Hello Is this plugin is totaly OK for WordPress 4.5? I’ve a lot of problems with it : - I can’t have acces to some settings (custom mail countains) - I can’t register some modification on my calendar ( staff working hours – breaks…)

Other question : is it possible to configure hours on french mode (like 13:00 for 01:00PM)?

In this case I would recommend to change address of sender email in Email Notifications tab.
Also you could try changing “Send Emails as” parameter to “text”.
Make sure that “Notification to staff member/customer about appointment details” option is enabled.

Hi there! First of all, thanks for replying quickly to our earlier comment.

I’m currently in the process of customizing your Bookly appointment to fit our clients needs, and all has gone well so far but I’m stuck on one final task.

To explain quickly, the Bookly plugin charges a customer immediately after booking an appointment and our client was wanting to wait until the “refund period” before the appointment has finished before charging a customer. So we added in functionality of the appointments being set with a subscription through Stripe where the ‘refund period’ will be the ‘trial period’ that stripe offers. And after the trial period ends, the subscription is updated to ‘live’ instead of ‘trial’ and the card is charged and then immediately the subscription is set to cancel.

That took a little magic, but we got it working – now the Bookly plugin has delayed payments which will make our client happy.

But I’m having an issue passing the appointment date/time from where it’s stored in the Appointment object to a place where we can add it into the Stripe subscription object that we’re creating. I may be missing it, but I can’t seem to find any developer documentation for Bookly. Is there some documentation of your classes/functionality that you could link me to or is there a developer who may be able to point me in the right direction?

Hi There , We require the checkin field, but not the checkout field. Our guests need to be able to select their start date (checkin) and then, pick the 3day, 5day or 10day package, which will determine their checkout date. Is this possible? kr Steve

Unfortunately this scenario will not be possible to implement as Bookly was designed to work with timeslots.
The workaround might be for you to select the service duration as “All Day” and let customers collect timeslots in the cart by adding those one-by-one.

Hi, May I have a snapshot of the front end page for selecting a time when we enable the “Display available time slots in client’s time zone” option. I applied to the admin site but I cannot see the result. A snapshot that would be fine as my clients are from different countries

When you enable that setting the time will displayed according to the customer’s time zone. To test this setting you need to change the WordPress’s time zone setting and make test appointments.

Hi In the demo (admin site) in the Appearance page, there are radio buttons for payment and one of them is “I pay locally”. I was wondering it is possible to hide or remove.

When I activate your plug-in the booking form doesn’t appear. It just shows a loading icon as you can see at http://87.117.230.186/~athlonev2/room-booking/

Also with your plug-in activated, the “media” section of WordPress doesn’t work. When I deactivate your plug-in all is fine.

Hi I’ve bought BOOKLY yesterday I’m customising the settings and i try to synchronize the google caldendar in the 2 ways : from WP to Google Calendar and from GC to WP.

It seems to work from WP -> GC but i can’t see my Google Calendar into the calendar plugin on WP.

Can you help me please?

Bookly provides a 2 way sync with Google Calendar. However, if you create or change an event in Google Calendar the related appointment is not created/updated in Bookly (the other way it does work).

What does happen is that each event created in Google Calendar is taken into account when displaying available time slots to user in the second step of booking process. So if you have an event in Google Calendar then the corresponding time slot will be not available for booking in Bookly.

Hello I loved this product, But From calendar if I delete appointment can I restore or can I check cancelled or deleted appointments history? I wana buy this once you clear my points.

Sorry for the late reply, the appointments that are deleted can’t be restored. The appointments that have cancelled status – are not deleted, so their record remains though the time slot becomes available again for booking.

Hi! I found some code that is wrong when preview price for a service. If the amount is 4 digits, like 1100, it shows some html code between one and the zeros like this: 1nbsp;100,00kr. How do I solve this?

Thanks for making a fairly good booking plugin. I have paid for the full version and find it very easy and intuitive. However… I have an issue with the add new customer feature. It is not working. When logged in as a member open the calendar click on a time slot fill out the new appointment dialog box click on new customer and nothing happens. I simply cannot add a new customer. Can you please provide some assistance to correct the issue or refund the purchase amount.Thanks

Currently there’s no support for subcategories and multiple locations. Regarding the location you could use the category field as a workaround for it.
