Hello. I downloaded private messages. It has this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xozfjtb0ntnamfl/Screen%20Shot%202016-08-08%20at%203.30.48%20PM.png?dl=0 Instead of: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4urvr4d35xk0qlt/Screen%20Shot%202016-08-08%20at%203.31.34%20PM.png?dl=0 In other words: it shows a mail icon instead of “My Messages” like your demo. I have tried emailing but they do not reply. Your support technicians reply after 2 days which isn’t viable. Please solve the problem here. I would hate to review your plugin badly for poor support.

I also cannot upload images when inside ‘edit profile’. I am hit with “XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://pcosprogram-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/plugins/userpro/lib/fileupload/fileupload.php. Response for preflight is invalid (redirect)” Does Userpro support SSL usage and https:// requests? What is the solution if not?

I guess ‘Social Features’ is deactivated from the backend , please activate it from backend>UserPro>Settings>Module Settings>Social Features , this should display the ‘My Messages’ button , for photo upload please contact at – http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact , I am sure the support staff will be able to debug and solve it for you , thanks :-)

Hello, it has been five days and support has not replied. I need this problem solved ASAP. My request no. (12694).

I have a pre-sale question: What search terms can I define in the user directory others than keyword (user name), country, gender…. Can it search any of the fields I’m setting up for the users? E.g. When I’m setting up a doctor database, can it search for the Dr. ID field? Thank you very much, this looks like just the plugin I need!

Hello , if you have po translation file with you , then generate mo file from this po file with some online mo generator and add these 2 files in plugins/userpro/languages/ folder this should do it , thanks :-)

Hello , these two scripts are not related to the functionalities of UserPro plugin , hence its not added into the scripts.min.js , however combining it in scripts.min.js won’t conflict anything , the site will still function the same , thanks :-)

One more thing is core.min.js and datepicker.min.js must include else in scripts.min.js got js error

I din’t use date field and this core.min.js and datepicker.min.js seems is not at frontend usage

Hello , you can disable this option from backend>UserPro>Social Extension>Social Extension Settings>E-mail Notifications > Send e-mail notification to followers when user creates post and select ‘No’ from dropdown , thanks , have a great day ahead :-)

Hello, I bought userpro and the extension for woocommerce.

1- My Wp is in french. But the all the front end info from userpro are in english. How can we correct that?

2- For the integration with woocommerce, it is very sad that the invoice and shipping info are not displayed and edited in userpro. Is-it something we can do to see all the client information in one place?

Yes – At the front end, almost all the labels are in english (title of the fields): First Name, Last name, Gender, Password etc, etc. You say that userpro is translated in french. Is it true? What I am missing here? Thanks

Yes, you are right. But the fields are generated dynamically. However, you can enter the field titles in your own language by yourself by going to the fields settings of UserPro plugin.

I am using userpro 3.5. Still when i login via twitter or linkedin, it redirects to the profile page. I need it to refresh only.

Also, unlike facebook and linkedin, twitter login appears in the same browser. The other two are in another popup window.

This is very urgent. Please help!

Is there a way to enable format editor instead of only text input for publishing screen? I would like users to be able and type rich text, bold, text, underlines, change color, etc. I have TinyMCE installed by the way. Is there a way to give users more options when using the front-end publishing?

Also, is there a way to let users include images in their posts? Besides the ability to attach featured image.

One more question, if I use the Media Manager for UserPro plugin can users setup private albums to upload images, and then use that URL of the image from private folder to use on the Fronted Publisher?

I’m guessing this would work. The reason I’m asking about private folders is because these don’t have to be seen on the front end. It’s just a way to upload pics to use on the Frontend Publisher. I don’t know, maybe there’s another way to achieve this with Media Manager for UserPro.

I have my TinyMCE setup for editing in the backend and it has way more features than needed in the front end. Do you know if there’s an easy way to have a different more simple editor available for users in the front-end?

Hi,

in version 3.6 refresh page only not works for normal account and fb login (other social login din’t test)

after logged: page got refresh but not detect as logged, have to press F5 refresh the page again, then the page just will detected as logged.

seems is W3TC cause this problem (prev userpro version is ok)

but login or relogin from profile/login page, even disable W3TC still facing same problem (refresh page only not works)

So far seems work if changed to wp super cache

a part of this update pluguin (Version 3.5) is not compatible with theme Trumag https://themeforest.net/item/true-mag-wordpress-theme-for-video-and-magazine/

NB: the old version works well.
