Unfortunately Snapchat does not have share command available and this is why we do not have it added into plugin.
Snapchat supports only QR code generation parsing that we consider adding into feature updates but in current version technically it is not possible to include it (even with custom modification).

All you need is to update your plugin version to 3.7.2 where we add change for Facebook new counter API.

Technically Twitter API has field that can be used to add this (it is passed as part of the share command). For other networks that parameter should be injected somehow into shared content which will not be easy.
Send us mail to appscreo at gmail dot com to check networks you currently use and we will figure it out.
For Twitter you can use the Social Buttons -> Social Sharing -> Additional Network Options where you can fill username you wish to appear and also you have option to set individual on each post.
I’ve somehow lost my Facebook shares, including on posts that had THOUSANDS of shares … I saw something on the changelog about a Facebook API reset, updated to the latest version of the plugin, and guess what, my shares didn’t come back. Please advise.

To display your Facebook counter back you need to have first version 3.7.2 installed. Once you do this you need to clear all forms of cache that you use and if you use CDN to update it too. This is required to allow new entry point to appear.
If you have done this but you do not see counter than we need to have live page. The page you can send in our support system http://support.creoworx.com and we will check is everything OK.

That plugin counts the numbers only when some ppl complete the sharing action on facebook. As this plugin is not working properly now, I am looking for some plugins which can retrieve the sharing numbers for my previous articles. Do you think your plugin solve this problem? A few days ago Facebook has made a change in their social API access end point. As a result of this all users that uses plugins with previous API calls are missing their share value (Value is not lost but cannot be displayed unless API is changed).
Our plugin is prepared for this (actually we were the only free or paid plugin that was prepared for that change and our customers do not miss their value if version was updated to latest) and once you purchase and install it share values will appear again (you can see our demo where counter of Facebook is displayed).

2. Yes you can do this. In counter settings you can choose position hidden which will hide individual counters and then you can display only total counter. This can be done also based on positions you use but we need to have live page to provide detailed instructions
3. Yes you can do this. For this you need to have mobile settings active from Display Settings -> Mobile. You can use this video from our blog as starting point http://appscreo.com/separate-desktop-mobile-display/ and ask additional questions into support system if you have troubles setting it

Yes you can. For this all you need is to have counters active in cached mode – this mode updates them once at period you set and data is stored into post meta which you can easy access (each field is prefixed). Also we store along with each network value and total share value as well (sum of all network counters).

Due to caching we cannot determine the exact version of plugin you run. First of all you need to have version 3.7.2 installed to avoid problem with Facebook counter. Once you ensure that version is installed you need to clear all forms of cache you use (right now we can say that you use precompiled mode and there is button to clean its cache).
For Twitter you need to make a change in plugin settings because Twitter removed their share counter about 10 months ago. You can take a look at this article http://appscreo.com/twitter-share-count/ from our blog that provide details for Twitter counter setting changes.

1. Plugin directly does not allow to fake counter. We provide for customers two lines of code that can do but there is no option into settings for this.
2. Page views has option to set initial virw count which actually will allow you to fake it – for shares plase see 1.
3. The problems with counter you see is from users that have not moved to version 3.7.2. This is version conatining update for Facebook counter. It is available for download at CodeCanyon. With this we also answer point 4
5. We have no reports for problem woth that theme so it will work with issues.
Is there an option to integrate the Facebook messenger chat button for websites on any device (not just mobile), now that Facebook allows messages to be sent via an integrated form on any website? I purchased a plugin to do this and it works great, but I’d rather have it as an option in my share bar.

For any of you that haven’t already realized that Envato market has a horrible caching system for updated plugin downloads – the easiest way to get the MOST CURRENT VERSION of any plugin is by using the download link at the top-right of each plugin’s envato page – under the “Overview” tab where it says “you have # license for this item: DOWNLOAD.
Also, do yourselves a favor and read through the responses on previous comments by the author that the LIKES count was not the plugin author’s fault, it was Facebook’s – yet the author has created a fix in version 3.7.2.

Thank you for that information – we does not know that Envato has cache system of downloaded files. When we try to download we always get the up-to-date file (may be because we do not use the direct link).

Where is version 3.7.2 you mention fixing the Facebook Share counts? I’ve redownloaded from CodeCanyon and it’s version 3.7.1.

Actually nothing is happening. Facebook is closing most detailed API for counters and the value is changing. Also with the new version of API they change the way share value is generated.
