Unfortunately, no, there is no such option, unless you want to custom integrate it yourself. However, if stripe is the only reason to use gravity forms – then you can simply get our bookingwizz credit cards plugin and then you’ll be able to process stripe payments in bookingwizz – customers will be paying you during the booking.
Hi, I like the look of this plugin but before purchasing can someone tell me if all the bookings are stored in a database anywhere and if they can be exported to a csv file? I need all the information in a format like an excel spreadsheet. Thanks

Bookings are stored in database, yes, however there is no UI to export them from within BookingWizz at the moment. You can export it manually using phpmyadmin on your hosting account.

On the dashboard, website booking have this columns:
Event, Name, Email, Phone, Booked On, Dates, Spots, Coupon, Status
Manual booking has this columns:
Description, Recurring Event, Service, Date Reserved From, Date Reserved To.
There is no button to add Attendees on manual booking and the columns should read the same both on website bookings and manual bookings. Please fix this issue as there is no way to add attendees to manual bookings, thanks

Thank you for your suggestion. This is not a bug which has to be fixed though. This is how manual booking was intended to work because that section is not only for booking an attendee – it is used for both types of calendars and events, and also to block off manual time like vacation when/if business owner needs to block all days from booking. We may eventually modify this section to be “per type” of booking and show relevant fields per selected manual booking – but there is no ETA for this feature.

At the moment there are 2 options – either do it on behalf of the client from front-end or add client details in the description field in manual booking.

Hi CriticalGears, we are looking for a plugin for scheduling a demo on our website. We want following features :
1) There would be 2 time slots each on every Tuesday and Friday. 2) Visitors can schedule/book time slots until 3 days before the demo. 3) Automated Email and reminder. 4) Calendar should be synchronized with Google/Outlook/other calendar (Optional) 5) It should not require registration however should give them an option to fill their details. The details should be email to us and/or should be exportable to XLS,CSV,PDF.

4) only manually. Admin can export all the bookings from system and upload them manually to calendar software. Only FROM the system, not back TO system.
5) There is no registration in bookingwizz at this time – every booking is accompanied by a few fields which customer has to fill out every time (name / email / phone / comments)
Details are kept in the system and emailed to admin. Option to print schedule in PDF exists. Option to export xls/csv – unfortunately not at the moment.

Interested in your plugin, is it able to…
- Allow certain dates to be made available in the calendar e.g only the 17th and 18th of March?
- To book the whole day or if possible half a day rather than using time-slots? Or would I need to set a time-slot 9 – 5 for example?
- Have the ability to have a capacity or spaces available for each day independently i.e on the 17th 10 spaces, 18th 50 spaces. Once all spaces have been filled, no more bookings?

1) You can either create an event for those 2 days, or create a hourly availability and then create 2 manual bookings, 1 from january 1 to March 17, and second from March 19 to Dec 31.
2) There are 2 options – you can either use multi day functionality and allow booking minimum 1 day (no half days) or you can use time slots and allow customers to select minimum 4 hours for example, if your day is 8 hours (work hours) then they will be forced to select half day.
3) Each day/time slot will have it’s own availability – you can define it in settings of the calendar. Please try the live demo to see how it works.

I have been asked by a client to do an online lawn/grass cutting system and I have a few questions: I was wondering if your plugin can have custom fields or drop-downs? they will require drop downs for the size of garden with price additions depending on the option chosen along with options of service they require e.g. basic, premium with different price options and finally is there an option to have reoccurring booking and does your plugin link to google calendar or an online calendar application for the client to view availability on their mobile phone? 2) No option for reoccuring booking on the front end. Only admin can manually add reoccuring bookings through back end.
3) Plugin sends email to customers after booking with their event in .ics format which they can add automatically to their calendar (any calendar, including google). Admin can export all bookings into .ics file format in 1 action and then manually import it into any calendar software. Unfortunately – manually only. There is no automation at this time.

You have to use original BookingWizz license key ( http://codecanyon.net/item/booking-system/87919 ) when activating wordpress addon, as explained in the manual. WP addon cannot function without original core files.

Everything what you mentioned is present in plugin, except for option to select check in /out time by customer. This info can be added in the description of the service (as simple text), but it’s not something customer can select themselves on the front end.

I have a client who wants a website with a booking plugin. They have a low budget, so I am trying to find out if it’s possible to solve this problem.
They want the following: - Should be able to book for 1-12 people. The price should vary in how many they are.
- Should be able to book within a specific times on specific dates. E.g. Only between 08:00-21:00. Not Wednesday, but the rest of week. And so on.
- The price should vary on when the booking is done. E.g: Before 16:00 should be cheeper.
Could this be done with this plugin?

Everything EXCEPT for the last point – is possible to do with BookingWizz. There is no option to specify prices if booking is done before or after specific time – however it can be custom developed for you. Thank you. Does the plugin have possibility to add several price groups, or whatever to call them. E.g: students, childrens, and so on?
Our software has functionality which allows you to create “options”, which serves as an extra field on the booking form. So technically, you could define a base price as a small amount (or free) and then create couple additional “options” and call them “How many children?”, “How many students?” etc, and those will be presented as a dropdown to the person who books, he/she will be able to select a number from the dropdown and that way get the final price for the booking. You can create 9 different services which will give you 9 calendars (1 calendar for each place you manage) and then you can setup the availability for each separately.
As for the payment types – by default system has paypal redirect and “offline invoice” options – which basically means that you will need to manually collect payment from customer.
