2. If your test mails works fine but campaigns doesnt start on launch date, it could be a cron or shell_exec issue. New update contain cron management in general settings please check it.
3. Elastic Mail method is not available on current version. If your hosting service allow to connect foreign outgoing servers, you can use SMTP method with your Elastic Mail SMTP credentials.

Import subscribers from a csv file don’t work. I only have two collums, Name and Email seperated by ;. I have about 400 records but the import script only says invalid record found 1. How is this possible? I use the CSV analyser to select the coloms.

If you want to use single cron task system, there 4 cron task file available for it. I dont wanto merge all tasks in one file, its not good idea for system performance. lethe.php file controls cache, limits etc. tasks working for newsletters, ar.tasks autoreponder and bounce file checking bounce mails. You should be set 4 tasks. Its no requires ID.

From where the hell i download the update?, I already spent 500 dollars in developers trying to get this shitty program to work. At some point after loging in the system breaks. It has a lot of bugs. I dont understand how ENVATO promotes this shit.

General Settings section contain new tab for Cron. You can disable shel_exec for single cron files or you can change commands if you already use shell_exec. Also shell_exec tester available, you can change shell_exec or exec commands which function are used by your hosting service.

did you re-install or migrate old version? If you re-install again, you should be import sql file. I was change php side table creation for sql_mode issues.

I have the platform running but campaigns are sloped and are never sent. However if I click test before sending the campaign does not mark mistake and sends the test. But the campaign did not.

I have contacted the developer several times within the past 2-3 weeks and finally received a (great) response via email. However, no action has taken place and the support I am in need of was not provided as of yet. The reply was received one week ago and it may require additional follow-up if any questions/answers are needed so I am looking at another 1+ week(s) without support for sure.
