Hi, I am trying to test your demo, but for some reason i cannot access the cart page? I would like to see how the discounts / offers are displayed.

Thanks!

Hi there. It seems there’s something wrong with our current demo. We are actually working on a new set of demo sites for our product which will be up pretty soon. Meanwhile, if you have any specific questions about how our products work, I would be happy to address them.

please update me how to apply cart discount , if spent more then 1000 then discount 3%

Hi,

Only completed orders count towards the $1000 threshold. Are you sure that your previous orders are marked complete before you test further?

Hi,

I really appreciate your help. You are the Man and Developers. I did test and it works.

Hi,

You’re plugin makes us really happy! One short question: we use the display position “Above add to cart”, because this is exactly where we want the table with prices to show. However, when the product is Sold Out, the ‘Add to cart’ button disappears and so does the pricing table.

Is there any way you could detach the pricing table from the ‘Add to cart’ button, while remaining the same display position? Because it would be really nice if visitors can still see the pricing tables when a product is sold out.

A display position “Below short description” would work for us as well (because above the ‘add to cart’ we have the ‘short description’ in our theme.

Looking forward hearing from you, Marijn

Hi Marijn,

We are glad to hear that you find our products useful!

Try going to WooCommerce > Pricing & Discounts > Settings > Quantity Pricing Table and changing Display Position to one that does not rely on the Add To Cart button. It should work fine.

Hi RightPress,

Thanks for your quick reply!

We already tried that, but we don’t want to change the display position. The pricing table shows on the exact spot we want it to be. We just don’t want it to rely on the Add To Cart button, since we want the pricing table to show when the product is Sold Out.

Another spot that would work for us is ‘Below Short Description’, but that option doesn’t exist at this moment.

Regards, Marijn

Hi,

We use action hooks to display pricing table – if WooCommerce decides not to call some action hook, the table is not displayed. I understand that the situation when some product is out of stock is not ideal and we will do our best to find a solution for this. I added this as a bug report to our product backlog.

For the time being, you will either have to display the pricing table on another spot, have it disappearing when product is out of stock or modify the plugin to work for you. Sorry about that and thank you for reporting this to us!

This is working really well for me. I have now added to all out client and own woo site: http://digital.silicondales.com.au

Hi. I need to know if your plugin will allow me to structure pricing in the following way: A product will cost £3, and there needs to be a minimum order of 15. After this initial 15 at £3, each additional 1 will cost £1. Will your plugin do this?

Hi. Unfortunately, it would not work that way – the tiered pricing applies the lowest price to all quantity units, including those from the lower tier. We will do our best to enable this functionality in the next version.

OK, no worries, thanks for the quick response!

The price of this plugin went up by $7.99 for me. The BOGO didn’t work correctly after using the settings given to me by support. Should have been $12.99 for the first and $5 for a second item. Works fine unless the customer decides to delete the $12.99 product after adding the second one. The $5 product doesn’t revert back to the original $12.99 price therefore selling it to the customer for $5.

I am only posting this here because support asked me for login details 12hrs ago. They logged in 4hrs ago and I haven’t heard anything back after making several inquiries.

4hrs after they logged in and not even a ‘we’re working on it’?

I’m seriously NOT happy after spending ALL weekend setting up Google and Facebook ads and then giving away product.

“Yet I would like to ask you to keep a good attitude and remain cooperative – this will help us find a solution to the problem much faster.”

No need to ask…..I Totally Agree… 100%....

I do everything I can to make it as easy as possible for any support team I need to work with. Therefore, screen-casts. I’ve found screen-casts to be the most effective way to communicate with support as they can see exactly what I’m seeing.

And…so you are aware…I’m the most “laid back” “easy going” guy in the world …until I start losing money due to no fault of my own.

Thank you for getting on this.

Thanks Doug. I just posted a response on your support ticket.

Thanks Paul.

Hi, thanks for the plugin. It is very useful. I have a question though. When f.ex. client “A” buys 10 ‘products’ and the current stock is 20 ‘products’, I would like to have client ‘B’ to have special price just for the remaining ones. Is it possible?

Hi. Unfortunately, this is not possible and I am not aware of any other plugin that would do that. I believe the only way to do this would be to develop a custom solution.

Hello, Can i add a discount condition where for example, If customer Buys 10 Item he will get 10 items for free ?

Hi there,

Yes, this is possible and is pretty easy to set up – just make sure you create a “Special offer” type of pricing rule instead of “Quantity discount”.

Hi!

Is there a way to round total cart to feet Swiss francs that mean to .05 cents ?

Hi there. There’s no way to do this out of the box. You may wish to customize the plugin to achieve that.

ok and can you explain where can I modify the plugin to round() the subtotal and total ?

I believe the best spot would be the last line of apply_pricing_adjustment() in the main plugin file.

Hi I need your help to create a discount on my site I would like to make the following discount program Buy from of all products onsite between 1000-3000 and get discount by category as follows Category A – 5% discount Category B – 10% discount Category C – 15% discount etc I want to create a number of ranges to the highest range gets higher discount 1000-3000 3000-5000 5000-7000 Is it possible?

Ok I the future you it will be possible? If yes, you can estimate when?

In the future *

We will do our best to support this in the near future (like 2-6 months) but can’t make any promises as of now.

Can I create a dynamic price for the service I provide, depending on how many current customers I have? My idea is this: very few customers => cheaper price for my service. Lots of current projects/customers => higher price. Every time a project is finished I’d simply click a button somewhere and the current customer queue is reduced. Would this be possible somehow? If this is not the correct plugin for such things then maybe somebody knows of something similar?

Hi. Functionality of this extension is really far from what you are trying to achieve. You either need to look for another plugin (I am really not sure if such plugin exists) or hire a freelance developer who will work on a custom solution.

Hello! Presale question : Is it possible to offer free shipping with shopping more than 100$ ?

Ok thank you. No suggestion ? :)

I have not made any research into affiliate plugins so I wouldn’t be able to provide a well-informed suggestion :)

OK :) Thanks a lot for your time! See u soon on WooShip :D

Hello, how do I add the last tier price? For example, any quantity over 300 should be the lowest price. Where do I set that? Right now the chart stops working if I leave my maximum value open. Thanks!

Also, can I hide prices and add to cart button until users log in?

Hi there.

1. Just add an asterisk/star (*) character there.

2. This needs to be done using some other plugin or a custom solution. This functionality is not directly related to what our product does.

I hope this helps!

Current I have shirts set to £24.99 each. How do I get it to offer a deal whereby 3 shirts equals £60?

Hi there.

It does not work because you are adding a total fixed price for all units (e.g. $60) instead of a fixed price per single quantity unit (e.g. $20). Since this extension is all about discounts, it does not let you increase the price (kind of a protection from misconfiguration).

Thanks for the reply, what do I need to set so I can achieve 3 shirts equals £60?

You just set £20 there, that is your price per single quantity unit. Then three quantity units would cost £60.

hi we have a bike store and we like to give some products for free for some of the bikes. is this possible with your plugin? thanks

Hi there. It is possible but your customers would have to manually add those add-on products to the cart. We are working on an automated solution but it’s not quite ready yet.

I have 3 products and I want to offer a discounted price when a customer buy 3 items from each product range. Can this plugin do that? Thanks

I now set it up through cart discounts to some extent, but I want the the discount price only to apply when a customer puts 3 (or x times of) items from each product range to the cart. any way to achieve it?

Hi there. It is possible to give your customers a discount based on items in cart, by sum of quantities in cart but currently it is not possible to combine these two rules so that it would check against quantities of multiple product groups individually. We are sorry about that.

Hello I can his plugin allow me to set multiple prices based on clients. for example the original price of Book is $10 but when special clients come to purchase they get it for $12. They get it for more than less.

Hi. Absolutely! This is possible and it’s really easy to set up. For this, you can target user roles or even individual customers. If you need any help with setting this up, just let us know.

Hi, does this allow for product variations to be selected as the product to have a discount rule created around? So not the entire product, but just 1 of the product variations? Thanks

Hi there,

Thank you for your interest in our products.

Currently it is possible to target variable product but that pricing rule would apply to all variations of that product. This is going to change in version 2.0 – it will allow you to target individual variations.

i have a question please , -let’s say i will make an offer like this , you buy 2 , get 1 free …. if the customer buys 4 he should get 2 free … or if he buys 6 , he should get 3 for free ,...... is that possible ? if yes , will it be applied automatically to the cart or it will show to the customer that he can add these products for free and he have to do it by himself ? - if i want to make an offer “buy 2 , get the 3rd for half of the price (50% on the 3rd one)” , is it possible ? if yes , will it be applied automatically to the cart and the discounted one will appear in the customer cart or it will show him something in his cart saying that he can now add the 3rd product with a 50% discount . And with the same offer , if the customer buys 4 pieces , he should get 2 pieces with half of the price .. is it possible ? thank you and please try to give me clear answers so i can decide , if i buy it or not . thank you

Hi there,

It is possible to “repeat” special offer like that. Actually, you can set it to be like you want or only apply it once, it’s your choice.

Right now you need to inform customers about special offers in some other way, like adding a banner advertising it on your site. But the next major version of this plugin will have an option to add it to cart automatically when special offer is activated.

It is also possible to add a discount to the third item instead of giving it away for free. The same apply to this item too – in current version user would need to manually add it to cart and then the discount will be applied.

I hope this helps!

Hi RightPress, Would you refund my purchase ? I already got a notice from Envato and I reported this plugin is cooperated with WooCommerce Membership. And if WooCommerce membership is useless for me, I do not need this plugin also. Thank you,

Hi there. Please submit a support ticket here and we will see what we can do.

Hi Rightpress, Did you see the ticket #35187 ? I leave the request on April 01, 2016 23:07. And nobody respond or answer about that.

That is why I wrote this request on here and WooCommerce Membership plugin page.

Also, I report that bug (which i wrote on ticket 35187) to Envato. Please respond if you guys get a message from Envato.

Thanks,

Hi there,

Yes, I can find that ticket and see that my colleague responded to you within 24 hours and you posted another response soon after that. We failed to respond to your second message but that is because you marked that ticket as “Solved” – it was automatically removed from the queue and never got any further attention from our support staff. You must have ticket the “Please consider this request solved” checkbox.

I will personally get back to you right away.
