Yes, theme can be customized, and you can remove user login page, which will allow you to,use it for a single dealership.

I don’t have any details documentation, but the easiest way would be to make a copy of master theme located in themes folder, than start modifying Css and php files within.

Well, in that case you can setup only one membership type and set it to free, this way you can collect your client information, and clients will not have to pay to post listings. As for sandbox, what exactly do you mean by that?

Hi Johan, Bulk upload is currently not available, but if you have CSV file, you can easily import it via phpmyadmin, as for auction capability, that would be possible, but with some heavy modification.

Probably it is possible, but it will require lots of adjustments, you’re better off developing auction module and Integrate with CDP
In the search area , you can include search by city and accessories such as air conditioning for example?
Accessories and cities are not included within search, but I can add it in the next update.
Are you thinking of include a Payment Gateway PagSeguro ? It is widely used in Brazil. It has some space to put advertising on the site ? There is documentation to deploy new features ? When you plan to release a new version?

As the error message says, your database credentials are incorrect. Please contact your hosting company and have them provide correct host name for your database. You also might be able to find out from phpmyadmin

Sorry I also have this error when I added a new listing and checked out the listing I get this error and can not click on contact or location SQLSTATE42000: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘) ORDER BY name’ at line 1 [code: 42000]
The error you’re getting is it on listing or contact page?

I’ve been using the car dealer pro for a while now, however, once in a while I cannot seem to add a listing. The script will run but not upload to the database a new car. Its been happening more and more often and I actually cannot add anything for the past few days. Please let me know if you can help me get this working again. Thanks! Brian

I replaced some files that were infected…..the website works fine by the password for the admin is not working..when I tried to recover it usin my email…the email doesn’t no exist in te DB

Seems like you’re missing admin user. Since passwords are hashed you will not be able to generate new one unless you’re logged in. I can take a look at your install, please send me an email from my profile page with your ftp access and phpmyadmin as well as url where script is installed.

1. You can send message from admin panel, or users can use contact form to contact a seller.
2. You can set number of listings per membership access
3. That currently not possible, but you can have different membership access that can will allow different prices, so for example, Dealers can list 1000 vehicles a year for a price of $500, while another membership, list 10 vehicles per month for $50
4. You can used listing page to provide additional information, that’s not cover under standard features, and it will show under description tab.
I have problems when I add a new vehicle and choose the images for the galery, the main image works, but when I choose the images for the gallery and save, the images dont save, the url in the BD yes, but the images dont move from the temp folder to the correct folder, the problem is in this code:

Hi gewa13 I tried to edit the main user in the backend and the changes could not be saved. I went to add a listing after this and now I do not have any users under the heading “select user” so I am unable to save the listing. Would you be able to assist me on what I need to do. ?

No there were no errors. I went to edit the main user as I needed to alter the address. When I click on save changes the “rubix” just kept going around but never saved the changes.
I added a 2nd user without problems. I went to add another listing under this user however there were no users under the tab “select user”.

Hi there, have completed setup of V2 and can login to admin page but clicking on any link leads straight to 404 page. Also homepage does not display.
Is this a problem with .htaccess file? I used the same .htaccess file as previous version of CarDealerPro but doesn’t seem to help.

Please redownload again, and just replace files in upgrade.zip. You will need to use new .htaccess file, the one from prvious version will not work.
Thanks, preformed fresh install and transferred Update files, can now navigate admin pages but main site pages do not work properly. Installed sample data but no cars listed on site (present in admin login in inventory). Browse shows nothing, search options only allow you to select make and nothing else. Menu on main page does not work. Have a look at http://weebluebox.co.uk/cdpro/
When logged in as Admin, tried to add new car listing. Could select Make but no Model was available to select despite being shown in other list in database (VW Golf). Clicked on ass but graphic of cube shows up and never shows task completion, even after 5 mins of waiting.
Any ideas what could be causing these problems?
