Its saying, “Select the Events Carousel style, great for a Pub, Night Club or Restaurant events schedule.”
But I cannot see that in your screenshot. Where do I find that?

presale question: I’m looking to utilize this plugin to displays events for sporting events that would be coming up. I’d be manually updating the events listed each week.
My question is, once an event is over, is there a method of keeping that event cataloged in the system?
Also is there a way to include images within the details section, for example if I am using the events list style in the demo?

Yes, if it is a regular event, not a Weekly Repeatable one. If you wish to show past events, you need to create a schedule only with past events. The Plain List or Large List schedule styles support the Past Events Archive option. Activating this will show in the schedule only the events that are already over. You can choose to display two schedules in the page, one for past events and one for future events.
The pop up window is the same for all styles. You can add images in the class window, as it is a custom post. It doesn’t have a lot of flexibility, but if you want something simple with text and images, it should be fine.

We are not aware of any issues with creating the Schedule Builder. If you are not able to save or create a schedule, please open a ticket with WP login data. We need to investigate on your platform, as we haven’t encountered such an issue before, it has to be something local. Thank you.

Currently, you can place the schedule in your page through shortcode or Visual Composer element. We haven’t added the widget option because you can place the shortcode in your theme’s widget and, as long as it supports shortcodes, it should work fine. Still, we will take this suggestion in to consideration for our future updates. All the best.
Hi!!! How can we use Masonry grid like your example?? We only have for select Plain list, compact list, large list, weekly schedule & tabs, daily agenda & events carousel styles.

Another question please:
Any way to have a month selector to show only the classes of the selected month?? Could be useful when you set up different classes for next months and prevent the user to have to pass all classes from the present day to arrive at the day of the class you want to see, for example in masonry style.

Another things: When the mouse hovers the clickable area in masonry style, the pointer doesn’t change so it’s difficult for the user know that the area is clickable.
Moreover, after this first click, when the element grows up showing more info, the user must go out of this area and re-enter again to be able to activate the modal window.

Choosing a particular month in the future for the schedule display is not currently possible. We will take your suggestion in to consideration, but this will be pretty hard to implement as it goes against our time selection display functionality.
In the masonry grid, the pointer changes only when the element is enlarged and will display the pop up box on click. If your enlarged elements do not open the box, then your schedule is not functioning properly. In this case, please open a ticket with a link to your page and we will take a look and see if something is wrong. Thank you.

I saw a friend of mine using this plugin. But one think he cant do is add an event to sunday. Can an event be added in sunday with weekly tabbed style? As I am going to use this scheduling plugin for a tv channel so i need sunday to show sunday program list and I like the tabbed style. So please reply ASAP so that i can buy this plugin.

Yes, you can add an event whenever you want and it will show. In our demo, there are no week-end events because we are displaying the schedule for a school or kindergarten. It is just an example. All the best.
Thank you. Will buy this theme definitely. But it will be better if you will add a feature to place the featured image in the schedule so that users like me can set the schedule for a TV channel or like so. In TV channel schedule people expect a picture of program, time, date and it looks good with the weekly style. And one more thing is needed in this kind of schedule i.e. repeat telecast/repeat program in a day, not week. Expecting this features in updates of this plugin.
BTW this plugin is awesome and very easy to use. The schedule looks clean and options are ridiculously good. I am gonna buy this. (y)

For design purposes, the thumbnails are set by default to be displayed only when the screen size is large enough. If you wish to change this size or remove the rule altogether, you need to make the change in the code. All the best.
the plugin is not working, it does not let me set a correct date. I choose for example April 23 2016 and when I hit update the date jumps to a different date

We don’t have a field designed to display a price next to events in the schedule. Still, depending on the style you selected, you should be able to find a convenient way to show price info (like in the image, class name, on the button, etc.). All the best.

No, there is no need for that. After install, you activate the plugin and you are ready to go, no need for the plugin to connect online to anything. All the best.

Hi, so I’ve created two ‘classes’ which are actually events and when I go to add the module to my page using VC, the VC editing window that pops up just keeps loading and loading… nothing happens. I’ve tried multiple different times now with no luck.
Also, when adding an image to the ‘class’ (event), the media browser does not allow me to choose from previously uploaded images. I have to use the uploader each time. Can you advise on why this might be happening? Thanks!
I figured out the issue. There was a conflict with Calendarize It plugin which I had not deactivated yet.

We’re using Revolution Slider creating sliders from posts. So, we need featured images from those posts to be shown in the sliders. How can we assign a featured image like other posts to the classes to show the classes in RevSlider???

Our custom Classes posts will not appear in the slider, as they are not publicly addressable. The Classes posts appear only in the schedule. We have our own schedule style, the events carousel, who can be used for a similar design. All the best.

From the error message, it seems that your server is running a very old PHP version, 5.3 or lower. If this is the case, you should contact your hosting provider as soon as possible and ask for a PHP update. Running an old version of PHP is affecting WordPress functionality and may expose your site to security vulnerabilities. You can read here the official WP requirements for PHP: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
Our plugin requires at least PHP 5.4 and the error you are seeing is caused by the DateTime::getTimestamp function ( http://php.net/manual/en/datetime.gettimestamp.php ) which requires a version higher than 5.3.
Although PHP 5.4 is enough to run WordPress and our plugin, we recommend you to update to PHP 5.6+ as this is the official recommended version by WordPress.
Let us know how it goes with the PHP update or if this does not solve the issue.

I purchased your plugin yesterday and after adding all the classes it worked fine, but today I realized that Tuesday (today) dissapear if I use the plugin in Weekly Schedule style. However if I use the Weekly Tabs style everything works fine.

Please update the plugin to the current version and it should be fine. We’ve added several new options in the yesterday version and quickly addressed some incompatibilities with a fix.
