Been using plugin for awhile but I keep getting complaints from users that they click on something and it redirects them to the homepage and logs them out. I’ve seen this happen as well but the website owner keep questioning me now because of it. Please let me know if there is a known issue with this. I’d really hate to lose a client due to a plugin. I left a 1 star review in which I would gladly change to 5 since this plugin has helped me a lot. But I do not appreciate the threatening response. I don’t mind paying someone to help me, but I never even got a response with a rate or expense. What I mean by never submitting a ticket is I never needed help until right after my service expired. I’ve also referred at least 10 or more people to this plugin as I would talk about and link to it in my podcast. So I figured a little response with anything would of been appropriate. All I need is help with this bug, I would even delete or raise the star rating but I don’t get any responses or even a link to what this issue may be. It’s been a month and I may lose my biggest client! So what is it going to take?

I have opted for Double verification. And user status is verified in my admin panel, and user also received that his account is verified successfully . However in his Member page, it is written. “Your account is pending verification. Please click the link in your email to activate your account. No email? Click here to send a new activation code. “
How to fix it ?

Hello, Thank you so much for this wonderful plugin. It works beautifully.
One question please: When a user registers, then gets redirected to payPal for payment, some of my users have lost internet connection or cancelled the transaction. Then later they wanted to come back and buy the membership, they cannot use the same user name or email because it has already been registered in the system, although they did not complete the transaction. Of course, their status in the system is now “Pending” and they cannot log in, since they have not paid. But I want them to be removed immediately if they cancel the payment. So that they can try again to sign up without trouble.
I know that there is an option to delete a member who has not verified his/her email address after a certain time under the menu “General Options > E-Mail Verification”. But since only paying members are able to log in, I have the double email verification turned off.
But is there a way to delete a “Pending” user after a certain amount of time?
At the moment, I am having to do this manually! And then I email them saying that they can now try to sign up again.
Thank you again. Most users are signing up without trouble. But I have spent hours and hours dealing with those members who cancelled PayPal…

It all depends of your settings. The user can be able to Login and continue his payment process from his Account Page.
If the Level payment is not confirmed will not become active and the user will not be able to see the restricted content behind it. So, it will be forced to complete the payment. So, the best approach is to leave the user to Login instead of setting them as Pending, by default.

This plugin gives me so many issues. Users arent getting there emails or passwords emailed to them when using the forgot password. Users still arent able to confirm because they dont receive the emails.

Is not mandatory to be set a specific Level or a Subscription Plan for a proper work on UMP system. The restriction it can be managed only based on User stage (reg or unreg).
UMP doesn’t provides a default option for posting the latest users posts. There is a Overview section into Account Page where can be set any content and wit an additional script it may be listed the users posts also…or any other content.

Hello. I would like to know if your plugin can be useful for my project. I have a website for professional listings: photographer, weddings, ... All pages must be accessible to everyone without a password restriction. A page must be visible for a year or a predeterminate time, then become draft pending payment to another time view. Hello, we would like to know if there’s a native way to translate the emails sent and levels text since we’re working on a multilanguage website and the plugin claims 100% translation ready and it was the determining factor for our purchase, but can’t find any way to achieve this.
2) As we also read there are multiple options for payment but as we click the sign up button with paypal enabled it redirects directly to the paypal interface, without allowing the customer to select alternative payment methods already configured and enabled too.

Possible bug: If you disable the Overview section on the Account Page, it still shows up as the default, even though it is not part of menu.

Awesome plugin firstly. I love it and think it will work very well within my platform.
I do however wish to refer to some threads that I have read, which your team has stated that the Plugin does not support South African Rands.
Please, Kindly consider my argument below and at-least show me to the files I will need to modify for this to work with our South African Currency.
I understand the fact that you say not all payment gateways support ZAR (South African Rands).
What about the ones that do? Because rest assured we all only concerned about the ones that do support our currency.
Please and respectfully, I do not think its appropriate for you to impose a status quo on us (South Africans or any other) by not extending your module to meet the fullest variety of your client’s needs on the basis that some or other payment gateway has not yet started supporting our currency?
I think If people from all over the world supported you in in purchasing your plugin, using their respective currencies by the way, then perhaps you can do likewise to meet them halfway.
Just my thought.
With that said, guys. I am prepared to dig into the code.
Please point me to the core files I will need to modify.

You can set there any Currency you wanna it, based on Custom Currency module. Still, if the Payment gateway support that currency or not is something that you’ll need to properly check.

I want to set up a monthly subscription plan to deliver a maintenance service to customers which should be monthly renewable / upgradeable.
Is this something I can do with this plugin? Because the price difference is quit big compared to eg. WooCommerce subscriptions.

It seems you have 4 templates and I understand that I can restyle them using custom CSS. What if I want a completely different layout though? Which I will do.

Yes, the Templates are for Form showcase, not the entire page. The page can be managed by you as any regular page. The Form section are listed inside the content Page based on a simple shortcode.

Thanks for your interest and question.
Your first question is not 100% clear. If you mean about the downgrade Level, this one will expire based on his settings. If is set to be up just one month, it will expire after one month.
There are multiple Notifications available, including when a new account is created. Admin receive a notification on this case. When any data is updated, only the User is notified.
If a Level is going to expire or when the Level has expired, the User can receive Notifications, yes.
Yes, the Plugin is fully translation ready based on .po files.
