The plugin has the ability to create weekly repeatable events, that will appear automatically every week, at the same time. You can not manually duplicate an event, as it is a custom WP post.

It has a standard WP import / export functionality, that works for your events just like the import / export process for WP posts. So you will be able to import / export your events created with the plugin, but it will not work if you want to import from a different medium. All the best.

The labels are fully customizable, you can rename them how you want. For example, in our demo schedules, we renamed Instructors to Teachers for school, Speakers for Conference, Organizers for events, we renamed Locations to Rooms, Class Type to Event, etc. The only restriction is that you have 3 labels categories that you can assign and only one accepts child-parent structure and color coding. But how you rename the 3 labels is entirely up to you. All the best.

The Weekly Tabs style, that we used for the Dance Classes demo, is designed to show only the events for the next 7 days. If you need to show all future events, you should use one of the other styles, like the ones used for Fitness, Conference or Events. Alternatively, you can place both schedules in the page, the Weekly Tabs for current events and below it another schedule style, with all events. I hope this answers your question. All the best

Thank you for your suggestions, we are glad to hear some feedback as we are looking forward to adding new features. We have already released an update, that brings color coded classes through Class Types. The demo without VC is a good idea, we will try to integrate a schedule in our demo, to showcase the shortcode usage. Still, the schedule should look just as well without VC, for the box height we are using Visual Height units, so it will adjust and be 100% responsive.

We will take a look at the Mini Composer plugin integration, for a future update, thank you for this suggestion.

We do have some overlapping courses in our Fitness demo. If you take a look on Monday, Beginner Spinning is 10:00 – 12:00 and Intermediate Yoga is 10:45 – 12:45. We don’t have classes that start at exactly the same time, but they are displayed the same, one below the other. All the best.

The past events do not appear in the list, all the events displayed in the Events List style are from 2017. You can use the call-to-action button to link the event to an internal or external page.
