I lost over 4400 shares on one article… now all my share are lost on every page. Whats going on?

The reason for this is sudden decision of Facebook to shut down rest server (first was FQL server and now Rest server). We change to another method of getting share counts and you need to update to version 3.7.2 to start showing counters again.
Notification of new version should appear into automatic updates but if you do not see you can send us mail to appscreo at gmail dot com and we will provide it to you.
I lost my facebook sharing counter after last update. Now under the post sharing counts shows ZERO.. Any solution?

Just bought this plugin for my multisite. Configuration screen works fine, but the share buttons do no appear on the website. Using X Theme. Any idea how to solve this? Trying to create a ticket but the support site isn’t working. Thanks.

Also please provide us there access details for WP admin to check what may cause the missing buttons. We have many customers using X and till now we have not seen any issue that may lead to missing buttons on page.
I am having issues since the latest update. For some reason, Facebook share count is not showing up. Any reason why this might be?

For some weird reason, twitter does not parse some of my posts into twitter cards with images. (The other posts do get parsed). I have looked up the coding for the posts and did found all required meta tags for twitter cards. Is there anything that I can do?

The reason you does not get meta data appear from cards is because address is not whitelisted to display data. We make a test with Twitter card validator and result is http://prntscr.com/c6japz.

Plugin allows you have such social buttons as sticky footer at the bottom of page but it does not have function that will allow you to add any type of buttons. You can check this page via mobile device to see them http://fb.creoworx.com/essb/mobile-display-positions-demo/?mobile=sharebottom – in addition to default view style you can also display text next to icons and total counter value before them.
The fast and clean way to make the other buttons that you wish is to hardcode them into mobile version of your site with little html code and tiny CSS (in your case as you use separate plugin for mobile you will need no javascript code for them).

We did not understand exactly the question you have but if it is related to share counter than counters should be activated into Social Buttons -> Social Sharing -> Counters to see them appear.

I’m globally satisfied yet with your plugin, even if I use atm only the post float share option.
Anyway, I don’t like the way the buttons disappears when a user reach the end of the post. It seems to be a fade out, making the hyperlinks clickable even if not visible. It’s a problem when you have, like me, a wrapper under the content, with no padding.
Is there any way to add an option for choosing between “fade-out” and “display:none”?

Yes you will be able to replicate same positions on your site. To do this you can use two of our build in display methods. The first will be sidebar. Here are few samples how sidebar can look but please note hat you can customize everything in display so they are just illustrative of display method:
