can anyone tell me how to install my menu into the floating area? Figured it would be more intuitive when I downloaded the plugin 
Hi, there is no option for adding menu in floating content except custom html with custom css.let me know if this help you.
I have added a revolution slider shortcode and it displays well! However, the close button is hide underneath the slider. I have checked z-index set but I am not sure which once to edit. Would you please help?

Is it possible to hide the float contents at certain height? For example, can it only display in the height range from 100~200px? It would open at 100 and close at 20 automatically?

just visit your website and i didnt found anything wrong with the plugin its working perfectly.
thanks for getting back so quick we are on macs, chrome browser, the book now does not show until we refresh the page, then it shows, only happens on first visit.
if you are using control impressions then it will not display after close. but at my side its loading perfectly without any issue. sorry i dont have mac but i will try to check this on mac.thx

I actualy can create a floating content, and made it visible, but the problem is when i resize the windows, the FC(floating content) move too and put over the main content page. FC move to left and right when I rezise

I understand now. But I just change that setting to “No” and the floating content is still not showing. Only if I create other it will work now, right?

How come you can’t add this content to a woocommerce category but you can to add content to product details page? Makes no sense, the category is a very important place anyone will want to a place content. I’m kind of disappointed.

When I click the close button I get a browser window message saying … mydomain.com says: The server responded.

Hi, I’ve bought this item, but I don’t know where can I get the license key? Ive downloaded the file, I found 2 folders and 1 zip file, documentation, licensing and zip. Of course I opened the licensing folder, but there are only 2 files, GPL and readme, no licensing key.

U can check www.bestchoice.tw, I made a floating content and then set as PC device only. But it is still appear in mobile device.

There are three options, 1-responsive 2-hide on mobile and 3-hide on certain width,
there is no option for pc device only. responsive means it will make responsive on desktop.PC devices only will be an option in next update.
Does the free version not support shortcodes? Or is something wrong with my site? Interested in upgrading to paid version, but don’t want to buy if it’s not compatible with my site.
