Hi RightPress, Would you refund my purchase ? I already got a notice from Envato and I reported this plugin is cooperated with WooCommerce Membership. And if WooCommerce membership is useless for me, I do not need this plugin also. Thank you,

Hi there. Please submit a support ticket here and we will see what we can do.

Hi Rightpress, Did you see the ticket #35187 ? I leave the request on April 01, 2016 23:07. And nobody respond or answer about that.

That is why I wrote this request on here and WooCommerce Membership plugin page.

Also, I report that bug (which i wrote on ticket 35187) to Envato. Please respond if you guys get a message from Envato.

Thanks,

Hi there,

Yes, I can find that ticket and see that my colleague responded to you within 24 hours and you posted another response soon after that. We failed to respond to your second message but that is because you marked that ticket as “Solved” – it was automatically removed from the queue and never got any further attention from our support staff. You must have ticket the “Please consider this request solved” checkbox.

I will personally get back to you right away.

Hello, when I add a rule with a price discount, my sub total goes with price like this : 100.98 instead of 101 ! is it possible with the plugins to round the sub-total price ?

to give an exemple : 6 items will cost : 55€ so I use the discount price from my regulard price (10€), the sub-total is 55,02€ ! I want to remove the 02.

Hi there. Could you please let me know what is the original product price as set in WooCommerce settings and what is the pricing/discount rule set in our plugin (screenshot would be helpful)?

Pre-sale query. Will this plugin allow us to offer a free product when a customer first takes out a subscription?

So if we were selling subscriptions for shoes, we could offer a customer a free pair of socks with their first subscription order?

Thanks.

Hi there. This would not work out of the box, unfortunately. You would need some custom subscriptions-discounts integration.

Hi

I am trying to achieve this pricing level:

First product $19.99 Second product $14.99 Third product $10.99

Can it be done with the pricing rules of your plugin?

Hi.

Unfortunately, this is one of those rare cases that this plugin does not handle well. You can change prices based on quantity but the lower price would apply to all items, including the first one.

I will add this feature request to our product backlog right away and we will do our best to implement it.

ok, thanks for responding so fast!

Hi, My Clients wants to sell single bottles and charge extra for a refundable crate if 15 bottles are ordered. Can i add such a price and declaration to a product?

Hi.

Actually this product is not exactly for your case as it is geared more towards discounts than additional fees. The only thing that you could do is to charge a fee per bottle when quantity reaches 15 bottles but that fee would be applied to every bottle so the sum would become bigger than needed if they add more bottles.

Another product of ours – WooShip – could potentially help you but it would add that fee to the shipping rate and you would need to use WooShip for shipping instead of your current shipping plugin/method.

I just disabled your plugin and now i get white pages all over my admin and the frontend is really messed up!! What do i do??

Hi there,

There’s no way how our plugin alone could have caused it, it is used by thousands and we have never heard of such issue. You may have some custom code that depends on our plugin being active or this may be completely unrelated.

We are happy to help you but I would like to ask you to submit a support ticket on our support site.

Hi,

Pre sales questions

Can i create layouts like this page below?

http://www.mitrelinen.com/products/bedrooms/bed-linen/egyptian/

Does the plugin update the prices when the user updates the Product price?

Can I have a single add to cart button for a group?

Can i have individual quantity boxes with up and down arrows?

Can I add grids to Variable products with individual quantity boxes?

Then i will only have 1 add to cart.

Thanks

Hi Matt,

Yes, this plugin allows you to set up variable pricing based on multiple criteria (like quantity, user role etc).

It does work with variable products, however, you can’t target specific pricing rules to specific variations, only to specific variable products (containing multiple variations) as a whole.

This plugin allows you to display a quantity discount table but it looks completely different than the one in your example. It only has two rows/columns – quantity and price and only displays one table per page.

For refunds, please refer to this article.

Hi, That’s great. The million dollar question. Will it display in group products? If so I can replicate those layouts. Thanks…

Hi. Do you mean WooCommerce “Grouped products”? If so, then no – currently it would only output a pricing table for one of the products that are grouped.

Your plugin looks good – but is there a way to set rules on a per-product basis?

Hi. You can set rules per product basis by adding a product condition, however, those rules will still appear as one list in the plugin configuration. We have plans to add similar interface to the product edit page, then you could create pricing rules that are truly per-product.

How close are these plans to being realized? I, unfortunately, have an immediate need.

I would say 1-2 months. But as I said you can already create per-product rules. We are only talking about a convenience when you have hundreds of pricing rules and need to divide them so that the list does not become too big and hard to navigate.

i have pre sale ques. for example order 500 $ GET %10 discout. can we do this

Hi! Thank you for your interest in our product. Yes, this is possible and actually is one of the most common use cases. Feel free to buy this plugin and we will help you configure it if needed.

Hello,

About a year ago I inquired as to how to make ‘chained’ products work (where they were automatically added to the cart). You said it was ‘in the request list and we will do our best to add it to the plugin in the future versions.’

I’m curious if you have incorporated this feature yet?

I’m now working on another project and it’s a feature that I’m looking for before purchasing.

Thanks.

Hi there,

We are finalizing version 2.0 of WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts and it has this feature added. We do not have a release date set yet since we need to do a lot of testing before we release version 2.0.

Is there a shortcode to show the pricing table? This would make your plugin exactly what I need.

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

There’s no shortcode, but the pricing table will display automatically on the product that uses quantity discount and if you enable the pricing table.

Hi! Are these conditions are available? 1) If the customer adds two similar products he receives the third one for free 2) Gifts corridors – is it possible to give different gifts for 3 price intervals? For example: 500-999, 1000-1499, 1500+ ?

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

1. Yes, that is possible with our plugin. However, the free product will not be added automatically to the cart. Customers will have to add it manually.

2. Quantity discount, is supported with our plugin. You can create rules like that.

Let us know if you have any other concerns.

Hi, it doesn’t look like this shows the discount table for variable product variations? http://www.rightpress.net/products/woocommerce-dynamic-pricing-and-discounts/demo/?product=ship-your-idea

I have a variable product that should apply a 7% discount if 3-5 of any variable of that product is purchased, 10% if 6-10, and 20% discount if 11+ are purchased. Are you able to fix your demo for variable products so that I can verify that the discount table gets updated when variations are selected?

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

Please be advised that, you can’t target a variation in a discount rule, one discount rule will be applied to all variations of a product.

So the discount table represents the discount of your product as a whole.

Let us know if you have any other concerns.

Hi, I purchased your plugin and I’m trying to offer specific user roles a 10% discount. I have setup everything as per below but the discounts do not get applied at any point. I currently have the setup as:

Rule Description: Wholesale Role Method: Special Offer Quantities based on: Quantities of each product individually If conditions are matched: Apply with other matched rules Valid from/until: (left blank) Apply to: Products in list Products list: (listed products) Customers: Roles in list Role List: Wholesale Role Amount to purchase: 1 Products to adjust: Same products (selected above) Amount to adjust: 1 Adjustment type: Percentage discount Adjustment value: 10 Repeat: (ticked)

Can you advise what i’m doing wrong?

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

The rule you setup is buy 1 and get another 1 at 10% off.

If you want to give 10% discount an item only, then try to use this rule. http://screencast.com/t/owfIE5nLuE8C

Let us know if that works for you.

Hi

I check the demo site ,there are this Dynamic Pricing table ..

Quantity discounts 1-9 10-19 20-49 50-99 100+ £18 £17.10 £16.20 £15.30 £14.40

Is it add automatically or by manual ?

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

The table will display automatically, depending on the quantity discount you created.

If you have any other concerns, feel free to contact us.

PREPURCHASE QUESTION: Hello, I have a ecommerce website with 2 currencies(INR and USD). Is your plugin works with 2 currencies ? Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

Our plugin supports one currency at a time for now. This is something we are looking to support in the future.

Thanks

Pre Sales qtn if you dont mind.

Can i show the Tier Price / Discounts on the Catalog Page ?

The DEMO & Plugin Descn ONLY says that Tier Prices are shown on Prod Page ?

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

The discount will be shown in the cart and checkout page only. The plugin calculates discount based on the quantity added to cart so it is not possible to show the final price before an item is added to the cart.

Although, you can display Pricing Discount table on the product detail page which shows the discounted prices for the users.

Hi, this is a presale question.

Once a discount rule is set up, will it be automatically applied in these scenarios? When an order is:

1. Placed by a customer through our store (frontend).

2. Created/updated by an admin through the WC backend.

3. Created via WC REST API. (Or will this be supported soon?)

Also, are the discount rules created exposed through WC REST API? E.g. as a coupon’s metadata (maybe)?

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

Please see below the answer to your query.

Number 1 is the only possible thing our plugin can do. Discount will be triggered or applied to customer who place it through the store.

Second and Third are not possible with our plugin, I am afraid.

I would like to describe a scenario to see if this plugin can do what I need.

I am developing a tiles sales website for a client. This is what they would like to happen:

1. Customer chooses a tile and inputs the square meters required. 2. The plugin would then calculate how many individual tiles the customer needs, rounded-up to the nearest full tile. 3. Customer clicks “Add to Cart”.

For example: Individual Tile: 600×600mm (0.36 Sq. Meters) Individual Tile Cost: £5.00 Customer wants: 16 Sq. Meters. So they need 44.4 tiles (which would cost £222.00) Plugin would round that up to 45 tiles. Total cost: £225.00

Thanks! :)

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

I am afraid our plugin doesn’t have that function or feature you wanted for your scenario.

Our plugin can create quantity discounts though, but not round it off.

Thanks

I am looking for a plugin that will let me take a percentage off the highest priced item in my cart. Will this plugin allow for that? And if so how would I set up the rule for that. Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

Can you elaborate more of what do you want and what is the expected result of your rule? If you can give us a scenario, that would be very helpful, so that we can advise you accordingly.

Thanks
