Hello, if you got VC within a theme there is no option to get direct updates. Direct updates are available only to owners of direct VC license. You should either ask your theme author to update VC on their side and push it to you or consider purchasing direct license for VC.

I received an email from Envato Team that strongly encourages updating the Visual Composer that was included in my Theme. I even got the download to this site and the Visual Composer page. However, there are no downloads available unless I purchase them. No other information. What gives?
Hello, direct update option was available during specific period of time which is not expired. At this moment you will need to contact your theme author in order to receive update for VC.

I got it fixed, needed to use the Wp-Optimize plugin to delete my page revision history as it was actually the size of my database that was slowing the backend VC editor down
Since the new wordpress update, visual composer has not been working, even with an updated plug in.

Hi is there any way to disable visual composer from showing on specific pages?
I use advanced custom fields to add in content blocks and because of this on some pages I do not need to display the visual composer options (it will confuse clients having multiple visual editors on screen)
However some pages will still use the visual composer so on those pages I need to display the options?
More then happy to implement some code…

Hello, you can use post date to display it in grid, but if you are using custom field, then you should add custom field element and then refer to specific field in there.

I’ve updated latest version (with the7 theme) and I noticed that now all columns introduced 15px padding on left and right.
This caused a lot of problem in my webisites layout! Are you aware of this change?
Do you know how can I fix the issue without setting 0px padding on all the pages?

Hi,
Could you please tell me which file / parameter / whatnot should I edit or write custom code for, if I wanted to disable the post grid loading animation?
A code example would ofcourse be cool, but I can figure out custom code myself, if you just tell me, which part of the plugin I need to hack to get rid of the grid loading animation.
I tried to find the answer for this by searching the comments section, googling and reading your knowledge base. I also went through most of the plugin files, but with no success.
Please, could you point me to the rigth direction?

Hi,
I noticed, that you have added the option “Initial loading animation” to the Post Grid. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work. I have set it to “none” and my custom grid is “single block(no animation)”, but still the three loading dots flash on the page before the grid content (a post) apears. How should I debug this problem?

Hi – I’ve just bought the theme Uncode and Visual Composer was bundled with it. Plugin seems to be working fine but my media library will not load to show me images. If I drag something into the library I get an error. If I manually select to upload something, it uploads but the library will not show it.
I know it is the Visual Composer plugin that’s doing it because I disabled all plugins until I found out it was this one.
Could you let me know how to fix please?

I buy Visual Composer: Page Builder for WordPress 4.10 and Express WordPress Plug-in Installation service, but each time y try to install Page Builder 4.10, that annonce un error. I use my Envato username, Api key and purchase code, but that stil didn’t work. My actuel version is Page Builder 4.2.3. My woord presse version is WordPress 4.4.2 whit them Zine.

Grid builder and ACF Images
I’m trying to add an image field that I’ve created in ACF (it is set as Image object) but I end up with a blank field that looks like below:

To debug:
I’ve also added a ACF text field which appears with no issue and if I set the ACF image field to Image Url the url appears fine.
I’ve tried with numerous themes to exclude the theme as the cause.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Hello, right now we do not allow including ACF images into grid, but this is something we will work on in the nearest future.
