There is no excuse for not having proper documentation I have never had so much stress configuring a plugin. I do not wish to be contacting support repeatedly every time i cannot figure something out and I am sure your support team is not available 24hrs daily so I could be losing hours . Please get reasonable documentation up and running. Knowledge base is severely lacking in knowledge. Imagine I have spent an entire day trying to attach an avatar to a user account. still no luck.
Hi,
There is a dedicated article about how to set an Avatar and it can be accomplished in few seconds: http://help.wpindeed.com/ultimate-membership-pro/knowledge-base/how-to-activate-avatar-image/Thanks, Indeed Team
Thank you for that. While I have you, The admin area when viewed on my mobile phone (I work on the go quite often) the tabs become too small. Please add the standard sub-menu in the vertical WordPress admin menu so that we can navigate when on mobile.
Hi,
Thanks for suggestion! We may integrate a Mobile menu on Plugin dashboard for mobile devices.
Thanks, Indeed Team
Second issue (to one posted in Ultimate Affiliates Pro comments), to use my own pricing tables and have the buy now buttons bypass the subscription levels, I looked at the page source and extracted the individual links for logged in and logged out users and created two separate pricing pages for logged in and logged out users. This is silly, how do use I individual links that go straight to checkout?
Hi,
There are single Level shortcodes that will provides only the necessary workflow based on Link which can be set on any element, like a Buy Now button from a Pricing Table. Those can be found on the Levels list, the last column. We don’t recommend to change or use any part of the code side.
Thanks, Indeed Team
Again How do I find a link (URL) for each individual subscription level that can be used in a third party pricing table or in a visual composer button shortcode. I obviously cannot enter a shortcode where a link (URL) is supposed to go.
This feature is available in a number of other membership plugins and it is essential for internet marketers developing a sales funnel

AZZAROCO THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT A SUPPORT REQUEST!!!
I am unable to find a URL that triggers a purchase of an individual level. There is a shortcode but this shortcode is of no use when trying to set up a button or a pricing table in visual composer.
As an internet marketer it is essential that i can create a sales funnel (series of sequential sales pages for my upsells and downsells designed to maximize sales each time a prospect decides to buy)
I use visual composer to create funnels and therefore need that each membership level has a url, in addition to the shortcode, that allows me to add buttons or pricing tables using visual composer or other page builders.
Finally I have realized that once a level is selected the customer is taken directly to paypal. Unfortunately this looks very scammy and I along with many other people would simply click the back button and move on.
The process of filling out my name, address, and contact information has tremendous psychological value in making me comfortable with the purchase that i am about to make. So it is wise to allow the checkout process to go as our brains have become accustomed to it going over the years.
This sequence also has an additional value to us marketers. It allows us to collect the contact information and automatically create a free account for the customer even if his/her payment method fails. This way we can keep engaging the customer until he actually makes the purchase by offering some amount of value on the inside of the membership site that further encourages him/her to purchase the actual membership.
Kindly make the changes above to the plugin and send out an update asap. I am unable to proceed any further with the plugin as it is.
azzaroco, As was asked before, but maybe there is some update. Can I use standard payment methods provided by WooCommerce? I want to use some national-specific ones that are well integrated with woocommerce.
Hi,
Only a few Payments system are able to manage automatically recurring payments with different options and with a proper IPN connection. So, only Payments gateways that are already integrated and tested are available for managing payments.
Thanks, Indeed Team
Is this plugin upgrade safe? If I were to download and import an updated version of this would it break any functionality of what I currently have setup?

If i purchase then Can i use this plugin on more then one website ?
Hi,
Based on Envato Licenses rules&conditions, each purchase is available for one project/website. So, you need to buy one license for each website.

Hi, I just purchased both plugins Ultimate Membership Pro and affiliates, seems promising but just realized that it doesn’t include one of my key featured functions that I have with your competitor plugin, the ability to trigger different recurring billings on different time schedules based on coupons.
For example: I am giving to customers a 50% discount coupon if they register for quarterly non-stop payments on the same monthly plan, if they cancel that subscription with the coupon, they lose that offer forever.
Hi,
You can set different Coupons for certain Date periods. Once the user try to use that Coupon on out of date range, the Coupon will not offer any discount.
Thanks,
Indeed Team
I know that but I feel you didn’t read what I am asking.
You advertise that the product has more features than competitors plugins, and doesn’t have the most important for me. I am currently using Paid Membership Pro and has that option even on the free version, to change the recurring billing period on monthly plans based on coupons. This plugin is useless for me without a workaround on this.
@azzaroco I need a helpful response on my issue asap
Hi,
That kind of workflow is not available ‘cause it may creates confusions. Still, if you check side-by-side UMP with Pmp will see that UMP is a better option, like many other customers that moved from PMP on Ultimate Membership Pro system during last year.
Thanks, Indeed Team
I just spoke with PayPal, and they tell me in order to process monthly payments, without requiring the member to have a PayPal account, they require a $20 monthly fee for “Enhanced Monthly Payments”. So, how can I allow members to check out with their credit card without requiring them to have a PayPal account?
Correction, I meant “Enhanced Recurring Payments”, not “Enhanced Monthly Payments”.
Hi,
It all depends of PayPal conditions from your country. It is allow, once PayPal charge the user for a recurring subscription, means is possible.
Thanks,
Indeed Team
Is there a way to configure Paypal to express checkout mode ( I don’t need the client’s adress – and I don’t wanna bore them and risk to lose a selling ) . Great plugin , thank you.
Hi,
For Now only common Standard PayPal option is available. PayPal Express requests multiple settings that are not intuitive for any customer.
Thanks,

Pre Sale Question – Really wonderful plugin…great work by you guys ..Is there a “refer a friend and get free for a month” feature in the current version ?
Hi,
Thanks for your interest and question.
A similar approach is not available but there was recently released (minutes ago) the Ultimate Affiliate Pro system available for Ultimate Membership Pro. Inside of Affiliate System, an affiliate can be rewarded for his referral. http://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-affiliate-pro-wordpress-plugin/16527729

Can a user switch between memberships? Is this possible with your plugin?
Hi,
If you refer on Subscription/Levels, yes. Any user can buy multiple Subscriptions/Levels on the same time.
Thanks,
Indeed Team
I meant that can someone change their subscription level, suppose someone is in level A, can he switch to Level B by paying additional cost, or does he needs to purchase both the levels?
Hi,
The UMP system is set to work with multiple Levels, independently. So, the User needs to buy the Level B if he wanna have access on other restricted content. Still, you can set a Coupon that will reduce the price of Level B and which can be saw only by users with Level A.
Thanks,
Indeed Team
great thanks. So If a user buys Level B and he can then cancel the Level A? Will the amount be refunded for the number of days left for his next due date of renewal of Level A subscription?
Hi,
Once a user cancel an Subscription, he will not be charge anymore but he will not get the money back. Still, his subscription will stay active until will expire and it will not be renewed anymore.
Thanks,
Indeed Team
Hello, I have a question. How can I grouping the subscriptions? for example. 1 Group private 3 Levels 1 Group Profit 4 Levels
I can only view all or none.
Can I somehow display only Level1 or Level2 So I have shortcodes for each level, not just the individual link. Or. can I somehow get the lyrics of Level ads? for example [link level2_text] or so?
Hi,
There, can be used the Subscription Plan predefined template where are listed all the Levels that are set to show up there OR, for special cases, the Subscription page can be built by Admin itself where the individual link shortcode needs to be used. There is not option to show only certain Subscription Box based on shortcodes.
Thanks,

Hello, is there any way to use both annual and monthly payments? For example Level 1 user must pay 100 euro annually and 30 euro monthly, level 2 user must pay 200 euro annually and 10 euro monthly etc?
Hi,
You can set multiple Levels, with different prices and different recurring period. A Level can have only one Price and recurring period, otherwise can not be managed by Payment platforms (PayPal, Stripe, etc).
Thanks,
Indeed Team
Thanks!
The Custom Fields for Targeting Levels don’t work. I have bronze, sliver and gold. if i change a user to gold the custom fields for gold don’t work.

Hi
There is nothing on your site to explain how to setup custom fields “CORRECTLY”.
You don’t answer requests on your ticket system or your support email address that is on the T&C’s page.
I am more than happy to pay you to make it right. But need an answer now not next week!
Hi,
The Support are handled only via Support System and not alternative ways. All tickets by now are up to date. If you didn’t received any response you can share your ticket ID for a double check,

Hi, a few questions: 1. Any update about Dutch iDeal payment option? 2. Can we add ‘pay what you want’ subscription?. 3. Is it possible to create when member login the ads are no longer are showing.
Hi,
We’ve were focused to release the Ultimate Affiliate Pro system. Now, when the job is done, we wanna focus on new features on UMP. iDeal is on our list for a while and if the API was properly improved, it will be added, for sure.
I’m not sure what it means “pay what you want” from your point of view.
Yes, you can restrict and manage any content to show up or not for certain Levels OR users status (logged/not logged)
Thanks,
Indeed Team
Hi azzaroco, just checking to see if you saw my Item Support request regarding the meta text showing up on post-successful registration redirect page. (I’m still not sure if my posts there are getting through since I don’t see a ticket trail.)
Hi, is there a way to lock every post on my website at once? I can do it manually for every new post but I don’t want to go back and manually block more than thousand posts.
Hello
I have a question about this membership plugin. How does it integrate into a Wordpress theme? And can you recommend a Wordpress theme, which is already optimized for this plugin?
I’m trying to make an simple membership website for my sports club.
/Jakob
Hi Jakob,
Thanks for your interest and question.
UMP is working as a standalone Membership system and it doesn’t request a specific WP Theme. Still, as usually, we recommend a premium one that respects all the mandatory conditions. We can not guide you to a specific one.
Thanks,
Indeed Team
Hi
Thanks for the answer.
What is the mandatory conditions? And can you at least give me examples of templates I could use? Really hope you can help me!!
Thanks
/Jakob
Hi,
Like, any theme template to have included the mandatory wp structures (wp_header, wp_footer)
We’re working very well into our projects with Velocity Theme. Still, we don’t recommend and we can not guarantee something that is not built by our hands.
Thanks,
Indeed Team
Hello,
We are having a slight issue with the Authorize.net register/payment page. It seems that the page does not perform basic validation. For example, I can enter in a 5 digit credit card number and it does not correct me or even notify me of an issue. This problem does not appear to happen with PayPal when we tried it.
I need to make sure that there is proper field validation in the checkout process. It is very important for a proper and successful user experience.
Validation seems to work fine on the general fields above payment. Just the not the payment fields.
Please advise at your earliest convenience.
Thank you
Question: I want to know does this plugin has option e.g. first time subscriber will have to pay $100 for membership. and after one year when he will renew this membership, the cost would be $50 per year after that. Is it possible with this plugin to change cost of the membership for pre-registered users?
Hi,
Yes, is possible, using the “Trial” module where can be set a different price for first payment, even if is a bigger one.
Thanks,
Indeed Team
Hi, The plugin supports yearly recurring subscription? Any plans on adding payumoney, payubiz payment gateway?
Hi,
Yes, it supports multiple recurring periods (days, weeks, months, years). We’ll add only payment gateways that provides a proper automatically recurring system with an IPN connection that will cover all the features for a standard Membership system.
Thanks,
Indeed Team
The lost password is so bad and needs to be changed. You can type in the username or the email address and it changes the password INSTANTLY. Imagine if people massively trolling the users inside the website. They can change every password as they please. The standard lost password by wordpress is not safe (coz it gives the url link info) but works just fine.
Nevermind, you have uploaded a new update. The problem is, it became buggy. The link that had been emailed to the user is a www.domain.com/wp-content/... url, but some/majority of us hides that info for security. Thus, the link leads us to a 404 page. so the conclusion for my case, i cannot reset the password at all after the update.
