Hi
We have created 25 pricing rules on various products on our website. We cant create 26th rule. After creating 26th rule it seems non of the quantity limit has been updated.
Please advice.
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Most of the time this is caused by a server limitation, particularly in the PHP settings, which is max_input_vars
Try to increase this setting and see if it would make any difference. You can contact your hosting provider to help you increase this one.
Thanks
Hello, i installed your plugin and i use fancy product designer. When i enable your plugin all my fancy product designer are down. Is it possible that a conflic happened with thoses two plugin? Did you heard if somebody already test it thank you
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
That could be a possibility. Most of the time, if the design of your plugin does not work properly, then there could be a CSS overlapping between the two plugin or some JS errors.
Can you try using the Storefront theme, and see if our plugin works well? If it does, then I am afraid it is a conflict of plugin and theme.
Is it possible to add a rule that if customer buys in multiplication of 2 he gets discount of $40. for example: item price is $120, if he buys 1 the price is $120, 2 the price is $100 each (total 200), 3 the price is $320, 4 the price is $400…
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Yes, that is possible with our plugin using quantity discounts.
If you have any other concerns, let us know.
Hi, Presales questions.
1. is it possible to display different price for different roles of loggin, such as comm visitor see the price 10.00 ( no login), manager ( loggined) see the product price 8.00, VIP ( loggined) see the product price at 6.00 ? 2. is it possible to hide some products price, and only vip (loggin) can see the price ?
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
The discount will be shown in the cart and checkout page only. The plugin calculates discount based on the quantity added to cart so it is not possible to show the final price before an item is added to the cart.
I see that your PlugIn supports buy one product get one 50% off – perfect, just what I need. But I also want the discount to repeat so, if they buy 3 items they still only get one at 50% off, but then when they buy the 4th item they would get two at 50% off and on and on… Is this possible?
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Yes, that is possible. When creating the rule, make sure to tick on the repeat checkbox. Here’s an example.

is this plugin support multi user role discount example like: customer $100 wholesale: $80?
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Yes, our plugin can create discounts based on user role.
If you have further questions, please let us know.
Great plugin. I need to make adjustments to the pricing table that appears on the product page. I need to add a column that shows cash pricing at a discount. Can you tell me what php resource I need to access and edit within your plugin? Similar to this; https://silvergoldbull.ca/10-oz-republic-metal-corporation-silver-bar. Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
In the plugin’s main file, please refer to pricing_table_calculate_adjusted_prices() method to change table data and refer to product_page_pricing_table() method to change the way of building that table.
Hi, sorry if i have been totally blind, but can you Hide all prices and only allow site members to see woocommerce prices and purchase items? and can you also create different discount groups? thanks
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
I am afraid we can’t hide discount prices. The discount will be shown in the cart and checkout page only. The plugin calculates discount based on the quantity added to cart so it is not possible to show the final price before an item is added to the cart.
Also, our plugin can create discount based on user roles, I would suggest you assign your members group into a specific user roles, so that you can create a discount for them.
Thanks
Ok, so you cant hide any prices?
So the plugin wont change the prices on each product, it will just discount say 50% off if you have set a members group to that level of discount, when you get to the checkout?
Could I have 3 members groups, at 25% discount, 40% discount, 60% discount?
Will it work ok with this plugin.. https://www.woothemes.com/products/catalog-visibility-options/I am looking to hide prices, so the site looks like a catalogue, but allow members to login and purchase items at different discounted rates.
Hi,
1. Yes, it won’t hide the prices and it the price with discount will reflect only at the cart and checkout pages.
2. Yes, you can create discounts for 3 members group. Provided that they their own user role names. Since we inherit WooCommerce functionality, then by default your members are assign to a customer role.
If you have a third party role editor, then you can create different user roles per members and create the discounts using the roles you created.
3. We haven’t tested the plugin you were referring. However, you are free to give it at try. If it doesn’t work, then we are happy to provide you a refund.
Thanks
Presale question – is it possible to configure as such the discount will be depends on the total $ of the cart instead of quantity ? Is it also possible to create multiple tier and only applied on certain role ?
i.e
Cart Value > USD1000, 5% discount, only on Role 1, Role 2 Cart Value > USD2000, 7% discount only on Role 1
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Yes, that is possible. You can create cart discount rule with our plugin and based the discount on the total amount of the cart.
Thanks ! One last question, and it is about API
1. I suppose this plugin doesnt expose any API now. If we want to extend it so that we can get the rule of the discount via API, is it possible?
2. What about orders that is created through the Woocomerce order API ? Would the discount also take effect ?
thanks TK Chuah
Hello,
1. I am afraid that feature is not available with our plugin.
2. The plugin calculates discount based on the quantity added to cart. Therefore, you can’t create a discount through WooCommerce Order API.
Thanks
Hi,
I use the Woocommerce Gravity Forms add-on with my products. I want the ability to give a percentage discount on for example this product.
http://www.panel-it.eu/nl/product/ontwerp-sticker-effen-kleuren/Can I do this with this plugin?
Thanks for your time.
Greetings, Robin
Hi Robin,
Thank you for getting in touch!
This is possible with our plugin. Our plugin calculates the discount per item in the cart. Regardless what option you select. Also, since the discount will be calculated after an item is place in the cart, the add-on prices will be discounted as well.
Let us know if you have any other concerns.
Is this plugin support next order discount? eg: like the user role first order buy 1 item then the next order he buy item will get discount.
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Yes, it can. Our plugin has a feature to give discount based on the number of orders they made to date. So it’s more like an accumulating all their orders, but they need to be a registered user to avail this.
Hello
Coupons can be excluded?
If you do not accumulate discounts?
Thank you
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Our plugin does not support the use of coupons. It means, the discount rule won’t be triggered using coupons.
Although you can still use coupons, but it will be accumulated with the discount given by our plugin.
Let us know if you have other concerns.
then, if I make a discount and the customer has a discount coupon you have 2 ?? You can not exclude ?
Yes, that is correct. They’ll be entitled to two discounts. The only way to avoid this from happening is to make sure not to provide the coupon code.
Hello!
That would be a problem for offers …. There might add that option ????
It is very important that a product has excluded discount coupons …
Thank you
2 – On the other hand it would be ideal to have the option to select discounts by brand through this plugin :
http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-brands/8039481thx
Hi,
1. Understand your concern. However, our plugin won’t restrict anyone who provides the coupon code. You will need to either choose giving the discount through coupon codes or by using our plugin.
2. We will take a look on this other plugin and we’ll see if we can implement it. For now, we can create discount through category based. You can assign the brand of that product in a category and create a discount rule per category.
Thanks
Hi, can the pricing be configure to do buy one and get one half price? thanks
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Yes, that is possible with our plugin. Here’s an example of buy one get one at half price.

Hi, quick question here~~ Can I show the lowest price in cart page if I make a rule to countrol my quantity discount? e.g. I set buy 1 ~ 5pcs is $10, but buy 6pcs up is $7. Can i just showing the $7 in cart page?
thx
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
I am afraid that is not possible out of the box. You will have to modify the plugin’s file for that one.
The quantity discount can show table pricing. It will display all the prices per quantity. See example below.
http://screencast.com/t/hcoX9mjkHi there. Does your plugin allows to configure buy 5 get +1 free per product tag, and apply the discount on a per product (cart line) basis and not globally? This meaning: for all products in a specific product tag, if I buy 6 one of them is free, but only if all the 6 are the same product. If I buy another 6 of another product on the same product tag I’ll get that discount also on that product. But if I buy 4 of one product and 2 of another product, there’s no discount.
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Yes, that is possible with our plugin. You can set conditions specifically to products that will be discounted, and the products that will be given free.
Hi, the plug doesn’t work properly on our installation. can you help ?
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
May I know the error you were getting after installing the plugin? Can you provide us steps on how to replicate your issue?
Thanks
Quick question – If a customer buys one product can i give 6 products from a specific category for free? The customer will choose the free products. Thanks
Hi,
Yes, you can set this as special offer. Customer will just need to add those products in cart along with the main product.
Feel free to create a support ticket, so we can help you to set this up.
Hello,
Hope your plugins can do this.
I got a shop where a category of products got a discount, and it goes like this:
1 = 10$ 2 = 15$
So if i put 3 in the bakset of that category it will be 25$
If i put 4 in the basket it will be 30$ and so on.
It is all items of the same category that it should be applied to.
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Yes, this is possible with our plugin using quantity discount. Feel free to drop us a support ticket once you have purchased the plugin, so that we can give you a head start on how to setup quantity discount.
That would be perfect, i will buy now, where do i send the email to with credentials?
Hi!
You can send it here: http://support.rightpress.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
Is it possible to increase product price if user order 1-3 pieces? I try to set 200% but now work. For customer i need to set display price on 100% but if order low quantity(1-3) i need to make a price increase.
Thanks, J
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch!
What you can do is set the regular price on your product first. For example, when you create the product you set it to $10.
Then, create a rule using our plugin, that if a customer purchases 4 items above, there will be a price discount of $2. So it will be$8 per item if they purchase four ore more.
Hope that helps, let us know if you have any other concerns.
My client want that user see 8$ in product price until user set low quantity and after quantity make price calculation. If set 1-3 go to 10$ if set higher quantity maybe set 8$ or low… It’s very very strange request from very strange client…
Hi,
Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t support setting price higher than the original.
The only way to achieve this is to set the original price as high as needed and then discount it.
And it’s possible to show maximum and minimun price on product list?
Our plugin can show a quantity table price, that displays the prices per quantities.
Here’s an example. http://screencast.com/t/hcoX9mjkHello I am very frustrated .. I’ve been struggling to get this to work.
Once purchased 3 products which costs 40DKK crunch, the price changed to 100 DKK <- this works fine.
How do I do with the purchase of 8 products – price 200 DKK? The first rule should disappear and the new should work instead
