Hi ! Your plugin is great. I have done many tests and I would need your advice or opinion on something.
Currently the plugin does not send the email to the droppshipper until the order is marked as processed (which usually means the payment is complete).
However, the way i do business is that my dropshippers have a limited amount of stock and all my orders are put on hold until I can verify that the dropshippers actually have the product. When I know that they will be able to ship, i change the order status to “processing”.
So my question is : how to send the dropshipper email even if the order is “on hold” ?

I have a site named http://compraronline.com.pt After some woocommerce updates this plugin does not work anymore. No products associated to dropshippers even if i edit and update the products. (when i edit a product, the dropshipper is there, but i if a check a dropshipper, he never has associated products) Also can not make bulk assign to products.

no the only information displayed to dropshippers (with an option in the dashboard) is the shipping method. The price of the shipment is not displayed.

I have found an bug. This plugin is not working when Awesome Support plugin is installed.
Issue
1) Dropshippers are not able to view their orders in the dashboard and also in order list when awesome support plugin is installed.

we tested the plugin you are mentioning and while there is an apparent “bug” the problem is not in our plugin. The Awesome Support plugin hooks all the queries being made by adding a parameter at the end of the query. While this is usually not a problem, it affects our plugin (and any other plugin that makes queries to the database involving users).
We suggest you contact the devs of the other plugin and inform them of the problem.

We just purchased this and have thousands of variations with prices already included. Is there any way to send the dropshipper info at a certain percentage, or any way to populate the dropship price at a percentage of the listed price? The dropshipper receives 70% of the listed price, for example. Right now, I’m having difficulty trying to find anything that imports to a custom field such as the dropship price.

the plugin will calculate the shipping cost for the dropshipper only if this is enabled from the admin dashboard and only if the dropshipper has set a shipping rate.

Hi, I read here a LOT of people asking for the PACKING SLIP to also be sent to the dropshipper, along with the order email.
I also need this. I presumed it was included as you mentioned the packing slip was part of the product. So Im quite disappointed…
To be honest I bet most of the businesses that use this plugin dont have the product suppliers logging into their sites, we would mostly all rely on the email of the order. Our supplies dont have time to login and click around/print, or want to learn a new system.
So PLEASE can we get some sort of packing slip added to the order email.
To spell it out, a packing slip goes with the product to the customer, we cant use a printout of the order email, as that has the wholesale pricing on it and we dont want anyone to see that…

Also, can the packing slip be just the same format as the current invoice email that get sent to the supplier, but without pricing fields. So I can customise it easily like I can with the current .php file.

the release should happen in the next month or sooner. The packing slip will be different,but this will not affect the mail sent to the supplier which will be the exact same as it is now.

Hi, thanks for the update. My request was to have the packing slip email be basically exactly the same as the current one email that gets sent to a supplier, just a clone of it basically. Then I can remove the price fields and change a few other things.
Actually on that idea, could I just edit the current file that creates the email and copy paste all the current data that gets sent and edit the pasted part? then the 1 email has a purchase order/invoice at the top and a packing slip below it. Would that be possible?

I can’t find a way to add additional drop shippers to this plug in…... when we go to drop shippers in the dashboard…. it only asks for the paypal info and $ ???, no where to add another shipper. In the setup all the details about our organization are correct….. Where do I go do you have an instruction area for support as well ??

Hello Alan,
to add a new dropshipper simply log in as an administrator in wordrpess and add a new user. When you add the user assign it the role of “Dropshipper”. For any other question please refer to the documentation in the plugin or send a message here.

Hello, My dropshipper and I are in the same state, and they will be paying the sales taxes too on in-state purchases.
We are processing the total payment, then paying the total money to them later (including the tax we collected) after they ship it.
How can I include the tax amount in their Earnings field so we know how much to pay them when we have in-state sales tax applied?

unfortunately the functionality you are describing is not available in the current plugin.
As soon as you install in multisite either network wide or site wide the admin user looses the admin menu…like admin cannot add or see the users setting…..can this be checked?
