Hi,

When user select a level, fill the register form, choose paypal payment and click on register button, his account is created and activated, WITH THE GOOD ROLE and WITHOUT PAYMENT. If he close paypal window and try to log in it’s ok ! µHe can access to pages wich are restricted for high and paid levels.

In wordpress user is created and has also the good role, corresponding to paid level.

I have defined, in showcase/register form, this setting : Predefined Wordpress Role Assign to new users:Pending Automatically Switch Role when the Payment is completed : On

Normally, user account is created no role is added until payment is completed and ok. But, in my case, any user can have any acount for free on my website …

is there a bug or misconfiguration?

Thanks for the awesome plugin.I am using [ihc-select-level] to showcase all package levels.But I need to showcase certain package levels in different pages.Is it possible somehow?I have tried [ihc-select-level id=1] to show level with id 1,but nothing shows up.

6) Gumroad only lacks a proper application to integrate it with a membership site. UMP would be the first as far as I know.

Hello, I have a pre purchase questions:

1. My subscribers read posts via website and a specially designed app which gets posts through WordPress REST API. Is such set up supported by UMP? I need my subscribers be able to login and get posts available for them.

2. The user database is based on LDAP and external to the actual physical location of the wordpress. Is it a problem or UMP can handle this?

3. Can users have flexible subscription access? Unlike rigid structure of membership (i.e. gold, sliver, free, trial, etc members), the subscriber can chose what feed they want to subscribe to (I want feed A, B and D and not C, E and F, another user wants D and C only, etc).

Interested in purchasing this plugin but have some questions please. My existing site have more than 52,000 registered subscribers.

Will your plugin handle querying WP members in an efficient way to manage member levels etc?

Reason I’m asking – have another plugin that queries the WP member table and actually times out because it’s trying to populate one drop down form field with more than 52,000 member names and surname. So I can’t even use half it’s features.

I have various content pages – about 400 that are grouped into info about certain topics. With your plugin, can I create multiple membership packages, assign these content pages as “membership packages” and once they purchase that member package – get access to only those content pages they purchased?

The other features looks great but not clear in your membership options how and if possible to bundle pages per user level.

Also, can one registered member have multiple membership levels i.e. if I have Grades 1 to 12 Maths and member buys Grade 1,2 and 3 they have access to those levels pages assigned?

Does this plug in do conditional restriction with shortcodes? I don’t want lock entire pages, only certain parts of pages.

For example, I have used Wishlist and S2member and with both of those i can set up to parts on a membership page. First part shows content to those who are not a member for a given level, but it is not shown if they are logged in as a member of a given level. Second part is shown only to members of a given level, but not shown to those not logged in.

Basically the first part is a teaser. Such as a image of a video, they click on it to play, it tells them they have to log in or join.

The second part is for the member that is logged in.

Guess I am asking is if the restriction shortcodes are expandable, such as show this “if” they are not a member, or show this if” they are a logged in member. Different conditions on one page.

Does that make sense?

Also, how does the email integration work? Are they emailed a password? I have a free membership level and of course i want their email address before they can get access. Even if double opt-in is set with my email provider?

Hello, I have a pre-sale question.

We need a solution to this function. We have private content for which we want to sell the license. If the customer buy it, he can view this private content . I your plugin is a membership our license . It is possible to create something like this with your plugin? You write, that is possible create unlimited number of membership. Can we manage to assign this private content to user? And user will see only that content and other will be hide unless he buy another “licence”?

I have 2 questions:

1. Is it possible to search for users based on email, name, purchase date etc?

2. I’m trying to set up multi payment, using both paypal and stripe.

However, every time I check it out with my ‘test account’ as soon as I want to order a membership, I’m automatically directed to paypal, and I cannot see the option to pay via stripe.

Any suggestions?

Is there a php code to return a false condition rather then using the locker shortcode? for example: instead of [ihc-hide-content ihc_mb_type=”show” ihc_mb_who=”1” ihc_mb_template=”1” ]...content…[/ihc-hide-content] use something like “current_user_can(‘mepr-active’,’rule: 1256’)” <—-this is from another membership plugin I had.

Is there a way to have a confirm message when deleting or cancelling a subscription or level? I believe a member will click the cancel by accident or testing it out and not have the option to confirm his action…..

Does this plugin have an ability to not require a username and password?

The website of my client is online since 2 months but now the registration form doesn’t work without any information.

User can complete the form, but when he clicks to subscribe, the page refreshes, all fields are empty and no error message.

Any idea please ?
