropped again
Its bizarre, the form works perfectly, does everything you want it too, then the next day, it just seems to ignore any conditional logic and does whet ever it wants!
Hello, this is a strange issue, indeed. By experience, this is probably caused by a caching or backup plugin. Try to deactivate unnecessary plugins which might cause the problem and try again.
